Denna fantastiska, nyligen uppgraderade och möblerade bottenvÄningen 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lÀgenhet med utsikt över kanalen Àr en kort promenad till stranden, uppvÀrmd pool pÄ vintern, badtunna, 24 timmars toppmoderna fitnesscenter, levande matad saltvatten fiske damm med pir pÄ fastighet, uppdaterades i nov 2018. Vi erbjuder en king size-sÀng och queen size-sÀng med kuddtoppar, och drottning bÀddsoffa med minne skum madrass. Vi har ocksÄ 2 underbara stadsbostÀder pÄ Nemo Cay: 2 bÀddar (6 bÀddar) "Wing Inn" VRBO # 607521 "och syster 3 sÀng bredvid (8 sovplatser)" LÀmna en lockelse "VRBO # 607522 för större grupper eller hyra bÄda, som samt en ny 2 bdrm, bottenvÄning, poolutsikt, promenad till VRBO strand # 465887. Bra restauranger, shopping, lÀtt promenad till stranden, Bob Hall brygga för fiske och Àta pÄ vattnet. Uthyrning av strandvagnar och vattenparken Schlitterbahn samt storstadslivet i Corpus Christi med fantastiska matstÀllen, USS Lexington-turer, State Aquarium, fisketurer och den vackra staden Port Aransas, bara 20 minuter uppför kusten, utanför fisketurer, bÄtcharter, Sand Fest i april ett mÄste se, stora matstÀllen och nattliv. SÄ mycket att erbjuda sÄ kom spendera din semester eller en helg och koppla av med tÄrna i sanden. Absolut ingen rökning, husdjur kan övervÀgas men mÄste godkÀnnas av chefen med en extra avgift.

Clean house. Great pool. Loved the patio. The AC was great and kept the house cool. Communication with the host was instant. The location is amazing. I defintely recommend and would love to stay again.

The pool was nice I didn’t see any information about an entry cove for the pool. Neighbors shared that information. House was very clean, and well maintained.

Very nice place, will be back. it was only my husband and I and my 2 year old grandson. The seperate bedroom was not used. Love the location and the easy access to the pool. Great place.

While traveling to Texas, the property manager Veronica was absolutely courteous and communicative. She text me various times to see if we had checked in and if we were ok which was a plus! She let me know that the condo had been cleaned and sanitized which was a good feeling. We arrived at the location pretty late night as road tripping is stop and go when you have children. We arrived at the location and went in to the property which looked cute, but then as we took a good look, everything looked so dirty and gross. The cushions in the dining room table were so stained with water stains & feathers everywhere. There was not even vacuuming done during clean up at this point. I usually disinfect places we stay and it takes me about 30 minutes because my daughter has medical conditions and I need to make sure that mostly the bathrooms are super clean & sanitized. However, after inspecting the entire house, it was super filthy. I had to wash the bedding as we found bugs and yellow stains on the bedding and at this point wash all the towels as I was pretty grossed out after seeing bugs in the bed and how dirty the house was.I had to clean out the fridge as it was filthy! I sent a message to the owner after and I had said I wouldn't post this but after consideration and the lack of apology and attention to this, I have to be open and clear about the bad conditions. I was not offered a discount not a refund for these matters. Very disappointed in this stay,

Babies 1st trip

This was our 9 months old 1st vacation, and our 13 year old son with special needs loved this place. Very easy on communication, very clean apon arrival. Kids loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. Was the perfect place for our stay.

Corpus weekend trip

This was the perfect location. Beach access was right around the corner and the pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy. Very satisfied with our stay here. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. The only negative was the area by the grill outside was pretty noisy one night and unfortunately was right outside our window. Would definitely stay here again, my kids loved every bit of this trip!

It is a beautiful property and well maintained! I would suggest providing a beach umbrella and some chairs for the beach.For the guests I would suggest having a vehicle when you come to stay because there’s really very little other than the beach close by.

This place was PERFECT for our family, with littles (10M and 3y). The pool and splash pad were a big hit, and the beach was so close! The house was spacious and felt plenty big for us all. Jim was so fast to respond to anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was so easy and amazing. This place made travel with toddlers much more relaxing. I love that the pool was right outside and the extra pirate ship play yard helped as well. Quick and easy access to the beach and stores. We can't wait to come back.
