Great Florida Getaway!

The owner was very accommodating and really cared that we enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable and loved the neighborhood. Felt very safe there. We Loved eating our meals out on the deck, and the electric grill was great other than it was challenging to clean (we suggest a grill scraper). The kitchen had good pans. The location was perfect and we loved biking from the place on our favorite bike trail! Honeymoon beach is really an easy short ride! We loved the ice cream shops! Would love to go back next year!

Sunshine week

It was very easy to rent this condo thru VRBO. Carol Witt wad very quick to answer any questions we had. My only issue was the fact that the masterbedroom had a double bed and the other bedroom had a queen. The 2 bedroom was up another set of stairs which we didn't see in info for rental. As the main renters it would have been nice to sleep in the master bedroom. Lots of fun things to do very close.

Loved this house

Absolutely a great home! Communication with Carol was awesome. Loved all the little critters that can be seen around outside. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Absolutely loved staying in this home the only thing I would recommend is darker curtains in the master bedroom just because I can’t sleep after I see the bright light. But if your like my husband he just covered his head and went back to sleep lol. Over all great house and a wonderful property owner to work with. Look forward to visiting again!

Cute condo with outdoor space for activities near and around Palm Harbor!

This condo was PERFECT for our needs! We usually stay in the Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor area and this location is also convenient for trips into Tampa, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood right by the Pinellas Trail. We can easily walk to some restaurants and the ice cream shop. The condo has a lovely outdoor porch/deck where we spent a lot of our time. There are LED lights all around the porch/deck so it is also very enjoyable when it is dark. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed inside. Owner Carol is welcoming and responsive. We had a wonderful time and we look forward to booking this property again! Thanks Carol!

Needs some TLC

The condo location was perfect for our main wants and desires; almost on the Pinellas Trail and close to beaches and dining. The home was clean and well stocked as advertised. Carol was quick to respond to an immediate request on the 1st morning of our stay. Although the issues noted in the prior reviews remained to be addressed, she indicated the repairs were scheduled to be addressed after our stay. Also, the front steps leading into the condo are in need of repair. We have stayed in many accommodations using VRBO and would rate this condo a ‘5 Star’ once the issues are corrected.

Winter Home Away from Home

My husband and I live in Minnesota and both are working from home. We decided to get away from the harsh Minnesota winter and head south. We wanted a place that was at least an average temperature of 70 degrees and close to the water. What attracted us to this place was the Pinellas Trail less than 100 yards from the condo. We found many hidden gems in this area to go sightseeing and enjoying the warm weather. Sunset Beach, Fred Howard Park, John Chestnut Park and Honeymoon island. Within a 30 to 40 minute drive was Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg. We stayed for 5 weeks and found new things to explore almost every day. The condo was great for our needs having the two bedrooms gave us space for our office and not being on top of each other. The condo was exactly like the photos and the people in the neighborhood were friendly. Having an ice cream shop and a small beach area within walking distance to watch the sunsets and enjoy an evening treat was an added benefit. We would stay in this condo again and come back to the Palm Harbor area.

Great Condo for Golfers/Vacationers

The property is easy to get to and in a great location particularly for golfers/vacationers for getting around Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs areas. Whether you want to go the historic Tarpon Springs harbor area to enjoy the Greek experience or play golf at Copperhead in Innisbrook Resort you are only 8 minutes away with normal traffic by car the most. The property also has a great set up with the rooms and everything you need to enjoy your stay including bikes to ride if you want to try the fantastic Pinellas bike trial!

Nice Condo

I really enjoyed my stay. It is very nice condo in a wonderful area with a great location for getting around Tarpon Springs and Palm Harbor particularly for golfers who are looking for an alternative to hoteling.

Wonderful Place in a Lovely Neighborhood

We have friends in Palm Harbor and visit them every year…we couldn’t stay with them this year and this place was a minute walk from their house. It was clean, perfect size and location. Beds were REALLY comfortable. The amazing Crystal Beach sunsets are just a walk away! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Lovely

This is an awesome little condo in a really great location. First, and most importantly in my opinion, it is an incredibly clean property. I’m a bit on the crazy side with regards to cleanliness which is why I despise staying in a hotel. This place passed my cleanliness inspection with flying colors. Absolutely no concerns with regards to how nice and clean this property is. Also the location of this condo is just delightful. It basically sits right on a beautiful walking/biking trail that allows you to easily walk to a couple beautiful parks and beaches with incredible sunsets. My visit was a girls weekend for myself and my bestie so it was nice to have two comfortable bedrooms as well as two separate bathrooms. This property would also be perfect for a couple or a couple with one extra. I hope I have the opportunity to return as this is a really great little spot in the world.

Perfect location for us!

Quiet neighborhood with views of The Pinellas Trail while sitting on covered back deck. Fully equipped kitchen & even lots of shampoos etc..in bathrooms. Plenty of plush towels as well!

Convenient location and quiet too!

A great location convenient to everything from Tarpon Springs to Dunedin. Exceptionally clean, with comfortable furniture and a pleasant back deck. And the Pinellas Trail being within sight just adds to the highlights. What struck us most was how quiet the neighborhood is. This place will be our first choice when we visit the area again.

Amazing stay!

This property was perfect! Very close to everything you might want to do, only thing I would mention is if you plan on doing your cooking at the house for dinners look threw what they have, we had to buy some cooking utensils to cook meals but other then that everything was perfect!
