HILO'S STRANDAR & SURFRIDER STRANDBOLAR:
Hus framför bästa bad och snorklingstrand på Big Island of Hawaii. För större grupper hyr vi båda bostäderna tillsammans. Fråga mig så svarar jag omedelbart om båda bostäderna finns tillgängliga.
Stränder hus är huvudhuset och är 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. För mer information och massor av bilder, se den enskilda webbplatsen på VRBO Listing # 3948511. På samma tomt bredvid detta hus ligger Surfrider-huset. Också 3 sovrum och 2 badrum där den lägre nivån är ett stort sovrum med två drottningssängar och badkar. Separat inträde till lägre nivå. I priset ingår BÅDE hem. Höjdpunkten på den här platsen är Richardsons Beach Park. En av bara några få platser kan man säkert komma in i havet i Hilo-området. Kanske den bästa snorkling du någonsin kommer att hitta. Skyddade bad- och snorkelområden med badvakter på södra sidan av Hilobukten. En av 6 hållplatser för "Hop on Hop off" -bussen. Det är ett turistmål. Hem till många gröna havssköldpaddor. Tvärs över gatan finns små svarta sandstränder. Downtown Hilo ligger bara 3. 5 mil längs havsvägen. Vägen slutar bara 100 meter längre.

Vardagsrummen, kök, matplatser och sovrummen har fri utsikt över havet .. Hem kan hyras tillsammans för större familjer eller grupper som reser tillsammans. Båda husen ligger i staden Hilo, bara 5 mil från flygplatsen.

Våra hus ligger nära Hilo Farmer's Market, restauranger, shopping, vattenfall, Volcano National Park, en aktiv vulkan.

Husen är utrustade med boogiebrädor och strandutrustning, DVD-spelare och höghastighetsinternet via kabel (WiFi). Dessa fastigheter har ett stort antal återkommande gäster varje år.

Denna semesterbostad ligger på stranden i Keaukaha, en stadsdel i Hilo. Great Hilo Houses

Having two houses right together fit our size group (8 adults and three kids), and would have allowed several more people if we had needed.The location was perfect. The lovely rocky beach was just across the street and our group went kayaking, snorkeling or watching turtles every day. The house - particularly the kitchen, was furnished very well. When we needed something else it was delivered that day. There were enough towels for everyone. If I were to improve anything it would be the access between houses since we were going back and forth all the time.\All in all, we would go back again.

Excellent location by Richardson Beach Park

We were there to run the Big Island International Marathon. For me it was completing running a marathon in all 50 states. We had a big group that wanted to come along for the occasion so we needed a space large enough for 13 of us. The houses were a perfect fit for our group. The easy walk across the street to the beach and short drive to downtown Hilo gave us the best of both worlds. We enjoyed our times just sitting on the porch and enjoying everyone’s company. Would def recommend to a large group looking for a good loocation in Hilo!

The houses are in a great area close yo the beach. Plenty of room for all our family to stay. The house had so many amenities and we did not have to buy any ocean stuff and toys! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This property was located right across the street from Richardson's Beach. It was heavenly listening to the waves crash all day and night. We had plenty of room for our family of 11.

Hilo Family Reunion

Great place and location. Owner was amazing to work with. Only drawback was that the oven didn’t work well so took us forever to bake some meals and then ended up moving our food to another oven.

Beautiful Gem of a Home

Richard was very accommodating with this rental home. Beautiful and amazing home. Many amenities and very spacious. Waking up to an oceanfront view every morning was more than enough. Cant wait for the next stay!

Richardson's Beach Houses

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the two houses. There were 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children ages 7, 5 and 4). It was nice to spread out comfortably. It was great to be so close to the beach and the ocean views were spectacular. We also appreciated all the easy access to beach equipment (snorkels, water shoes, paddle boards, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) We had a great time in Hilo and so lucked out with great weather! Thanks!

Excellent location!

We stayed for a few days in Hilo before heading over to the Kona area. We wanted to experience the volcano, black sand beaches, and snorkeling in the Hilo side. It was an excellent home for a larger group (8) and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of beach toys and snorkel gear. We walked over to the Richardsons Park for snorkeling and exploring multiple time. Of note, the houses, overall are dated. For the location and overall experience, we would recommend the home to others and would stay there again if in the area. The host sent over great info and ideas for the area. Our little girls loved the cats in the area. Coconut Grill was a great restaurant for our family.

Great duo of houses for extended family

The two houses were perfect for our family. The setup exceptionally well-outfitted for water sports and enjoyment. We didn't take full advantage of the boards and kayaks, but they were there. We did enjoy the masks, snorkel, boogie boards, water shoes and chairs. And the umbrellas! Although beautiful, it does rain a lot in Hilo in the winter.

Ohana time

Location is amazing! Great for multiple families as we used together for a celebration of life for uncle Hank! There are lots of Fun things for the beach like standup paddleboard, boogie boards, noodles, snorkeling gear, and beach toys to name a few… Upon check in I realize I did not have property code and 10 o’clock our time, I found Richard the property managers number, which he answered in the middle of the night their time, to get us in house I thank him so very very much. House is pretty weather as it is an older beach house but that’s a part of the character of the place… We would totally stay again if we need a place to accommodate all the family… We had some priceless memories and good times! We loved this location and our time in the big island!

The house had everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation. We all went snorkeling every day. It was so nice to enjoy the ocean breeze while having breakfast or dinner in the lanai with family.

Location across from Richardson Ocean Beach Park was beyond wonderful.

It is an older house, the upgrades that are done are well done, it is very clean, well set up, and layout works very well. Host extremely responsive.

Beautiful two house property

This was a beautiful two house property located right across the street from the water. Our group was 13 people, lots of couples and 4 grown kids, plus a cousin and uncle, all celebrating my mother in law's 80th birthday. Everyone got a bed, only 2 or 3 had to share a room, and it was wonderful to be able to host family dinners every night. We had an issue with the oven and Richard was super responsive and attempted to get it resolved quickly. The grill at Surfside works great, fyi, lol! Richard is going add some motion lights and pave paths between houses, so older folks can more easily cross between them, until then, heads up for roots! Lots of water toys and snorkeling gear available, laundry soap, HUGE washing machines and dryers, just a beautiful and relaxing place for larger groups. You cannot beat the view, and the cleaner even dropped off extra TP when she came to check the oven (we just hadn't hit the store yet, lol!) I cannot recommend these houses enough, super close to Hilo and easy access to the airport and points west. Or go up the coast if you want!

Varför värden valde detta boende

In 2010 I stayed as a guest in a guest house 5 doors down from this property. After paying too much for air fare and a rental car, it made sense to pay a little extra to stay in a great location. A wise choice. We loved it so much we bought the property we were staying at. The owner of that property owned these homes. We referred guests to each other so we always kept in contact. Her busy life was too much for the vacation rental business and I was happy to expand my rental business. Now I spend part of my year in Hilo.
This place rivals any place on earth, as you will find out.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

If you plan on staying more than a couple days, you will have to enjoy the location. If you love the water and especially snorkeling, you will not find a better location. The best snorkeling is in just a few feet of water right in front of the black sand beach. It is like swimming in a tropical fish store. Green sea turtles come to rest for the night in the evening at the rocks just beyond the black sand beach. The water is largely sheltered by the rocks creating a partial lagoon. Yet this house is just down the street from Downtown Hilo. Great for quick trips out to eat, shopping and many tourist locations. Review the "Location" tab for a list of over 20 great places to see.
