FREE POOL HEAT SPECIAL (gratis pool värme för vintermånaderna 1 november till 31 mars)
Beläget i den exklusiva gated community of The Hamlet, Westhaven. Vår verkställande lyxvilla har allt du behöver för ett 5-stjärnigt semester. Vi har en lanai täckt uppvärmd privat pool med överdimensionerade pool däck, automatiserad spa (var god och fråga om du behöver pooluppvärmning eftersom detta är en extra kostnad på £ 15 per dag) och mycket utrymme att koppla av i stil. På vår överdimensionerade däck finns solstolar, bord och stolar (tillräckligt sittplatser för 10). Vi har Wi-Fi, 55 "LED T. V, Blu-ray-spelare och DVR-kabelbox (liknande Sky Plus). Ett lekrum med Playstation 3, spel, kommer DVD och leksaker för alla åldrar hålla dem sysselsatta när de inte ut och omkring. Villan har också en Premiership fotboll T. V. Kanal. Vi har babyutrustning tillgänglig om du skulle behöva det. Vi har en spjälsäng, barnstol, bildskärmar, flaskor, skålar och mycket mer. Bara 10 minuter från Disney och 20 från International Drive vi är i ett perfekt läge att njuta av allt Orlando har att erbjuda. Närmaste restaurang ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa från villan, och 5 minuter från de närmaste golfbanorna.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time renting this villa! Our daughter loved the play room and we loved the house. We had so much fun in the pool and it was pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go.

Home was big enough for 4 adult and 2 teens. No issue at all, was sent the information a couple days before arriving. Not to far from universal studios and other themes parks. Will recommend. Also a private pool all to are self was a plus

Great for Families!

Beautiful house in a quiet, gated neighborhood close to the Disney parks! The house was well stocked, clean, maintained nicely, and the heated pool was awesome.We stayed for a week, and our three kids loved it - mostly the covered pool! Thank you so much for a memorable Disney vacation!

Great 2 week stay from UK

Stayed in this villa for 2 weeks end of March 2024 to beginning of April 2024, 6 of us (4 children 5-15). We read al the reviews before we booked and again before travelling. The owners really have provided everything for a great family holiday, everything you can possibly think of is provided. The villa is a great size, nice pool, plenty of beds/bedrooms, kitchen has everything you need and kiddies enjoyed the playroom. Is located on a private gated estate not far from Championsgate. Nice quiet area with lots of restaurants, shops etc within a few minutes drive. Travelling to/from the parks can be a nightmare though due to I4 traffic but not the owners fault. Had a couple of minor issues after arriving but these were both quickly resolved by Lou and the management company who quickly replied to emails and quickly attended to resolve. Overall, a very happy stay

Golf trip

The property was just as advertised. Great location . Pool and hot tub were just what was needed after a full day of golf. The house was very well kept and very clean. We would stay at this property again and again . 5 stars.

Amazing Vacation

It was a beautiful home, very nice neighborhood, very close to everything!!! My family and myself had a wonderful time we didnt want to come home. The house was amazing had alot of extras for my little ones which was a plus. I would definitely rent again!!

Great Villa and owners

Great stay, Villa big and more than adequate for us. Great pool and amenities nearby. Owners easily contactable as were property management company for small query. Location great for Disney but traffic very busy on I4 so made Universal a longer journey but that’s nothing to do with property which was AMAZING!!!!

A Home Away From From My Home

We had a great one month stay! The pool was beautiful! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the items you might need. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was very quiet. I willbeback.

Beautiful home

Only complaint is the queen beds need to be updated. Twin beds were ok. First time we ever stayed where the hot tub worked and the heated pool was fantastic! In a good location, close to Disney. Good neighbors. We would definitely stay here again if they change the beds.

lovely house

We especially enjoyed the large pool and that its heating was included. The bedrooms were generous and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet, with few children. There is a playground in walking distance. The communication with the owner and property management company was quick and effective. A car is needed if you stay here, but travel times in Orlando are much longer than in other cities due to the massive amount of cars on the roads. (A trip to Sea World can be up to 45 minutes). My family wouldn't hesitate to rent the house again.

Would absolutely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay- room for 4 adults and 2 kids easily. Clean, comfy and with a nice big kitchen. Private pool and hot tub were the highlight for us. Would stay here again.

Great time spent

A beautiful property in a quiet gated community. The owners are located in London, so a slight bit impersonal with regards to any issues we encountered. The hot tub never got hot nor did it produce bubbles as a jacuzzi typically does regardless of how many times I turned the knob despite paying extra for the heat, but otherwise, the neighborhood was wonderful , the house was beautiful, and Orlando is great! Thanks Lou, you the man!

Wonderful home away from home!

We had a wonderful experience in this home. Everything we needed for our stay was provided by the host. If we had questions the host replied to our questions right away. They layout of the house was perfect keeping the adults separate from the teens bedrooms! The pool and spa were beautiful and well kept, it was warm and clean. I 100% recommended anyone to stay here as it was close to the parks but also far enough away to feel like you were at home.

Great location

House was perfect set up for 5 women and a 2 year old. My grandson loved the toy room. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Having pool heat included in March was great. The pool fence was very helpful to keep an inquisitive toddler safe. Neighbors were very friendly and we felt safe. Not far to grocery, restaurants and to magic kingdom. Some suggestions- railings to help getting into pool and hot tub especially for older visitors, new dishwasher, and new pillows. (They we’re very flat) Host and management company responded quickly to concerns. We would rent this house again.

We are the Regan Family!
We are Lou (mum) Dan (dad) Harrison 25 and Lily 21.
This is our Home from Home!!
We brought the land after going to Florida in 2004 and in 2005 our home was built and ready for us to stay! Lily was only 3 months old so we kitted it out for families with kids as we know what a pain it is to travel with all the bits and bobs a baby needs!
Even though our 2 are grown we still regularly update our baby equipment every year!

Our home is in a quite area close to shops, golf courses and all the parks. Its away from the hustle and bustle. Relaxing days around the pool are a must after a bust day in a park!
Also our decking area gets the sun from SUN UP TILL SUN DOWN!
We love our villa its home from home for us and we hope if you pick it you will love it too!

We have had our beautiful villa for 21 years now and still love it!! We have seen it grow from a plot of sand to what it is now, our home from home.
Many of our guests come back again and again, we have one family that rent twice a year!!!
We take note of what our guests put in our comments book at the villa and do all we can to help make your holiday as relaxing or hectic as you want. We know the best and cheapest car hire companies and good places to eat and shop!!
