Faktum är att efter ett nytt snöfall kan du åka skidor ut till Boulder-hissen direkt från din ytterdörr! Det finns en liten kulle precis utanför ytterdörren som är perfekt att ta dina små slädar efter en lång dag i backarna!

Wonderful stay

The property is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Bill and Ashley were always responsive and helpful at every situation. We had a wonderful time. We hope to come back again.

Would Stay Again

Featuring a stunning view of the lake and quick access to two separate lifts, this home fit all of our groups accommodation needs and more. Aside from the home, the owners might have been the best perk to staying here. Eager to help and easy to get a hold of the owners are the real stars.

Stunning views!!

Our stay in Lake Tahoe was so warm and cozy thanks to Ashley and Bill's beautiful condo. The views we woke up to the first morning are quite literally breathtaking. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to town and of course skiing. We couldn't have been happier with our visit and will definitely be back!!

Amazing

We had a really amazing time at this Tahoe Village property. Bill and Ashley were fantastic with communication from the reservation, through check in, our stay, and check out. The property was as was presented in the listing. It was a perfect location for our access to Heavenly Mountain and Lake Tahoe sight seeing adventures. We are so happy with the entire process and property.

Excellent view

Loved the view and excellent accommodations. Kitchen well set up and enough choice of spices and standard needs. Beds were very comfortable and the view amazing. Not too far from Stateline for ding and shopping.

Love Lake Tahoe!

Beautiful views

If your looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in South Lake Tahoe...this is the place. Great location with beautiful views. Easy to get to 2 chair lifts (stage coach and boulder). We had 8 in our group and it worked great. Parking was a little tight in the evenings but it seemed to always work out for us. Great communication with owner..A++. We had zero issues.

Beautiful apartment with wonderful views, very close to Stagecoach and Boulder lifts

We really enjoyed our weekend in the apartment. Check-in and check-out instructions are clear and easy, communication from the owners is wonderful. The apartment is very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. 1 min drive from Stagecoach lifts. Thanks so much for having us stay!

Amazing Tahoe Family Rental!

This vacation rental is PERFECT for a family get away. We booked this place with 2 other families all with children under the age of two. The rooms were welcoming and spacious as each family had a pack-n-play travel crib in their room. Two of the rooms had black out shades which was so nice to black out the room for day time naps and early bed times for the children. The balconies not only have a breath taking views of the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails, but they have reinforced glass with outdoor carpet. This actually made for a safe place for the little ones to crawl around and play OUTDOORS. There is ample amount of seating for family meals (we had 3 high chairs and 6 adults). The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make home cooked meals. The location is along a loop which made for a great PAVED stroller walks in the mountains. There was also trail hikes that literally start from the front door. Nevada beach is right down the mountain (maybe 10 minute drive) so we are able to go to the beach daily without being far from home. There is also indoor laundry which was so convenient and the fact that we could have our dogs join us was great. We decided after booking this place to extend our stay and the owners were so responsive and accommodating to make the changes. If I had to sum up this rental it is conveniently located, cozy, clean and family friendly. We without a doubt will be back to visit again!

Wonderful mountain retreat

We had such a great weekend staying in this lovely condo. The location is perfect- close to nice hiking trails and a 10 minute drive from the beach. There are also several delicious places to eat close by including a BBQ spot and a great coffee shop a little farther. The house was clean and well stocked for guests. The view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom is gorgeous and we loved enjoying our morning coffee out on the deck looking at the water. Will definitely come back again!

We’re a young, growing family that loves adventure and is always looking for a new place to explore. We met in 2009 and have been exploring the country with our 4-legged fur children ever since! Our son, Jack, now a year and a half old, has joined the pack and enjoys getting in his hiking backpack for some fresh mountain air (as long as he has plenty of snacks, of course)! Whether it is skiing, hiking, relaxing by the beach, or taking a simple drive around town, we love everything Lake Tahoe has to offer! We hope you will love it here too!!

Maybe “love at first sight” may sound cliche, but the moment we saw Lake Tahoe as we drove into town, we fell in love. There is nothing you can’t do in Lake Tahoe. In one day, you could be sweating on a long hike, swimming in the refreshing, clear blue waters of Lake Tahoe, and find yourself wrapped in a blanket on the balcony watching the sun set with a glass of wine in your hand. The winter is no different. After a long day of skiing, you could be enjoying live music by the Heavenly gondola or sledding right outside your front door!
