Bliss over Adventure Bay

Adventure Bay Beach House is a dream come true! The views are spectacular from the little wallabies in the yard to the stunning view over adventure Bay. The house is beautifully outfitted and instructions were clear and timely. We felt so at home and peaceful. The home is also situated in a perfect place to explore all of Bruny Island and it’s full of information about the island. We will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular

What a beautiful home in a stunning location. Loved everything about our three night stay at Adventure Bay beach house. The home has everything you need and more, is very cosy and best location in Bruny. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic views from every room and only a short walk to the beach. Very comfortable beds, well furnished and fully equipped. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Serene haven

We enjoyed the tranquility and comfort of this beautiful beach house. The views from each room down to the bay are stunning and we wished we had a few more days to relax in that beautiful property. The communication with the owner was excellent and the information provided on the island extremely helpful. Quick note: A new frying pan/wok would probably be a good investment to make cooking more enjoyable (:-)

We were on Bruny for the annual Bird weekend and we are super pleased we stayed at this Adventure Bay property. The views, layout, facilities and cleanliness were all above and beyond. Importantly we saw an excellent array of birds form the deck. Thanks kindly Suzette for sharing such a wonderful property!

Bruny Stay

We loved the house it was every thing we wanted. There were two things that could have been better. First was we couldn't get in at 2;00 the cleaning lady was still there , so we had to go and fill in time elsewhere. The second and most important thing the house was not clean particular the bath rooms. The windows need a good clean and the spider webs removed. But it did not deter our stay we enjoyed it, the remarks are just for the owners, I'm sure the owners don't know as they don't live in Tasmania. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful position, we will be looking forward to going back .

Bruny Island Birthday Weekend

Amazing location right at the end of the beach with an awesome view. The home was perfect set up for two couples. Very warm and cozy even though it was cold outside.

Magic property

Fantastic house and location. Just perfect for 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Perhaps a larger more prominent number on gate would make it easier to find and perhaps coffee supplied for coffee machine or suggestion for guests to byo coffee beans.

Cosy house with a view

Fantastic house with all the amenities required. A beautiful fire to warm you on a cold day or night is fantastic. Both rooms have wonderful views and the little touches like some port were very well received. I would highly recommend this house for two couples travelling together.

Brilliant location. Beautiful house. Well equipped kitchen,super comfy beds. Very well maintained. Couldn’t ask for more. We loved this house and our host was so helpful when we had to keep changing our dates because of travel restrictions. We will be back.

Excellent Location

We had a wonderful time at Adventure Bay. The house was very clean and spacious and great for a family holiday. The host was fantastic to deal with and allowed us entry at midday which was very helpful with a 15 month old. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is unique, there is no other spot located on 6 acres of environmentally zoned land, with access to the beach and stunning wide ocean, bay and beach vistas. Thoughtfully designed to blend with its surroundings, this house can accommodate 2 -4 people in two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The living room has relaxing spaces - watch the tides come and go, the birds on the beach or surrounding forests. And on fine days, unwind on the spacious decks in the bright sunlight. Every afternoon, around 4pm the wallabies emerge from the forest to graze on the grass below the house.
