I tillägg till de angivna veckopriserna finns det en $ 100 städavgift och $ 200 fullt återbetalningsbar deposition. Det finns också en ny NJ-skatt på korttidsuthyrning (6 625% moms + 5% hotellbeläggningsavgift = 11 625%) vilket läggs till (men inte till depositionen).

Condo har ett vackert nytt kök med vackra kvarts räknare, en inbyggd mikrovågsugn, gasspis och ugn, kyl / frys med ismaskin och diskmaskin. Det ljuvliga vardagsrummet har en queen size-bäddsoffa, loveseat, stol och en 39 "HDTV. Sovrum 1 har en queen size-säng och ett fullt privat badrum. Sovrum 2 har en full säng och en tvilling utdrag. Sovrum 3 har två enkelsängar. Alla rum har ny inredning. Varje sovrum har egen plattskärms-TV med kabel. Gratis Wifi tillhandahålls också! Family Beach Stay

We had a wonderful experience. Jeanne and Bill were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Place was very clean! Check in and check out process was very easy. Great off street parking, and big porch to sit on out front. Also great not having steps when moving belongings in and out of house. Location was also very nice. We would stay there again!

Great Experience

Jeanne and Bill are very welcoming. The home was clean and cozy. They were quick to respond to any question and attend to any need. My mother has limited mobility so not having to navigate stairs was a great bonus. Kids loved it too and asked to come stay next year. The place is also in a great location-close to everything.

Perfect spot for a vacation in Ocean City!

Jeanne & Bill were perfect hosts, making our stay as comfortable as possible. The property was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a fabulous wrap around porch to enjoy morning coffee or relaxing after an evening of walking the boardwalk. As for location, couldn't be better! A short stroll to the beach/boardwalk attractions as well as the center of town with charming restaurants & shops. We took a chance booking site unseen, and could not have been happier with our choice!

Ocean City July 2019

Very comfortable apartment, easily accommodated grandparents, parents and two little guys. Really well equipped: washer and dryer, a necessity with kids, dishwasher, plenty of hot water in the three showers. Close to the beach, close to the boardwalk, and the owners, Bill and Jeanne are wonderful: friendly and helpful but not intrusive, respected our privacy but always helpful. Just a great family vacation, beautiful beaches, hot sun...the best.

Perfection in O.C.!

This rental offered literally everything a family could want in a weekly rental! Every single touch was thoughtfully attended to, from a welcome cooler to keep car-trip drinks cool to books and games and beach tags to the washer and dryer to the WARM outside shower to the storage shed for all our beach gear! Not one complaint, not one. The week was exceptional and we will return next year!

Clean, newly renovated, perfect for high school/ college kids.

8 college girls stayed here for an extended Memorial Day weekend and had a blast! Location was perfect to easily get to the beach or enjoy the boardwalk stores. Used grill out back for meals and outdoor shower after long beach days. Sat on outdoor patio at night to unwind. Plenty of space for all of us and everything was new and clean. Definitely recommend to all, and Bill and Jeanne are very nice and if you need anything they live right upstairs! Looking to come here again next Memorial Day!

The house was clean/pretty inside and out.

My 8 friends and I stayed here for our senior week. The location was perfect as it was so close to the boardwalk/beach. There were 9 of us in the house, but it did not feel cramped at all! We made dinner almost every night and there was plenty of space. The kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We especially loved the porch where we all enjoyed the nice weather together. We were extremely grateful for the 2 parking spaces and several beach tags the owners generously let us use. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. This house provided a great end to our high school career. We are so grateful for the great house where we made many memories, and we want to redo senior week after our first year apart at college! Thanks for the great stay!!

Great experience for prom weekend

My group of 6 came to ocnj for prom weekend, and we had a great stay at this property. The rental owners were very accommodating and always responded quickly to our inquiries. We were so glad there was a front porch we could use to sit outside and relax, and the outdoor shower was convenient to use after going to the beach. We were also content with the 2 full bathrooms and the house layout as a whole. The location of the rental was an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Definitely a good place to rent for prom/senior week groups or families!

An absolute gem!

I stayed at 805 5th Street, Ground Floor in Ocean City NJ for a family wedding shower at the Port O Call Hotel. The house itself has the Victorian charm of the older homes in Ocean City, but the ground floor unit is brand new inside. The kitchen counter tops are a beautiful blue quartz. In fact, the whole place is decorated in blues and yellows, giving the unit a real "beachy" feel. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, always nice for privacy. (And there's another full bathroom off the hallway.) There's a TV in each bedroom, as well as the living room. The covered front porch is lovely - we enjoyed morning coffee out there. And the location is great. Just down the block from the beach and boardwalk, and still within walking distance of downtown. While we didn't use the fenced backyard during this visit, the gas grill was available to us. But we had too much fun eating the local foods - Manco & Manco Pizza, and Voltaco's cheese steaks! I'm looking forward to my next Ocean City visit, and would certainly recommend 805 5th Street, Ground Floor!

Awesome Place for our senior week

Nine nine of us came for our senior week. Great location down the block from the beach, and the boardwalk. We used the grill in the backyard, and got lots of pizza from Manco and Manco. The owners supplied us with beach tags to use for the week. We had a great time.

Perfect OCNJ getaway

Our first trip to OCNJ was fantastic and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and shops on Asbury. We did not have to move our car the entire time we were there. Everything was very clean,! Bill and Jeanne were so kind and helpful if we happened to have any questions. Great Ocean City Stay

Loved this property for its location and comfort. I have stayed here with my wife before and we will definitely stay here again. Lovely and comfortable three bedroom apartment with all the amenities. Nice eat in kitchen, and living room with sofa and love seat. Close to boardwalk and beach so you can walk and need not move your car. Kids will love the proximity to amusements. The managers are friendly and very accommodating. If you need something, they will have it or get it. We have recommended this property to both relatives and friends. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk, going to the beach, fishing and just sitting on the porch and reading a good book. I enjoy painting so I even got to do some of that while here. Smitty's Clam Bar in Somers Point is just a few minutes drive away and an excellent BYOB if you are craving great seafood at a very reasonable price. For a great breakfast, we recommend Browns on the Boardwalk for their fine food and homemade donuts. In town, we recommend Reddy's Retaurant for a delicious Breakfast at an old time locals establishment. O'Donnell's Irish Pub in Sea Isle is a fun place to go for some great Irish Whiskey, music, and fine food. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Awesome beach house w/ amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! The house had clearly been recently renovated and everything was in great shape, with comfortable beds and furniture. On the nicest days of our stay, we were a five minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk, and on our one rainy day the house was so nice we didn't mind staying in for a good chunk of the day! (And with the covered front porch, we could still sit outside without getting wet.) It was definitely the best value for our money we could find down the shore, and the owners took great care of us. Can't wait to come back again next year!

We love this place! Great accommodations and perfect location near the beach and boards.

This first floor unit is newly renovated, well maintained, bright and cheery. It's in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach, the boards, community tennis courts and shuffleboard. We had everything we needed there with a beautiful new kitchen, a backyard with a grill, tv's in each room, and easy access for the kids to go enjoy all things FUN at the boardwalk! They especially liked walking up there to go play mini golf. We can't wait for another fun vacation here!
