En vacker 5 sovrum, 5 badrum berg hem ligger i staden Dillon i hjärtat av skidlandet ... Summit County, Colorado's lekplats. Inga trafikerade vägar att korsa för att komma till lekplatser, amfiteater eller Marina!

Stora pittoreska fönster i vardagsrummet har utsikt över Lake Dillon och har en fantastisk utsikt över Keystone Ski Resort.

Efter en dag med äventyr, kom hem och grill middag på den stora gasgrillen på bakdäcken medan du tar sikte på utsikten. Efter middagen kan du njuta av en blötläggning i den privata utomhuspoolen, ett spel med pool, dart eller fotboll eller koppla av och titta på en film på 52'-HDTV i bekvämligheten i det rymliga vardagsrummet med en gaspanna.

Det är en kort promenad till Arapahoe Cafe för en utsökt frukost / brunch eller för deras nattliga specialerbjudanden (burgernatt, grillnatt, rubinrödöring). Pug Ryan's Brewery ligger precis ner på gatan som serverar lunch, middag och happy hour / apres ski! Jersey Boys serverar pizza och subs och ligger precis intill skiduthyrning och / eller cykeluthyrning. Så mycket att göra och det är så nära!

Tennisbanor och ett par lekplatser är gångavstånd, liksom Summit County Rec Path, som kan ta dig till Keystone, Frisco, koppar och hela vägen till Breckenridge eller till och med Vail.

Det finns också 2 busshållplatser inom gångavstånd för dig att fånga GRATIS Summit Stage buss som går över Summit County.

Great keystone mountain getaway

We had a nice New Year’s trip for a few ski days up at Keystone. It was a wonderful time, relaxing with family. The house was great and perfect for our needs. There were 11 of us and plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful home with a fantastic view

The house was perfect for our group. We loved the view, and being able to walk to the park, the marina, for ice cream and for pizza. I can't think of anything more we could have asked for!

Beautiful Property

This was a perfect location and home for our family group. Was perfect to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms to have our own space. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. View is gorgeous. Easy walk to the Marina for fishing and kayaking. Quick drive to Breck, Keystone, and Vail.

Ski vacation

Overall great location and convenience to slopes and shops, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. Use of crock pot was essential and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

The property was beautiful and big enough for us all! We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub in the evenings after the guys were done on the slopes. The location was easy to find and the property was accurately depicted. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets were some of the softest I have ever felt. If we bring another large group back to the area, I'd definitely check to see if this property was available again.

Terrific vacation house

Beautiful surroundings, even better than we expected from the photos in the listing. Amazingly equipped kitchen with every serving dish and preparation tool imaginable. This was the first visit to Colorado for some of our friends. We were glad we chose this house.

Perfect location and beautiful house!

We actually ended up not leaving as much as we had family in and a lot of snow came in. It was so much fun! And we realized we didn’t need to leave the house much. There was so much room for hanging out together! We had family get married at Sapphire Point and a reception at Saved By The Wine and we went to so many different places around the area and this house was located in the middle of it all! A few blocks from the underground bowling too! And so many places to eat. You can eat here easily too! Everything you could ever need is in the house or within a few minute drive. Perfect perfect place!!!

Great Ski House

Tracy's Mountain Lake Home was perfect for our family ski trip. The house was massive, with plenty of extra space. The living room is very large, with plenty of seating. The hot tub and pool/foosball tables provided great after ski entertainment. The location was close to the major road to Keystone/A-Basin (and just a few miles from the main road to Brecks), yet far enough away that you didn't hear any traffic noise. Getting to the house is easy, you don't need 4WD (some places in the area are up steep hills). The living room is a huge wall of glass looking out over the lake and mountains: the view is spectacular. The living room has a fireplace which was great to come home to after a day of skiing. The house is next to 18 miles of trails around the lake, in case you don't feel like skiing for a day. The garage was large enough to fit the Suburban we rented and still have plenty of room for our skis. Inside there was more than enough closet space for all our coats, gloves, helmets etc... The kitchen had everything you could use. The washer/dryer were right off the kitchen. Finally, you are close to the restaurants and stores of Dillan, Silverthorne and Frisco so you don't run out of dining options. If you are looking for a large home with all the amenities close to the region's major ski areas, you won't be disappointed. We have already asked to reserve a week next year!

A great week in Dillon

My wife and I, as well as some of our kids and grandkids (others stayed in a nearby home) gathered from around the country for a long-awaited reunion. It was an excellent week, due in part to this fine property we were lucky to stay at. It's as good as advertised. Two special notes: the property was very clean and there was lots of emply/available cupboard/storage space. They've done a superb job of cleaning everything out for an enjoyable stay. Also, the owner responded very promptly to our questions (we didn't have many, but prompt responses were much appreciated), and went the second mile by securing some needed infant furniture for both of the babies that stayed with us. I'll recommend this place very strongly to anyone who asks...

Awesome place to get away

This home was great for our group - ages 17 months to 86 years. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler in our group and found the home spacious and comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous views from the deck and yard below - such a great place for morning coffee or even a workout outside. Very convenient to town, shopping, hiking, bike riding, and highways. Tracy was very prompt with communication and wonderful to work with. Only thing to keep in mind if booking...there is only 1 bedroom on the main floor. Those not staying in the master bedroom will have to use stairs to the upstairs or downstairs to get to rooms - not a negative, just FYI.

Everyone loved this house!

We had 2 families with 5 teenagers, and everyone really enjoyed the house. Tracy set it up so check-in was super easy. The entire week went off without a hitch. The deck was a huge hit, and we spent several evenings out there looking at the mountains and the lake. Kids really appreciated the hot tub, pool table and foosball table. Bedrooms were well set up, and plenty of bathrooms for all. Super easy access to restaurants and shops, and we walked to many of them, including the farmers market on Friday. We would happily stay in this house again in the future!

Perfect location, more than enough rooms and bathrooms

This was a really easy rental with simple checking-in and special procedures. Property owner responded promptly to all questions and the property was PERFECT for a getaway with our two twenty-somethings and their significant others. Kitchen/ dining area was the perfect place for sharing stories and making plans for the next day. Living room provided amazing views outside and easy warmth from the gas fired “wood stove” inside. Add plenty of parking for three cars with one (loaded with skis) inside the heated garage, and all our expectations were met. Thanks Tracy and Lewis!

Originally from Virginia, we moved to Dillon, CO in 2005 because we both love to snowboard. We are graduates of Virginia Tech, Go Hokies! We love to hike and bike in the summer time and of course, snowboard in the winter. We hope you enjoy our home and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

We love the location of our home because we are able to walk to the lake & marina, restaurants, the post office, the rec path and two playgrounds. We are centrally located between all the ski resorts. The grocery store, the Silverthorne Recreation Center, the library, Target and the Silverthorne Outlets are very close by. We LOVE the views from our living room!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We both like to have fun, which is why we have a foosball table and a pool table! But we also like to relax in the hot tub and watch movies, especially after a long day of snowboarding.
