En 1960 Alexander hem i Racquet Club Road Estates ligger fem minuter frÄn centrala Palm Springs. Huset har tre sovrum, tvÄ badrum och ett vÀlutrustat kök med moderna apparater. Saltvattenpoolen Àr omgiven av frodigt grÀs för bÄde barn och vuxna. De tÀckta uteplats- och skuggstrÀdden ger lugn frÄn solen, medan utomhusbryggan och kylskÄpet hÄller dig matad och uppdaterad hela dagen.

BefÀlhavaren och andra sovrummen har king size-sÀngar, medan det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ full storlek sÀngar. Alla tre sovrummen erbjuder högkvalitativa kuddar och sÀngklÀder, plattskÀrms-TV, black-out nyanser och garderober.

Stayed in this beautiful home for a girls trip last week. It was perfect for the 3 of us. It was very comfortable, clean, and so close to downtown. Our check in was super easy. The pool and outside area was so relaxing. Would def stay here again!

We stayed for a week, again, and we had a fabulous time, as usual. This is a wonderful place to stay for a family as the pool is large and there is a great covered area to sit u see and eat and/or relax while watching the kids in the pool. We would stay here again!

The property layout was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. The pool, hot tub, and backyard in general combined for a true desert oasis. The general aesthetics of the house and furnishings were exactly what I wanted and the property was very clean and tidy. However, there was a miscommunication with check-in that, among other things, led to a stressful first day. I also think some general property maintenance is needed.

Excellent stay

Could not have been better. The space was gorgeous, the pool was perfect and the house was pretty well stocked so it was easy to make meals there daily. Can’t wait to return!

A real gem house

Paul is an exquisite property manager, his personal welcoming was friendly and super so knowledgeable of this beautiful city.We loved the house, the decor, and so welled equipped for a fantastic stay.The outside barbecue kitchen absolutely perfect.The terrasse and the pool just a dreamThank you so much for a stay that we will cherish in our memories

Lovely, relaxing place to stay

The house is so fun and relaxing. It was a lovely spot for our girl trip to Palm Springs. We enjoyed chilling in the pool during the day and hot tub at night. We cooked a couple times at the house and it had all the supplies we needed. One evening we had a plumbing issue, and the owner was responsive and had a plumber to the house the next morning. Great location easy access to downtown Palm Springs and other local sites. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this house to others!

Alexander homes focus on the outdoor space, this home does not disappoint! The outdoor living room , dining room, and that amazing salt water pool and spa!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home is unique as we have a comfortable outdoor lounging and dining area located underneath a shaded covered patio. We have an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fridge and side burner. Great Big Tv's and surround sound.
Our pool has a tanning shelf so you can actually sit in the water as you soak up the sun. And there is a Hot Tub!
