Tre sovrum, 2 badhus i Sundance Golf community. Huset har privat pool, badtunna och två bilgarage. Tyst grannskap. Mycket trevlig en nivå ranch. Ingen rökning. 6 sovplatser snyggt. Poolen värms upp av solpaneler så att utetemperaturerna måste vara på åttiotalet för att värma poolen tillräckligt varm för att simma. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår också. Det finns en grill, en kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, ismaskin, disk, handdukar, sängkläder, etc. och söta utemöbler. Det är en härlig plats att koppla av. Wi-fi ingår. Vi har också två cyklar för din njutning.

Amazing

Everything was as advertised in the posting. We contacted the owner and they worked with us. The hose is very clean along with the pool and hot tub. Close to everything and only about 30-40 minutes from down town.

Perfect home!

The home had all the conveniences we could ever have needed! Our grandkids enjoyed visiting us so they could take advantage of the hot tub.The location was so handy with grocery stores and retail shopping close by. It was close to major highways which made day trips easy.We enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. We definitely will return.

Christmas with family in Buckeye

Great property to stay in for our family vacation to celebrate Christmas with family. Clean, well maintained property with great value. We greatly enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area.!!!

Arizona getaway

overall, it is a very nice place. The housekeeper they have taking care of the property could do a lot better job. The owners were easy to contact and work with. I would rent again the location was GREAT and it was close to my Sister.

Home Away from Home

This house was a home away from home for my husband, our two teenagers and me. It’s very clean, furnishings are comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again while visiting our family in the area!

A nice getaway from the cold!

The place was exactly as described and comfortable, and the hot tub was very nice to use after a long day of hiking or golfing. Its located very close to the Sundance golf course so the location is extremely convenient if you are a golfer! All in all it was a very relaxing three week stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful stay

My family (husband, teen, elementary, and newborn) stayed in this lovely home over thanksgiving. It perfectly accommodated our entire family. The neighborhood has a park directly across from the home that my kids loved, they made friends with the neighborhood kids at the basketball court. Everything was clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Buckeye!

House with pool

Beautiful home with pool in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for our month’s stay was there. The house lacked a bit of cleanliness. Luke’s Air Force base is not to far away, a lot of F16 jets in the sky, they are pretty noisy. A suggestion, since the house is for six people, it would be nice to have six chairs and a larger table on the patio outside. Over all great experience!

Fall 2023

We enjoyed our stay in Arizona. The location of the home worked well for us. The home itself is quite small, but doable. The lighting in the living could be improved by use of table lamps. For us, the couch was too soft and uncomfortable. Definitely painful for our back. If anything, it taught me to pay attention to listing details more carefully regarding furniture. The TV is a smart TV and limits to only streaming, something we don't do. We couldn't watch network channels nor the local news. We ended up purchasing an indoor antenna from Walmart, worked great. We'll use it for future travel. Also, the grill was out of gas and disgusting. Such a fire hazard. My husband spent over 45 minutes cleaning the entire grill. We purchase a tank of gas. It should be set for the next renter--you're welcome! I did reach out to Karen several times and she responded immediately and was receptive to my concerns. One last thing. The neighbors from up the street and around the corner love parking in front of this house, across the street. This made it difficult for us to pull our truck into the drive, since they were lined up in front of the garage to the corner. I do hope the HOA does something. It was daily for the 2 weeks we were there. So, my guess the threat of being fined from HOA is an empty one

Great work trip

We work for a San Diego based merchandise company and frequently have to stay in other cities and states. This was one of the best stays we have ever had and we appreciate all the aspects of the home and stay. Definitely will book again in the future for our trips.

Moving to AZ

My husband and I sold our house on the east coast and moved to Arizona. We rented this house for a month while we looked for a house to buy. The hosts were very easy and friendly to work with both while booking and during the rental period. The house was just what we needed. Shopping was just 3-4 miles away…. groceries, restaurants and home needs. Convenient to everything. The brand new Costco that opened 3 miles down the road was an added bonus.

Buckeye retreat

Nice home, clean, pool was great to cool off from the heat. Very close to our granddaughter. Communication with owner was quick. We have rented other homes in Buckeye but never with the use of parking in the garage and the use of their bicycles, A+ in my book. Will definitely rent again. You will not go wrong staying here.

Great place

Nice clean and modern home. Beds comfy and couch very relaxing. Plenty of small appliances. Grocery store and shopping very close. Quiet neighborhood. Ample walking.

Sundance

Good location with easy access to freeways & some nice regional parks for hiking … Skyline, Estrella Mountains, White Tank Mountains. Hot tub was nice after a day of activity, and even used the pool a few times. Comfortable beds, and the Ninja made great smoothies.

Christmas Holiday

Overall a great stay and would recommend to others. Owners respond timely to messages. Pros: Nice well appointed home with many useful amenities; plenty of towels. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable. Couch soft/comfortable. Nice laundry area in garage. TV streaming apps and internet. Cons: Did not receive door code at check in time. Had to message owner to get the code and wait for a response while on the way to the property from the airport. This caused me to panic somewhat since it was Christmas Eve; but they responded with the code a few minutes before we arrived and crisis was averted. When getting up Christmas morning to make that first cup of coffee, found the inside of the coffee maker was filthy. Spent 30 minutes cleaning and sanitizing it before use. (And descaled it before leaving) Neighbors to the right of the home have a spotlight pointed directly at the hot tub at night which was not only annoying but creepy so we only used it briefly one time. There is a step down in the garage that we didn’t see; lost our balance, almost fell. Really need some sort of warning there for us older folks so no one gets hurt. Suggestions: House seemed dark inside. A couple of lamps and a coffee table would make it more homey. A glass casserole dish would be useful for those who cook. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. Accidentally bought coffee beans instead of ground coffee but there was a coffee grinder there that saved the day! :)

We live in Alaska and eventually plan on using the house more when we retire. We are starting to look forward to more time in the warmth of Arizona.

We like that the house is a single level....no stairs. Also the private pool and hot tub are very nice instead of sharing with a community of people. It’s a nice family neighborhood .
