En nordväst drömsemester bara en timme från Seattle inbäddat i Madronas och tornande Douglas Firs. Modernt cedarhem w / 5+ tunnland vid stranden bara en timme från Seattle. Inga färjor nödvändiga för att komma dit ... Om du inte vill båt över och köra från Bremerton, Southworth eller Kingston.

Blötlägg i 180 graders utsikt över stranden från vardagsrummet med 20 'höga fönstergraf. Hemmet har en stor master svit loft och ytterligare två sovrum på bottenvåningen. Ovanför garaget finns ytterligare ett sovrum som har tre bäddar (full + dagbädd + rulla) och har sitt eget dedikerade badrum. Huset sover bekvämt 10 personer. Husets design är perfekt för två familjer.

Utforska tunnland med orörd privat tidland Stranden erbjuder många djurliv - sälar, utter, en mängd havsandar, örnar och hägrar. På sommaren och hösten, plocka äpplen, körsbär, hallon och plommon i gårdens fruktträdgård. Utforska norra vattnet med kajak- och SUP-hyror i det närliggande Allyn.

För golffans var Chamber's Bay i Tacoma nyligen värd U. S. Öppet är 30 minuter bort. Den mycket lovade Gold Mountain Golf Club i Bremerton ligger bara 25 kilometer bort.

Gästerna har tillgång till propan BBQ, eldstad, ved, utomhus matbord, lusthus och fruktträdgårdar. Den omedelbara stranden är en del av hyresfastigheten. Stränderna norr och söder är privat egendom, men du är fri att utforska och promenera stranden i båda riktningarna.

Perfekt för familjer eller en romantisk tillflyktsort. Stranden är säker och tillgänglig, och den flera tunnlandiga egenskapen ger gott om utrymme att vandra och liten sötvattenbäck som alltid är en hit för barnen. Staden Allyn ligger i närheten och har en fantastisk glassbutik, Big Bubbas Burgers, vår favorit mexikanska restaurang, kajak- och SUP-hyror, och missa inte motorsågen utomhusgalleri.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time. The house is well stocked, clean and very nicely decorated. The property is private and a very nice beach. We enjoyed low tide and the sandy beach.

Secluded and peaceful getaway.

Loved our stay at Case Inlet. Serene 180 degrees views of the bay. Secluded and quiet property with easy access to the beach. Saw sea otters and seals in the bay every day we were there. We are already planning on going back next year and bring our sea kayaks.

Family reunion

We had an outstanding time at this house. The house was so well stocked for our arrival and top of the line. We had plenty of room for 8-10 people. We LOVED the location right on the water. We had wildlife visitors- otters, eagles and dear. Would highly recommend to a family.

Incredible location near Seattle! Loved our stay!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. It was the perfect location for everyone in our group to spread out and everything that we needed for the stay was provided. Seattle was a short drive from the house and there were a lot of good choices for food, coffee, and other places to visit nearby. We loved the access to the beach and getting a chance to much around the water. Thank you for such a memorable week in Seattle!

Back to nature

Beautiful property, quiet, views that standout. During the stay, we able to watch and learn about clam seeding. In 5- 7 years there will be geoduck clams to harvest. I have marked my calendar for my next visit in 2031.

Beautiful waterfront home

This is a beautiful waterfront home west of Seattle so you can enjoy the area without the hustle and noise of the city. Downtown Seattle was an easy ferry ride and Belfair gave access to groceries, etc. Had a few crickets we couldn’t get rid of but that’s likely common in a wooded area like this. Overall, we had a great time

Great family get together!!!

Our family had a great time here. It was more than what we were expecting. My 3 boys love the beach, flying their kite, and marshmallow on the fire pit. There plenty of would that were provided. Young was very helpful in every way. We will be back .

Beach fun

My family had a wonderful time. My grandchildren especially enjoyed it. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the beach, watching seals, even some river otters (at least that is what we thought they were). We got to watch boats harvesting oysters and geoducks. We had great fun watching the clams shooting water spouts and discovering what a live sand dollar looks like. Some paddle boarded. The sunsets were lovely. My family would love to go back.

