Good stay overall

Our overall stay at this Vrbo property was very positive. The townhouse was in a great location—nice and quiet, yet easily accessible to everything in North Myrtle Beach. It made getting around super convenient, which we really appreciated.That said, there were a couple of issues that stood out. One of the pillowcases still had women’s hair and lipstick on it from a previous stay, which made us question how thoroughly the linens were cleaned. Additionally, every bathroom had at least one light out, which was a small inconvenience but noticeable throughout our stay.Another thing to be aware of is the check-out policy. While we completely understand the need for cleanliness and order, the fees for not completing certain check-out tasks felt excessive. It’s something future guests may want to review beforehand.Despite these minor concerns, we still enjoyed our time at the property and found it to be a solid choice for a stay in the area. With a bit more attention to cleaning details and maintenance, this could be an even better experience for future guests.

Great house!

Super cute townhouse, decorated beautifully. Super clean, for once my feet stayed clean walking barefoot in a rental. No issues and we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked well. Would prefer they add some real glasses, mostly plastic cups. Plenty of wine glasses tho. Wish this was a free standing house, we prefer that. But this was great for our needs this trip. The back patio is really nice! Definitely recommend this house, the owners have really put lots of thought into making this the perfect vacation rental.

Amazing experience!

I recently stayed at 4908 North Beach Market and had an amazing time! The property was very relaxing and welcoming and had everything that we needed. The location is close to the beach and pool and a variety of awesome restaurants! The accommodations and access that came with the house allowed us to enjoy our time during our stay in Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be staying again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this vacation. The amenities at the resort were great for all ages, the beach was lovely. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. We had a great time and would definitely come back to this resort and stay in this unit again.

Beach House

Overall the house was very nice clean and spacious.It came with everything you would need on your home away from home, even had board games to entertain while there.My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was comfortable and relaxing. Everything you needed was provided. Close to restaurants and lots of activities. I loved my relaxing morning walks to the beach through the picturesque neighborhood. And this home is in the perfect spot if you want to go to the gym or the Spa. It's a real gem.....can't wait to return!!!

Great location

This is a great location for pool and ocean access but there were a few dealbreakers in renting again. This property had major issues: Poor internet reception Dirty scuffed walls Dirty stained porch furniture (front and back) Damaged microwave Broken shutters Broken toilet paper holder With all these issues the property is for sale???!!

Overall I’d stay again

Check in was easy, and only a 5 minute drive to pick up keys. Upon arrival, the house was exactly as listed. Once inside, the house was clean to the eye but the floors were FILTHY! We found a vacuum and had to vacuum everywhere. Food in couch cushions, lint in dryer, and the outside furniture cushions were dirty (yes it’s outside, but they definitely need to be replaced). Other then that it was great! It’s definitely walkable to the pool and beach, but with the blazing temps we just drove the short minute drive and never had an issue with parking! Spent a lot of our time at the pool, which was amazing! We ate at 21 main, and if you get the chance to do so, DO IT! Utilized the gym, and it was stocked with all the best equipment! All in all, we would stay here again!

Town house was lovely. The beach and pool were a little further than we thought. We did have problems with the air, but the response to our issue was immediate. The owner and customer service were great at responding. The shuttle service was a nice benefit.

Not a happy customer

Let me start by saying the area and neighborhood was GREAT!! But the living area was VERY dirty and just straight up nasty. The outside furniture was stained dingy along with the furniture inside. There was roaches in the garage and the the grass on the backside of the home was knee high. Also none of the television worked, they would say loaded but never would, the pull out sofa was broken wouldn't open, the hinges on the Lt side of it was broken and wouldn't let it open, and when we did get it open the mattress was so nasty I would not have had dog sleep on it. So my kids had to sleep on the floor. OH and the microwave on the inside looked like it was set on fire. Was trying to communicate threw the text line about the concerns and that was was unhelpful. Please have someone call me

Great Stay!

The house was great. Family of 5 (2 teens and a toddler). The space in this house was great. A bit far from the pool and beach to walk (with toddler and beach stuff) but a quick drive and easy parking. We did not utilize the shuttle. My only complaint is the kitchen is NOT fully stocked as described. There are NO spices and basic cooking utensils are lacking (especially decent knives/pans). Check in/out process was super easy! Manager was very communicative with any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The townhome is lovely and clean. Pics were accurate and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. There is a short walk to the pools and beach and an even shorter walk to nearby restaurants. We had a great stay and look forward to returning.

Short stay for basketball tournament- very nice!

Great place to stay,. conveniently located. Looks exactly like the pictures, very nice and clean. Super easy check in. It is in a college neighborhood, walking distance to some things.

First Time Here & Amazing!

This house was great. Family of 5 ( 3 Teens ). So much space in this house for all of us. A bit far from the pool and beach but wasn’t the end of the world. So much to do in the area. Loved the rockers on the front porch ( Dad had coffee every morning on porch sitting in the rocker )

3bedroom/2.5 bath condo at North Beach Plantation

Beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. Rugs and ottoman could have used a good deep cleaning and the shared bathroom shower curtain liner was starting to grow mold. A few scuffs on the walls were also noted. We were able to check in early which was very helpful and the staff who checked us in was friendly and informative. By renting through iTrip, we got 6 freebies which made our wallets happy; very easy to book the freebies. The North Beach Plantation overall is a stunning resort!
