Vår charmiga takvåning med 1 sovrum / 1 badrum är soligt och mysigt. Den privata takterrassen har en fantastisk 180 graders utsikt över den vackra viken Villefranche-Sur-Mer. Lägenheten ligger på topphistorien i det historiska Palais de la Marine, som ligger precis nedför gatan från gamla stan och tvärs över gatan från viken. Palais de la Marine har en hiss till 4: e våningen. Vår lägenhet ligger bara 1 våning över på översta våningen, bara en trappa. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng som är öppen för vardagsrummet och kan stängas av med en integritetsskärm. Vardagsrummet har en soffa med en utdragbar säng. Köket och badrummet har nyligen renoverats. Köket är fullt utrustat för matlagning. Se fiskarna komma in varje morgon medan du smutar kaffe på terrassen, du är bara en 2 minuters promenad till bryggan där fiskarna säljer sin dagliga fångst. Stadens veckomarknad är varje söndag. Den veckovisa marknaden, livsmedelsbutik, Boulanger, konditori, vinbutik och många underbara restauranger ligger bara några steg bort. Den orörda stranden i Villefranche är en toppklassad strand på Cote D'Azur och ligger en kort promenad från lägenheten. Den pittoreska staden är charmigt vacker och verkligen magisk efter mörker. Den italienska gränsen ligger 30 minuter bort. Om du vill ha en mer kosmopolitisk scen är Nice bara en 10 minuters bilresa eller tågresa bort. Det glamorösa och otroliga Monaco ligger 20 minuter bort med bil eller tåg. Vare sig du är en francofil, oenofil, foodie, golfare, solskärare, skid entusiast, dykare / snorklare eller en glittrig jet setter, har Villefranche-sur-Mer allt du behöver och vill ha. Tåg- och busstationerna ligger bara några minuters promenad från lägenheten. Det finns också 5 privata parkeringsplatser tillgängliga efter först till kvarn-basen och offentligt betald parkering finns i närheten. Detta är en rökfri lägenhet, men rökning är tillåtet på terrassen. FRÅGA VÅR INSTITUT DE FRANÇAIS RABATT !!!!!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The location of the apartment was just perfect. You can jump into the water from right outside the apartment if you don't want to stroll to the beach. We did this every day!! The apartment is bigger than the photos portray. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Lovely large shower and comfy beds. And obviously the view is stunning. We loved Villefranche. The restaurant up the hill called bistro l'etoile was superb and good value for money. Thank you...we can't wait to return 😁

Wonderfully relaxing holiday

We spent 5 blissful days in this peaceful apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning and we loved taking a morning swim right outside the building. We hope to come back again next summer.

Perfect location

We stayed in the apartment for the end of Le Tour 2024, what a great location. The apartment had all the necessary equipment including a washing machine and an Air Conditioner. Coffee machine was supplied including sufficient pods for our 5 days. We loved our stay - thank-you!

The perfect beach getaway.. a little piece of heaven

What a perfect beach getaway! We really loved our stay at this pretty, clean and comfortable apartment on the ocean. Comfortable bed and linens, comfortable furniture, a nice balcony for enjoying a petit dejeuner or a glass of wine... Such a perfect location! The beach and swimming was perfect, restaurants literally at your doorstep, and a train just above the beach that runs every 15 minutes to Nice, Eze, Cannes, Monaco and towns in between. Just a perfect stay, and Suzie and the prop. mgr. Marie-Laure made everything so easy. Many thanks!

Great location and view.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Great for 2 people. View is fantastic. Location is quiet and away from the noise of the restaurants and busy areas but so close to walk to everything. The train station is a few mins walk away but you barely hear the trains. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great base to visit the surrounding areas or just spend the days at the beach.

This property has it all - with almost everything within walking distance.

