Good location, walk to most attractions. Shared both apartments with my brother and his family. 9 adults ample beds and bathrooms. It was apparent that no one had checked this property before our arrival. The electricity was out in the smaller unit which made the code on the front door to not work. Had many text message with our contact to find the hidden key. Due to the power outage all the appliances in the smaller unit were beeping. While resetting them we discovered a mummified piece of food in the microwave with tons of flies. It smelled awful! We removed the mummified food and zapped the flies. We did not use that microwave. The AC was not on when we arrived. The AC in the larger living room never worked despite repeated attempts. We notified our contact who recommended to keep trying to reset the AC unit. This was not what we wanted to be doing with our 2 days in Florence. All 9 of us would hang out in the smaller unit living room. My niece found food crumbs in her bed in the smaller unit.
