X-Stor och lyxig lägenhet i Gamla stan! - All komfort -

Denna stora enhet är resultatet av två lägenheter, oberoende men kopplade varandra (jag skickar växterna för att se det bättre).
Detta är utrustningen i huset:
- Köket är fullt möblerat (diskmaskin, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys, kaffebryggare -italian moka och amerikansk kaffe, brödrost, alla rätter och porslin, etc.)
- tvättmaskin,
- torktumlare,
- strykjärn och bräda
- luftkonditionerade i alla rum i husen,
- internet wifi,
- etc..
PLATS: lägenheten ligger i Pepi street n. 65, så verkligen centralt; Det är en fantastisk position eftersom du inte behöver en bil eller buss för att besöka de stora konstverken i Gamla stan! Marknader, matvaror, restauranger, garage etc. är i närheten.
Det är väldigt lysande och väldigt tyst (jag slog bara de anti högljudda fönstren), tredje våningen, ingen hiss (som den största delen av byggnaden i gamla stan men med mycket stor och lätt att klättra trappor) i en gammal och ädel palats.
Det finns också två nivåer (som du kan se i bilderna och växterna): På varje nivå finns sovrum med sina badrum bredvid, så alla har sin integritet.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation included 4 children under 8, 2 seniors and 5 adults. This property was perfect for us! We had lots of space and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect! We could walk to almost everything! Massimo and Nina communicated with us promptly and effectively. We would highly recommend it and would love to return!!!

Charming Stay in Historic Florence Apartment

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Florence apartment. It’s full of historic charm and perfectly located—many of the city's major sights, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away. The area feels safe and vibrant, making it easy to explore on foot and soak in the local atmosphere.The apartments themselves are cozy, giving a true Florentine feel. One thing to note: it's on the top floor with no elevator, so be prepared for some stairs.Overall, a memorable stay in a fantastic location—ideal for those looking to experience the heart of Florence!

Good location, walk to most attractions. Shared both apartments with my brother and his family. 9 adults ample beds and bathrooms. It was apparent that no one had checked this property before our arrival. The electricity was out in the smaller unit which made the code on the front door to not work. Had many text message with our contact to find the hidden key. Due to the power outage all the appliances in the smaller unit were beeping. While resetting them we discovered a mummified piece of food in the microwave with tons of flies. It smelled awful! We removed the mummified food and zapped the flies. We did not use that microwave. The AC was not on when we arrived. The AC in the larger living room never worked despite repeated attempts. We notified our contact who recommended to keep trying to reset the AC unit. This was not what we wanted to be doing with our 2 days in Florence. All 9 of us would hang out in the smaller unit living room. My niece found food crumbs in her bed in the smaller unit.

Wonderful place, great location, great host

We had a group of 10 adults. The location is perfect and accommodated us easily. Walking distance to market, great restaurants and shops. You do have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to apt but host let us know when we booked.

Great place, great owner, and in a great neighborhood

The property was wonderful for two families of five to stay at for four nights. We were able to explore everything that Florence has to offer in comfort and spacious apartments. The communications were outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again.

10 day in Florence

All was great for 10 days and 7 people. Both apartments as one worked very well for us and the location gave us easy access to sites, restaurants and graoceries. Next Florence rental will be this property again

Excellent stay, amazing host

I rented this property for 10 of my friends and myself during our study abroad in Italy and it was incredible! Massimo made sure each person had their own bed. He was also very attentive and the property was just incredible.

Family stay in old town Florence

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay in Florence. We had plenty of room and the sites of Florence were walkable. A convenient grocery store around the corner helped us make some meals in the apartment. Massimo provided a lot of information on check-in but also stayed in contact to answer any questions that we had.

Can’t expect more

Location was safe and close to attractions. Apartment was clean, spacious and we found the best for our larger group of 14 people. Massimo was very supportive host before, while and after our stay. We stayed 5 places in our Italy tour and found this stay was the best one we all liked. Host took care of very small things too in apartment which is hard to believe.

Family Trip to Florence 2022

Very Nice property

The property is one of the few in the area that can handle large groups. It is a great spot with nice amenities 20 min or less walking to anywhere. The cleaning lady is very nice and the property is as advertised. Pros, Easy to check in and work with the owner, close to city center, good food and grocery options close by, apartments are in nice shape. Cons its on the top floor of the building.

Excellent group accommodations

I have used both the Pepi and Grande apartments for the past two years for my students. The accommodations are perfect and the location is superb. It is always clean. Thanks to Massimo for allowing us to stay in such lovely apartments. I highly recommend this to any large family or small group looking to find a place to really enjoy what it means to stay in Florence.

Wonderful Stay

Amazing location in a quiet, authentic neighborhood. The apartments are very spacious for large groups and have everything you need to be comfortable. Lots of charm in a historic building. There is a fantastic pastry shop and fabulous gelateria very close by. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartments but it is well worth the climb. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence!

Lovely stay in large apartments in Florence

Property was in a very cute apartment building. Need to carry luggage up 4 floors but goes to two large apartments and Massimo even left a gift for us! Checkin was easy and communication with Massimo was swift. Very clean and lots of amenities that you would not normally find.

Family Wedding

There were eight of us that stayed in the property. We had two others that couldn’t make it at the last minute. The property was everything that was advertised. It had a very Italian feel to it and was very roomy. It was very walkable to all the main attractions in Florence. I absolutely loved Florence, and would absolutely stay at this property again!

It's a quiet street but next to a lively area where there are many bars and restaurants, where have breakfast, lunch or dinner;
the supermarket is also very close (where you can buy all you need, fresh foods and wine too);
moreover, the cover market of Sant'Ambrogio is very close.