The property is very comfortable, clean, and has a stunning view of the Bay of Villefranche Sur Mer. It is steps away from restaurants on the water that excel in service and food; as well as shops, and a fresh fishmonger. Villefranche Sur Mer is a sophisticated small town close to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, and other towns on the Côte d’Azur. All amenities are within walking distance: shops, restaurants, grocery, pharmacies, post office, a beautiful long sandy beach, as well as the train station and bus stations for taking excursions to other towns. Another nearby attraction is Cap Ferrat and the Baronness d’Ephrussy-Rothschild Villa and gardens.

Stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! Waterfront with a great view of the sea and the gorgeous surroundings from the private terrasse. Check-in process was super smooth with the property manager and she was responsive for all our questions. Ideal place for couples visiting French Riviera. Everything was well maintained and many amenities at our disposition. If ever in the area again will try to grab that and highly recommend it to friends.

Ideal location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely seaside apartment in the sky. It had all the amenities you could need. It was very clean, cozy, with modern conveniences, and old rustic beams overhead. If you wish to relax and watch tv at the end of a long day make sure to bring your streaming passwords. The apt. is perfect for 1-2 people, but anymore would be too tight, imo. The apartment is SO close to everything you need- restaurants, the beach, and the train is only a 5 minute straight walk. Marie Laure, and Suzie, answered the many questions I had prior to and during my trip. They were very gracious hosts. I would definitely stay again if they would welcome me.

Villefranche sur Mer 23

The rental was a top choice for the view and location. Gianfranco, the “concierge” for the building was most kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. Clean, well equipped, comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thank you Suzie, Scott, and Gianfranco!

A very charming apartment apartment in a great location.

We felt very privileged to stay in your top floor apartment for a week. It was the perfect base for our first stay on the Riviera. Enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the harbour is pretty special. Of course, the balcony works just as well for a pre dinner drink. The apartment is well equiped with everything needed for an extended stay. The only negative is that the apartment is obviously set up for 2 + 2 guests and the extra furnishing required for this does make it feel a little cluttered. Sometime less is more...

Beautiful Villefranche

Stayed for 4 days at the lovely apartment. 360 degree views from the balcony are gorgeous. The town of Villefranche is charming, train or bus are not far away so you can explore the Cote d'Azur without a car. The apartment is well equipped, comfy bed, good quiet aircon and the building supervisor Giancarlo is around to help or have a good chat. The only issues were 1; I banged my head a few times on the low beams, but that's entirely my fault for being clumsy! 2; Saturday night on the balcony drinking rose wine was ruined by a very load wedding party from the restaurant below, terrible music been pumped out at ear splitting volume until past1am. I went to complain but the guy said they had a licence for the event so tough luck. I would suggest next time they inform Giancarlo so he can warn guests in the future of load events. Otherwise a lovely stay at Suzie's lovely place. Robert

Les pieds dans l'eau

Le logement est absolument parfait pour un couple, la situation dans villefranche sur mer , proche de l'eau, des restaurants.... Le train est à 3 minutes soit direction Nice ou Monaco ! La vue de la petite terrasse est magnifique , le petit + avec un service de conciergerie géré par gfranco au top Stephane et Florence

Words like magnificent and spectacular don't capture the magic of this property! It was beyond our expectation in so many ways: great restaurants just steps away, fabulous balcony views over the water, comfortable bed; lots of hot water in shower, speedy internet, property manager easy to access/ask questions. The space itself is nicely decorated and comfy, and because of an elevator in the building, this loft apartment is only one flight of stairs (we're senior couple and had no trouble) Con: only potential con is that the loft apartment has some sloped ceilings. My 6 ft husband had to be aware in a few spots, but not a real issue; however basketball players, beware (hehe)

I enjoyed staying at this apartment very much. It's so close to the train station, a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Above all, the views from the apartment are really beautiful. It was clean and well kept.

Great place to kick back and enjoy the quiet side of the French Riviera

We loved this place! The loft has a wonderful view. It is quiet and comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The location is exceptional. It is very close to the busstop and train station. With the bus you can be in 10 minutes in Nice or you can take the train to Cannes or Menton. Gianfranco is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend tis place.

Wonderful views over the bay

We had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment, and particularly liked being at the heart of the town with easy access to the shops and station. Public transport is great and can get you all over the place.
