We were especially disappointed to learn after your departure that the air conditioning was not performing as expected. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have arranged for immediate service. We want every guest to be comfortable, and we're always happy to address any concerns as quickly as possible. Our condo is intentionally decorated in a warm, classic Hawaiian style with Tommy Bahama-inspired furnishings, including updated bedroom furniture and newer living room furniture. We understand that personal design preferences vary, and our listing photos are intended to accurately reflect the home's island-inspired décor so guests know what to expect before booking. We truly appreciate all feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable, relaxing Maui vacation experience. This was the perfect spot for our family wedding vacation. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear which was a huge plus! We loved being within walking distance to The Shops at Wailea and some of the best beaches on Maui. The complex is so peaceful, and having two pools to choose from was great for our big family. The management was also super responsive throughout our stay.

This property was on gorgeous grounds! Such a beautiful Lani for coffee. The AC was amazing! This VRBO was SO well appointed- everything you could need from bandaids and chip clips to pots and Tupperware and shampoo! Endless beach equipment for every family member (toys for toddlers and boogie boards for kids & adults). The owner is also very accommodating and responsive.We’ve been to Hawaii many times and haven’t stayed in a location with as much thought put into having everything one might need if traveling from afar. FIVE STARS all around! Cleanliness, location, supplies, comfort of beds.

A 10 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea, 2 pools, hot tubs and 6 large community bbq’s. The condo is only a short 25 minute drive from the airport. You can even get a sunset view from the Lanai depending on time of the year. We would definitely book with Kim again.

March '25 stay

Condo is great - better than advertised ! Great location in property - very clean, well equipped and "as advertised." Our 4th stay @ Grand Champions, 1st time in this unit and it is the best unit we've stayed in - we'll be back !!!

We Plan on Staying Again!

We really enjoyed this condo. The amenities are nice including kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, and comfortable beds and furniture. It is within walking distance to a tennis club, restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, and beaches. Also, communication with the host was great. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Great for family holiday

We were here with our daughter and her boyfriend for one week. Everything in and around the appt was great and the koctaion good enough that we could do things independently and with one car only. The gourmet market done by the Wailea Shops saved us a few trips to the closest grocery store. The property manager was very responsive to minor issues and communicates very well. We would highly recommend this place.

Girls trip!

We came for a fun girls trip and we’re happy with the place! It was perfectly located and had plenty of space. The only inconvenience was that the master bathroom only had a door for the toilet, so slightly inconvenient for a girls trip, but otherwise amazing. And any slight hiccup was addressed timely.

All was good. The pickle ball courts are close to the condo so that could be annoying. It was mostly drowned out by the AC.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The beds linens and pillows were all wonderful. Note the AC in the master bedroom would not run as it produced an error code due to a vent issue but we were fine without it, just wanted to let the property management know.

The Grand Champions resort is nestled in a quiet and beautiful location, close to the most spectacular beaches in world and fantastic dining and shopping. The condo itself was spacious and well-appointed. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, from a cozy living area to a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Our family (with kids) especially appreciated the provided beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs etc). The decor beautifully blended island charm with modern amenities, making it feel both inviting and functional. Our host, Kim, was attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you're looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful setting with a wonderfully helpful host, look no further than Kim’s condo at the Grand Champions in Wailea. We left feeling rejuvenated and are already planning our return visit!

The unit was very nice; king beds in both bedrooms comfortable; well stocked; clean and roomy with privacy and trees off the back patio. Our only issue was the people noise in adjoining units and in the unit above us on the second floor. Apparently the building construction did not include double walls and allowances to minimize footsteps and activity on second floors. This unit was on the first floor. This is not something the owners can prevent. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

11 days in Maui

The condo is exactly as the listing . Beautiful property and very well kept . The condo had everything we needed for our stay . There are lots of dishes, towels and 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs , boogie boards and beach toys for children. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had . We highly recommend this property and definitely will return

Great place!

No complaints. Clean, no bugs and had everything we needed. Nice big shower in master 1. Master 2 gas bath. Kitchen utensils well stocked and cookware and Tupperware. Had a few simple spices and olive oil. Had chairs, umbrella, beach mat. We had a great time! Used pool and spa daily. We had kids but they have a quiet pool for adults. Would stay again.

Wonderful Maui family vacation

This was my family's second trip to Maui and we really enjoyed this condo. The two bedroom two bath set up was perfect for us with out two teenage daughters. Everything you need for the beach is provided - towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location is close to stunning beaches and resorts, and we had the convenience of a full kitchen. So nice to be within a 15 min walk to the beach, and also a great base to drive to multiple beaches and sights throughout the island. We enjoyed fine dining in Wailea as well as casual spots, food trucks and the grocery store in Kehei. The best of both worlds! We would gladly stay here again.

condo review

This condo was conveniently located near many restaurants,beaches and shopping-all was within walking distance which we did every day. The owner of the condo was very helpful and prompt in answering all questions that we had. The only complaint I have is that the carpet in the bedroom was quite dirty but the rest of the condo was in good condition. I would recommend this property to a friend.

I am so sorry that the carpets were dirty. I was not aware of this as I would have had them cleaned. I strive to keep our condo in the cleanest condition and as such have the carpets cleaned about 4x per year.

We are a family of three that loved vacationing in Maui. When my son was born, we found it to be the perfect family destination with the ideal weather, the vast choice of activities and the beautiful scenery. We always stayed in the 5 star hotels located in Wailea until someone showed us the Grand Champions Villas. We purchased a villa in the Grand Champions as it was one of the newest complexes in the area and it was so close to so many beautiful beaches in Maui. We love going to different beaches every day searching for good places to boogie board and and snorkel. We try to visit as often as possible and we consider it our home away from home.

We chose a vacation rental in Wailea because the area's 5 star feel. Its location is ideal for visiting many of the top rated beaches in the world which are minutes away, the fine dining restaurants and shopping and the world championship golf courses and tennis club.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The location of our unit is on the first floor which is easy to load your luggage and bring in groceries, etc. It is right across from one of the pools in the complex which is wonderful to use after a day at the beach or sightseeing or in the evening for a BBQ. In addition, the Tommy Bahama inspired decor makes the condo inviting. Bed and bath linens are purchased on a continuous basis. Three smart TV's allow you to enjoy entertainment while you are relaxing. Beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers are provided. The following are not provided however are often there: umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys.
