Padre Beach View 210 är där Dream Vacations blir verklighet! Komplexet har den perfekta kombinationen av East Coast fritidshusarkitektur och frodig tropisk landskapsarkitektur. Poolområdet har grillplatser, solstolar, picknickbord, hytter, ett barnstänkskydd och det är allt centrerat kring den glittrande saltvattenpoolen som är uppvärmd för året runt njutning. Stranden ligger tvärs över gatan och många attraktioner i området, som den helt nya vattenparken Schlitterbahn, Mustang Island State Park och Padre Island National Seashore ligger alla inom några miles.

INTERIÖR
Detta vackert dekorerade radhus är där moderna möter chic. Det erbjuder allt besökande gäster kan begära, men det som verkligen skiljer det är dess läge och magnifika utsikt över Mexikanska golfen! Det fullt utrustade köket, med granitbänkar och alla apparater i rostfritt stål, har gott om utrymme och diskutrymme för att förbereda måltider i familjen stil eller snacks för stranden. Detta lyxiga stadshus första våningen har ett vardagsrum med öppet koncept, ett matbord i lantgårdstil och en kököbar som har plats för ytterligare personer - en perfekt samlingsplats för hela gruppen. Den första våningen har också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, halvt badrum och tillgång till den privata inhägnad uteplatsen. Alla tre sovrummen är på övervåningen och alla har vackra specialgjorda headboards. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, ett privat badrum och en privat balkong med utsikt över bukten. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har en bekväm queen size-säng, dessa två rum delar en hall badrum. Det finns också en full storlek futon på övervåningen loftet och 2 queen size-fällbara sängar i vardagsrummet; vilket gör det möjligt för denna enhet att rymma totalt 12 gäster.

Coast trip

Struggled with the stove. Front 2 main burners didnt work. Wasted almost 2 hours the first morning trying to make breakfast. They did have someone come and confirm they weren’t working but couldn't get anyone to fix them until after we left. Also tried washing clothes and the dryer didn’t not dry the clothes. Otherwise, stay was ok. The property is in a good location and easy to get to the beach with a golfcart.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did really enjoy our stay overall and the property was very nice and located super close to the beach. There was room for the seven of us to sleep comfortably and have space. We did have problems which were addressed by the management company. First the WiFi wasn’t working and they replaced the router. Then the shower started leaking through the ceiling into the living room. A maintenance worker tried to fix it but it needed work in the pipes. By the time we left, the paint was coming off the ceiling. Also the dryer didn’t work and someone came to fix it as well. We did really enjoy our stay but it would have been better without the issues. I would recommend it if the plumbing problems are take care of.

Not a accurate time of check in listed

Check in time is listed as 4pm when we arrived at 355pm still had no check on directions so at 415pm I called number listed and took several minutes for someone to answer and when they finally did the man on the line was friendly and gavee info for checkin. A business should be held to checkin times as we as consumers are held to the price as listed and we pay in advance for this accomodations...

Great house and great location

The location of this beach house made everything easier and more convenient. We were within walking distance to our beach house. We were also really close to stores, bars, and etc.

The pool area needs major updating as far as pool maintenance and my family and I saw several rats in the pool area along the fence line and on a BBQ pit/grill, it was pretty gross.

Family Beach Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our very first family vacation all together since the loss of my husband/their father. It was very special to us. The condo was beautiful. Sleeping spaces everywhere and We absolutely loved the placement of television’s in every sleeping space to include the bonus space with the futon. We had a few concerns but the mgmt comp was quick to respond and resolve. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to place a hose in the front or back for ease in rinsing. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay

The location was good and the view of the gulf from the upstairs balcony was great. The kitchen cookware is substandard and the pans were dirty. The cast iron skillet was rusty and had food residue as well. The unit has two coffee pots but no filters. I would suggest upgrading kitchen cookware.

Great location but issues with the condo itself!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Padre Escapes as usual has amazing customer service however their condos usually leave much to be desired. Cheap linens and towels. 2 cheap rolls of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for a four day stay for a family of 4. 1 laundry pack abd two dishwasher packs. The walls were chipped, there had been a leak from the bathroom so the ceiling had been patched and not painted to match the rest of the ceiling. The condo smelled moldy like there may be mold where that leak was. The condo was in a great location and we loved having the patio to store our beach gear. We will stay at that site again just not one owned by Padre Escapes.

Last stay with Padre

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Padre in the past and the whole trip was wonderful. This time it was little frustrating. 1) called to ask to rent a day earlier since only 1/4 of the group would be in on Thursday night. They wanted us to pay double the cost for one night. needless to say we stayed at the Omni . 2) Early check in. The lady who I talked to both times said they would call if we could check in early. She was very unfriendly and short. She never called, so we checked in at 4:00pm. 3) The sofa in this place is like sitting on boards. If you have kids they can hurt themselves on this item. 4) beds are very unconformable.

A Great Vacation

It was new, 200 yards from the Gulf, bright, attractive, well furnished with items in the kitchen, living room, bath & bedrooms. In all ways, it far exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the website did not capture the greatness of the unit. We were there 78 days. The eastward view off the balcony any time of the day or night was incredible. It does not get any better than that. 2. Padre Escapes Vacation Rentals was exceptional. They were easy to work with, straightforward and honest in all our dealing with them. Their use of technology made it easy to communicate with and receive communication from them. I found it easy to trust them. a. We had some minor issues – a light bulb going out. One call and within the hour a maintenance person was onsite to replace the burned-out bulb.b. We had some electrical outages that impacted the Island. Texts from Padre Escapes informed us of the issues and when return to service would be expected.c. There was a unexpected water outage due to the major water line from the mainland rupturing. Text messages kept us updated on repairs, the need to boil water and finally when it was not necessary to boil water. d. Throughout the unit was contact information regarding WiFi, TV, Padre Escapes. All you need was right in front of you.e. Check out was easily done via the App.The were great to work with and a very professional team of people. 3. Emily was incredible. Warm, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, supportive, easy to talk with and work with. I felt she was on our side and went out of her way to help make the process of getting there, staying there and returning next year possible. We were blessed to have her representing us on behalf of Padre Escapes. It as a joy working with her.We had a great time. We have already booked a return for next year and look forward to working with Padre Escapes in the years to come.

The balcony connected to the master bedroom was awesome! In the evening, we sat outside and had wine and enjoyed the cool breeze and view of the sea. In the mornings, we enjoyed the sunrise.
