Great house

House was great, backyard was wonderful, kids spent all day in the pool and the hot tub was perfect for at night!

Excellent Stay!

Rhonda was great to work with. Had a great time of relaxation at the home. Pool and Hot Tub were great ways to relax during the day and evening. Maricopa was a great little town and close access to Phoenix without the business and traffic. Would return again if needed a place near Phoenix

Family friendly stay

We appreciated the roominess, backyard scenery, tv programming, ability to have family over for dinners and especially playing pool with guests. The host was also quicky responsive to any questions.

Beautiful home

This house was amazing and so easy to find. Beautiful neighborhood and so enjoyable. Host easy to get a hold of if any questions. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome!

I stayed here for a work trip and enjoyed the house thoroughly. The house was stocked well with kitchen supplies and condiments. Beds were comfy, house was very clean. Would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Plenty things to do as a couple or family! Beautiful back yard with a pool and hot tub! Large house with beautiful decor and a billiards table!

Terrible

This house looked like full time renters had just left that morning. The fridge and freezer were full, the beds not made up, the cupboards had dirty glasses and plates in them, sticky floors. The outside furniture had something sticky all over it which attracted flies. The toilet in the master bedroom was broken and wouldn't flush. The outside grill was disgusting with chicken left inside of it. The master bed had 2 mattresses on top of each other, which made the bed 4 feet high. The furniture was trashed.The garage was locked so you couldn't use it(no mention in the description) So you had to park in the driveway in the hot sun. There were security cameras in the front and back yards( no mention in the description) Worst location with the train half a block away, so you could hear it like it was coming through the backyard, starting at 5 am and going all day. Do not stay here!!

Fantastic winter retreat

We had a great time. This home is fantastic!! We swam in the pool during the day and hot tubed in the evening. This place all the amenities of home. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Open concept living,dining,kitchen area. Pool table was fun as well. Highly Recommend this home for anyone. We will be back. Rhonda was really accommodating and great to deal with. Thanks, Bob & Sue

NICE HOME in Maricopa

We really enjoyed our stay in this home - we found Rhonda to be very helpful and informative and was always immediately available to answer any questions or concerns. The home is easy to find and is close to the main shopping area in Maricopa. It is a spacious home, very clean, huge kitchen, beds are good, and is in a good neighbourhood. We enjoyed all the walking/biking trails in the area and made good use of them while we were there. Neighbours are nice & friendly. Maricopa is a newly built city & has lots to offer in the way of stores, restaurants, etc - lady at info centre is extremely helpful. This home is very suitable for anyone wishing to spend some time in Maricopa, rental price is very reasonable for size of home & its amenities.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful. The pool is wonderful. To hot to use the hot tub. The back yard is truly an oasis. The home is as described,beds are super comfy. We would stay again in a heart beat! Rhonda was great to deal with. Thank-you

Fun in the Sun

Well we endured the Arizona heat. We had a conference in July and thought we would take the kids. WOW was it hot. The pool was a god send. We brought our two kids with us and spent most of our time in the pool. It was beautiful. The owners had just planted some fruit trees this year. Very nice. The home had great AC. The house was very comfortable, good furnishings. Lovely home for a stay. Would love to come back and stay when it is cooler. Maricopa is a beautiful growing city. Sincerely, Carol

IMPRESSED!

WOW, We were very impressed with this rental home. We have travelled all over the states and this place is very much like home. It was a great two months. Beautiful home and back yard. All the furnishings. The owners were great, answered all of our questions with a quick response. Great area, loads of walking paths and green space. Happy with our choice.. Even had some lemons. We would highly recommend this home to anyone to rent!

Great Place

Took the family to Disney/San Diego and stayed in the house in Maricopa. Very clean and spacious house, had everything you needed. will be back next year for the cold months!!!

A great Canadian winter get away!

My husband & I stayed at this beautiful home for 3 months last winter! We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable, clean and spacious the house was! The neighbourhood is friendly & quiet and had the amenities we needed for our first winter away from home. The owners made our stay so pleasant and answered all of our questions even giving us tips on what to see and do in the area. We would definitely recommend this property and we hope to head south again some day! Mary Lou & Jack
