AMAZING LOCATION! Beläget i eklektiska uptownområdet. Njut av vår rymliga och inbjudande lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök och bad. Queen size säng och Air Bed för tredje person.
Mycket kort promenad (100 Yards) till affärer, restauranger, franska bageri, cykel och scooter uthyrning samt sevärdheter i området. Stranden ligger också en kort 10 minuters bilresa till antingen Vilano stranden eller St. Anastasia State Park.
Detta är ett utmärkt ställe att parkera bilen och inte köra igen tills du lämnar. Lägenheten har allt du behöver. Sovrummet har en bekväm queen size-säng. Badrummet är utrustat för antingen dusch eller badkar. Vårt vardagsrum har en soffa och rum för tredje personens luftbädd. Ät i köket är ljust och soligt och innehåller matbord, kylskåp och spis. Köket är ett mycket inbjudande och glatt rum som har alla nödvändigheter för måltider hemma eller bara en enkel kopp kaffe. Perfect Spot for a St. Augustine Getaway!

We loved our stay here! The apartment has a charming vintage feel and is situated on a quiet little street, just a short walk from St. George Street and Francis Field. There are fantastic restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the best of St. Augustine on foot. The location, comfort, and character of this place make it a top contender for our go-to spot for future trips. Highly recommend!

Close to everything

The apartment we got was perfect , we parked our car and was able to walk to everything we loved st Augustine there is always something to see or do , we plan on coming back some time!

St Augustine Festival of Lights

This location was great as it was only a short walk to downtown St. Augustine. Had we known there were a lot of really cute shops just down a couple of blocks we would have arrived earlier to shop. I really love old houses, and this gem fit me to a tee!

House was great. Location was awesome. The only problem We had was the upstairs was very noisy all night and kept us up. That is the only issue.

Not Quite There Yet

The apartment seemed clean. The sitting area and bedroom were just fine. The kitchen and bathroom need work and therefore didn’t feel as clean. Kitchen has a nice counter appliances like coffee pot, toaster and microwave. Sadly, cabinets housing dishes and the like were pretty inadequate and appeared not clean. Bathroom , kitchen and sitting area need curtains for a greater feel of privacy in the busy area. The outside of the apartment house and entrance to this apartment were extremely unappealing. The location was quite good. Communication with the owner was fine. There is lots of potential here but not quite there yet.

Good location, great price local to all destinations

On the down side to the cute old house , there was work being done on the house painting and basic upkeep when we arrived we did arrive earlier than expected , and very noisy upstairs during the night .we were woken up by a loud bang at about 4:30 am . Be warned shower is for shorter people. I'm 5'5 and it was perfect boyfriend 6'3 lol! We enjoyed the little fireplace heater cozy and much needed with the 40's weather we had . The kitchen was cute and useable everything was provided including coffee and creamer THANKYOU! We enjoyed our visit and once the repairs are finished we would love to stay again once it warms

Great stay!

Perfect one bedroom apartment, convenient to downtown St. Augustine and a quick jump over to Vilano Beach. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to the adorable Juniper Market and other local businesses. We really enjoyed it!

See the lights

The place was easy to find, convenient for walking all through town quaint and comfortable. We met with our daughter for a Christmas trip before heading to Minneola as we have never visited St Augustine. It is an older property showing a little wear but maintained and clean. Thanks for the stay.

Quaint Fixer Upper

A quaint fixer upper! The manager was prompt and friendly. Our apartment had privacy and was very clean. It appeared they were fixing it up so there was a broken window taped over. Also, no hot water for a comfortable shower. It worked for us on a quick getaway as we used it as a place to lay our heads after sightseeing. Can't wait to see this place when it's all done being updated!

Nice place

Honestly was a little worried after seeing the last review however. This place was everything but that. The outside although outdated takes you back to true st augustine history. The inside was clean and ready for us to spend time in. All amenities were as described and photos accurate. Would definitely stay again.

Be careful when you book!

This property was not at all what was advertised. I'm not even sure it is a real place. The accommodations were very dated and shabby and did not match the pictures at all. The owner apologized and gave us a discounted rate but we were not very happy with what we paid for. You may want to ask some extra questions before you choose this property.
