Inga bekymmer om var du ska parkera i stan. LÀmna bilen i huset. Bara en kort promenad frÄn huset hittar du restauranger, barer, butikerna pÄ Main Street och alla festligheter som Schouler Park har att erbjuda, inklusive hantverksmÀssor pÄ helgen, jordbrukarmarknader, brandverk den 4 juli, Thomas the Train och mÄnga andra evenemang under sÀsongerna.
Cranmore Mountain ligger 0. 8 miles frĂ„n huset. Även en kort bilresa frĂ„n huset Ă€r skattefria utloppshopping, vandringsleder, badhĂ„l, Echo Lake, Dianas bad, Story Land och sĂ„ mycket mer!
Detta hem totalrenoverades 2015 och erbjuder ett öppet koncept kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Vardagsrummet har en öppen spis med fjÀrrkontroll och en 50 "Smart TV med kabel, DVR-service och gratis On Demand-programmering. Köket har apparater i rostfritt stÄl, inklusive en gasbrÀnnare med fem brÀnnare, kylskÄp med vatten- och isdispenser i dörren, och en stor ö med plats för fyra. Matsalen har plats för Ätta vilket gör totalt sittplatser för tolv. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, 32 "Smart TV, klÀdkammare, 5-delat badrum med bubbelbadkar, separat dusch och dubbla fÄfÀngar. PÄ övervÄningen finns ocksÄ ett 2: a badrum med dusch och ett andra sovrum med dubbelsÀng.
NedervÄningen finns 2 sovrum, alla med en fullstor sÀng och vÄningssÀngar. I nedre vÄningen finns ocksÄ ett komplett badrum, ett stort spelrum med biljardbord, en 50 "Smart TV och en gasspis. TvÀttmaskin / torktumlare ligger nere, liksom det stora lerrummet som Àr bekvÀmt belÀget utanför garaget.
De franska dörrarna frÄn matsalen pÄ övervÄningen öppnar mot ett stort dÀck med en gasgrill. DÀck leder till en stor trÀdgÄrd med uteplats och eldstad.

The hosts made everything so easy for us to check in and out. The kitchen is well appointed and having 3 bathrooms made life easier. The bedrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly flexible with our arrival, which made our trip so much easier. The house itself is beautifully maintained and had everything we needed-fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and all the amenities you could ask for. Our kids especially loved the games provided, with the pool table being a big hit! The location is perfect, within walking distance to town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thanks Karen and Steve!

Getaway weekend

I stayed at the property for a long weekend. The hosts were great with communication through out the stay. We ended up during a snow storm and they were very timely about cleaning the driveway. Overall a very clean and well maintained property.

Great house

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, neat & clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Has a fun game room with pool table. Also very close to ski areas and North Conway center. Would definitely go back.

Family getaway

My extended family had the coziest winter weekend. The open concept was the perfect set up for all of us to congregate close to the fireplace. There was a spot for everyone to be comfy. We spent one afternoon tubing at cranmore which was a quick 3 minute drive from the house. The house was immaculate and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for all of us- every family had their own room. The kids loved playing in the spacious basement, and the pool table was an added perk! All around great weekend and we’re hoping to make it an annual tradition! Highly recommend this property.

Warm, comfortable and spacious

This home has a warm, comfortable, spacious floor plan for spending time together. Beautifully decorated and impeccably kept. Proximity to mountain and town very convenient. Our family gathered for skiing, snowboarding, and game playing around the fireplace. The home contributed to making the trip memorable and successful.

Great house at a great location

We have stayed here several times with our children and some other families. The house is really close to Cranmore as well as a short walk to town. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen area makes this house feel warm and cozy but never crowded.Property is very clean (no shoes allowed in the house) and well maintained. Owners are friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Home !

We are a party of family and friends that travel to North Conway for an annual shopping weekend .. This home was perfect ! Comfortable , spotless , beautiful and cozy ! Leaf Peeping at its best

Fantastic house, amazing location, wonderful hosts

This is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair, travel crib, and kid friendly cups/plates/utensils! The location is perfect and the space was ideal for our family. The owners are wonderful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Another Wonderful Week

This was our 2nd time staying in this awesome home. Plenty of room in the house and the backyard for our family which included 4 grandchildren ages 3 months old to 6. House was immaculate and offered everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Walked downtown to the playground, the coffee shop and the stores numerous times when the weather cooperated. Owners were very responsive to questions we had during our stay and it is very apparent with the pride they take in maintaining their home for others to enjoy. Thank you Karen & Steve!

Best vacation home ever!

I think this our fourth time staying here and as always, it did not disappoint. The location is great, nearby to the busy route 16 area but in a quiet neighborhood. The home is always clean and very comfortable. There were seven of us and there is plenty of room if you all want to be together or if you want some private time, too. The hosts are fabulous to work with and want you to enjoy their home and this is obvious in all aspects of the rental process, along with the comfy home feeling from the very moment you walk in.

Awesome Rental Near Downtown

The house is located a short walk to the downtown area and has been updated recently. The property offers a perfect setup for two families. Karen and Steve personally make sure the house is up to the highest standards for cleanliness and are excellent hosts. Looking forward to our next vacation at this property!!

Weekend family fun

Second time staying at this property with my son and his 2 children ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2. Once again the owners and the property were wonderful. Great communication throughout the rental process. They have a very clean, well stocked, comfortable home. Safe for the little ones with room to spread out. The closeness to downtown made it easy to walk down and get coffee in the morning and explore the shops. The kids especially enjoyed taking a train ride, going for ice cream, and playing at the playground. I would highly recommend this property.

A great spot for a family!

A great choice for a family gathering! The house is set up quite well for little ones with plenty of sleeping and entertaining space. Location is great as well. A small quiet neighborhood and a 10 min walk to downtown. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and they keep their property very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Weekend

Annual winter weekend for enjoying family and winter sports. First time staying here, and by far one of the best available. Perfect accommodation, updated and complete with every aspect of a holiday retreat covered. Our hosts have thought of just about everything. wonderful stay

Wonderful home. Karen and Steve are great to work with. Their home is so clean and well stocked. The location cannot be beat. We have stayed twice now and will continue to do so when in North Conway.

We moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.
We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.
We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our two boys, Stewie and Fred (both hypoallergenic Schnoodles)!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to a relaxing and comfortable space with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. However, after a couple of years of renovation we fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it! Great location and close to everything, whether walking or driving!
