Sätt dina fötter upp och vila på den bekväma soffan medan du tittar på TV vid den mysiga stenpisen. Wi-Fi håller dig ansluten. Eller gå ut och ta in skogsutsikten när du grillar på balkongen, belägen utanför vardagsrummet.

Det välutrustade köket har allt du behöver för att förbereda en rejäl frukost, ett snabbt mellanmål eller en hemlagad middag och diskmaskinen gör en snap. Det finns plats för två i frukostbaren och fyra stolar vid matbordet.

Rätt runt hörnet gör tvätt på bottenvåningen det lätt att packa lätt. Det finns också ett halvt badrum och ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och TV.
Gå upp på övervåningen till master-sviten och sträck ut på drottningssängen. Det kompletta badet har badkar / duschkombo.

Grunderna utanför har härlig landskapsarkitektur, och det finns så mycket att göra, du kommer att ha svårt att besluta: en omgång tennis, bada i säsongspoolen, njuta av badtunna, spela biljard i klubbhuset, ta på parcourse, eller vandra och cykla på stigarna precis vid Carnelian Woods!

I Carnelian Bay är hela norra Lake Tahoe precis utanför dörren! Det finns två underbara stränder och du är bara 10–12 miles från tre fantastiska skidorter - alpina ängar, Squaw Valley och Northstar.

För att uppleva spel och nattliv i Lake Tahoe, är Nevadas historiska kasino Crystal Bay längs vägen fyra miles, och Incline Village, också tvärs över Nevada State Line, ligger bara cirka åtta mil bort. fair for the money

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was decent. They have a great deal of paperwork they request you fill out beyond the VRBO app. The pool was closed. The pool and clubhouse are very far from the room, you are required to drive there to use amenities, not walking distance. Other than those issues the accommodation was fair.

Reasonable value, good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A friend an I rented this for a few days of hiking. Overall, the rental process was very professional and buttoned up. The house was fine ( Do NOT stay there if you have mobility issues; the 2nd bedroom is reached from a very steep set of stairs.) However, the condo is in need of an update, and we experienced several small but irritating problems, including burned out light bulbs and jammed drawers. The management company was quick to come when we called, but couldn’t fix at least one problem, as they didn’t have the right bulb (I presume). We stayed at a time when the pool and spa weren’t open to guests; it would be a better value when they are available.

Welcome to the Lake!

Our first visit to Tahoe. The Carnelian an Woods condo suited us perfectly! We were able to make this our home base and enjoyed different adventures every day. We also enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony with a view. We hope to be back some day, thanks again!!

Peaceful, beautiful and relaxing

Very beautiful and peaceful. Evening walks around the neighborhood were very nice. It was exactly what we were looking for before the kids go back to school. The only thing that would have been nice is having more things around to do.

Great spot in Carnelian Bay

This was exactly what we were looking for for a group of 4. Good space, clean and a good location for us heading to Palisades and Tahoe city frequently. Communication was particularly excellent and check in process was super easy.

Ski townhome

We had a lovely stay at this Carnelian Bay townhome. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils and cooking utensils. The location was easy to navigate to and from to the various ski resorts around. The only thing that was not accurate on the listing was the hot tub is only open on the weekends. This was a major bummer for us since every ski trip we like to go in the hot tub after we ski yet it was closed Monday - Thursday and the recreational center employee said it was because it was too expensive to operate. Besides that we had a great stay.

Lovely condo in North Lake Tahoe

We spent two nights for our anniversary getaway in June 2023 at this cute little condo unit. The location is perfect -- within three minutes drive of the lake and restaurants. The Carnelian Woods campus also has a lodge, hot tubs, pool, tennis courts, hiking trails, and other great amenities, but we didn't use them. The unit was well-furnished, with everything we could want from a VRBO rental. The kitchen had all the utensils, dining ware, and appliances we needed, an electric stove, a full-sized fridge with ice cubes already made. There's a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. They are small TVs, and the one in the living room is in an awkward upper corner, but you don't go to Tahoe to sit and watch TV all day, do you? The hosts were very responsive and answered questions quickly via email. They even provided tips about dealing with local wildlife (bears!). A variety of excellent restaurants were within 5-10 minutes drive. We went to Gar Wood twice and had great steaks and desserts there, with walking on the pier and along the lakeshore afterward. Tahoe City was only about 15 minutes away and had even more to choose from. This would be a great choice for anyone looking to get away to a quiet spot by the lake.

If you are looking for entertainment and shopping this is NOT the place for you because there is none of this in Carnelian Bay, so that was a little disappointing. Quiet area of Carnelian Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My condo rental was a good experience. First Accommodations was very responsive on my E-mails. First night I was awakened by a bear going through the areas trash bin and in the morning after a long 10 hour drive the day before to get to Lake Tahoe I was also awakened by the next unit having their carpet cleaned at 8:00AM in the morning so other than that the condo was in a very quiet area of the complex. It was very easy to get to Tahoe City or Kings Beach. Condo had all the items needed in the kitchen for cooking and the bed was comfortable. The condo was a bit dated with the furniture, appliances and design.

Quiet yet noisy

The property/area was quiet, yet the house was quite noisy at night. Not sure if it was the settling of the home or ? Lots of creaking and pops. At one point we all were woken up by a loud bang sound, but could find nothing. The recreation area was about 1/2 mile down the road. Other homes we rented in the past have had a game cabinet which was helpful when traveling from another state. This home did not supply any games. This home had basic supplies. This home is listed for sale so not sure if this was a factor.

Quiet and Quaint

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A friend and I traveled to Tahoe to "unplug" and regroup. The location was beautiful - set up in the woods and very quiet, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and rentals for canoes/kayaks. Our biggest complaint was that the site stated the pool/hot tub was open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend. When we arrived (the week after Memorial), we were informed that the pool and hot tub would not be open for another month. I wish someone or the site would have notified us of the delayed opening.