Beautiful and needs up keep

The main house is ok. Bedrooms nice, kitchen workable, view fabulous! The property itself is strange and in need of a lot of work. There is an old house and garage on property that we had no idea was there, and was kinda creepy.

Beautiful beach home!

Beautiful property right on the beach! We had a wonderful stay on Thanksgiving weekend. Very clean well maintained home with a perfectly stocked kitchen. Perfect for our family of 10! Kids loved the air hockey and ping pong. We sat and watched the eagles from sun up to sun down then enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit.

A Great Getaway!

We were looking for a few days away as a family before our son had to go back to school. This was perfect! Our son brought a friend along and we had a great time at the beach, paddle boarding, rented kayaks nearby, and went golfing at Lakeland Village. Great casual restaurants nearby in Allyn and a grocery stores close by in Belfair. We loved it!

Warm & inviting home, beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this warm, inviting and spacious home while our sons played in a junior golf tournament around the inlet in Allyn, WA. It worked well for 2 families as everyone had their own space/bathrooms. The teenagers loved the game tables in the garage. The kitchen is very well equipped, which we appreciated! The location/property is stunning, just wish we'd had more time to spend there! The owners were very responsive. Hope we can stay again!

Lovely getaway

This was a lovely, comfortable house with an outstanding view from the huge two story window of the main room. Seven artists were able to work comfortably in the main room without feeling at all crowded. When the tide was out, you could take long walks on the beach, although it is mostly small stones with sand exposed at low tide. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the heating was excellent. When three overhead track lights went out the first night, Young drove down from Seattle the next morning to replace them for us. Both Young and Kelly were very helpful and accommodating and we would stay here again.

Family perfcet

This is a great place, surrounded by beauty, and the interior matches. Plenty of reason to stay in. Games fireplace, comfy furniture, great kitchen. Lovely yard, nice fire pi, beautiful water makes it very easy to enjoy outside. Easy commute to visit other areas and come back to home.

Great house on the water

We went for a girls’ weekend and it was perfect for the 8 of us! The kitchen was well equipped for all of our meals and there was lots of room for us to sit and chat. The beds were comfortable and it had plenty of bathrooms for a group of women. The weather was extremely blustery and rainy but we all felt very comfortable and safe in the house. The view was amazing, even with the bad weather. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for girls getaway.

Loved the view. The design of living area, dining and kitchen was great for a group everyone could be in on what is going on. Beds were comfortable, the place had everything we needed. We hope to return next year.

A wonderfully relaxing place to gather our family

A great house to support a multi-generational family group. Lots of room for kids to enjoy, low bank waterfront property facing south, enough space for people to spread out, cook together, several dining tables in and outside, ping pong, air hockey and foosball in large garage. Great place for a family gathering!

We live in Seattle, and have enjoyed our property in the South Sound since 2009. Kelly makes wonderful homemade raspberry jam from the fruit from the property every year, and we have plans to plant a vineyard in the near future. Young-Bean loves to chase fish with his fly rod and our two boys through the woods.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The South Sound is a true gem. Like most, we first sought out the San Juans and Hood Canal. But after having two kids, we realized the wait times at the ferries were simply too costly and unpredictable. That's when we stumbled upon Case Inlet. Only an hour from Seattle, the pristine waters of the South Sound blew us away. 5+ acres is tough to find these days. So arriving at our Madrona lined beach without being sandwiched between other buildings was a dream come true.

Beautiful lawns and landscape with native plants and fruit orchards. Safe for kids, and wildlife sightings daily.

The property faces SW, so the full sun and sunsets are tough to beat. We go there year round. The prior owners built a signature woodshed that we keep stocked for the fire pit and the cozy stove in the great room.

This may sound odd to point out, but all the homes in area are on sewer (rather than septic which you fine in most rural areas and along the Hood Canal), so the waters are very clean.

With over 5+ acres, the experience of having your own slice of Pacific NW paradise without feeling crowded is very unique. You'll be surrounded by landscaped gardens and grape vines, orchard trees, gnarled Madronas and majestic Douglas Firs. Watch the sunset fireside, when the sky turns bright pink and the herons are out for the evening bite.
