Detta eleganta Disney Vacation House är konventionellt beläget i ett samhälle nära Champion Gate vid I-4 Highway Exit 58, bara cirka 15 minuters bilresa från Walt Disney World & golfbanor och några minuter från Champion Gate shoppingcenter, Publix supermarknad, restauranger , kaffe och bensinstation. Fritidsbostaden är ett vackert hus med två våningar med 3 406 kvadratmeter som rymmer 14 gäster. Du hittar gott om utrymme att koppla av i detta rymliga fritidshus för alla! Huset renoverades nyligen och har bara utrustats med nytt modernt kök, nya golv, ny poolvärmare, ny värmepump, madrasser av hög kvalitet, biografer och plattskärms-TV för stor skärm för att säkerställa att din vistelse blir tillräckligt bekväm. Det finns en vacker privat skärmad pool med SPA med utsikt över en privat spektakulär vacker utsikt på baksidan. Du kan njuta av det gula solskenet, den blå himlen och det gröna gräset medan du simmar med dina älskande i poolen eller bara gör ingenting som sitter i spaet! Ett spelrum med biograf och biljardbord finns också tillgängligt för din underhållning. Du kan också titta på filmer i biografen.

Det finns 7 bäddsrum, 4. 5 badrum, ett vardagsrum, ett familjerum, en biograf med spelrum och en privat pool med SPA. Köket är fullt utrustat inklusive alla diskmaskiner, köksredskap, redskap och två matbord för 12 sittplatser tillsammans. En granitkökön kan också användas för extra matsal. Kraftfull tvättmaskin och torktumlare är också utrustade i tvättstugan för din bekvämlighet.

Davenport stay

The house was perfect for us. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it provided everything we needed. The host was easy to work with and made our stay pleasurable.

Great house for a big family

The house was just as advertised. The property manager Michael was great and very responsive when contacted. We had 13 people in the house and it was plenty big enough where we weren't on top of each other. We would definitely book here again.

Some people have no respect for the rules

When we first opened the house all we could smell was cigarettes smoke (NOT the fault of the renter — some people cannot follow the rules which is very said)It took most of the week to eliminate the smell. The house was well laid out with 6 bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms, a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom. The pool which was very nice also had a bathroom. A large equipped kitchen, 2 eating areas and two large sitting areas accommodated our family of 11 very well. This vacation spot was about 15 minutes from Disney with a Publix and Walgreens nearby. This was a fine family vacation house.

Very spacious to accommodate large groups

The house is in a community where you feel safe. It is clean and very spacious. It is located close to amenities and parks. The property manager and owner were both very prompt at answering any questions we had. They were very accommodating and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

February Break

Fantastic stay. Great location. Close to shopping restaurants etc. Lots of space, great bedrooms and bathrooms. There were 6 adults and everyone had their own space. Loved the kitchen. Check in was easy and minor problems were dealt with swiftly. Communication with property management was prompt. Would certainly recommend to other large groups and would happily stay here again in the future! Thx Ray!

Overall great property!

Big house with more than enough space for everyone. Beds are comfy with extra blankets and pillows everywhere. Fairly clean but a couple small areas could use a bit more attention to cleaning details. Well stocked kitchen for dishes and pots and pans (could use a few drinking glasses, only wine glasses and plastic cups available currently and could use a few more basic pantry items like foil, liquid dish soap, etc). There was one spindle on the stair railing that was loose and kept falling out, an easy fix. The pool area was fantastic, the kids spent many hours splashing to their hearts content and the hot tub was a great bonus. The pool table/theatre room was a hit with the older kids and a great wind-down space for them. The littles in our family really liked the themed bedrooms and everyone else appreciated that every bedroom had its own TV for “me time”. It’s a nice distance from Disney, not too far, not too close (traffic can delay you but we had a rental car and would still be there within 30 min even when it was busy). The owner was fabulous at responding to questions and obviously very professional. Yes the property is not perfect and is showing its age in a few areas, but that being said our family felt it was priced right for the value we were looking for. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our family and friends this massive house with all the necessities a family needs in a vacation home visiting Orlando for the first time.

Wonderful Family Christmas

We had a great trip. This home had ample room for our mixed family. We were all able to have our own space to sleep. The living rooms are fantastic for games and family time. The kitchen was nice to cook in and very well stocked with pans, dishes, coffee pots and so much more. We loved having the crushed ice and water in the fridge. We decided mid way to heat the pool and they were very responsive. They came over when we were out and the pool was heated that evening. We used the hot tub and the pool and had a great time. The kids brought their PS and enjoyed games in the game room on the projector screen. The hot water was ample for all of us to shower each morning. This was a great home for our vacation. Thank you for sharing your home for the holidays.

Cleanliness is a virtue

The house is great in size and number of beds but the cleanliness is horrible. The pool was disgusting dirty. The house had dust bunnies and dirt everywhere. The game room had no air conditioning and was miserable hot and humid. The walls were so dirty my skin crawled. I have rented close to 30 houses now for family vacations and this house would have been perfect if they would just put some care into the upkeep. Our favorites were already booked so we took a chance on this house. Im sad to say i wont be staying here again.

Lovely holiday experiences

It was as promised a really big and nice house with room for the whole family, as the pictures of the house show. We had the house for 11 days. The house was easy to find and close to shopping, experiences and shopping. The house was nice and well maintained, and with a cozy pool located at the end of the house, so when the kids bathed it didn't disturb the adults in the living room. We had a very good and nice experience in the house, and will when vacationing in Orlando try to rent the house again. Jonas Hansen

Lots of bedrooms and baths

We enjoyed our stay. Everone had a bedroom. House was large and had enough space. Only complaint was that there was limited tiolet paper, paper towles. We had to purchase them and kitchen sponge and soaps.
