Timber Run är en fantastisk Steamboat semester hyra plats. Denna 2 sovrum, 2 badrum Condo ligger bara tre kvarter från Gondol / Base Area. Du kan gå till skidåkning, restauranger, pubar och shopping, men också ha bekvämligheten med gratis transferservice till berget, staden, restaurangerna och pubarna på vintern.

Den här varma, mysiga enheten var bara vackert ombyggd (november 2018), känns helt ny och har fantastiska Coretec golv, underbara granit bänkskivor, helt nya rostfria vitvaror, magnifika kaklade duschar, rustika bergstypsdörrar och trim samt fantastiska dekorativa handen .

Njut av utsikten från vardagsrummet och uteplatsen, liksom lite öppet utrymme som du ligger på en isolerad sida av byggnaden. Kick tillbaka på soffan och titta på storskärms-TV eller värma upp vid gaspisen. Det öppna vardagsrummet innehåller också det ombyggda fullt utrustade köket, matbordet med 4 stolar (sitter 6 med löv), sittplatser (3 barstolar) gott om sittplatser (drottning bäddsoffa, 1 stol) och tillgång till uteplatsen.

Master suite erbjuder en bekväm king size-säng, platt-tv och det nyligen uppdaterade privata badrummet. Sovrum 2 har 2 enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en king size-säng (på begäran). Det finns en annan ombyggd, badrum på korridoren.

Our stay was great. A clean condo with a lot of room. The only draw back was it is on the garden level. I have difficulty walking and I didn't know i had to walk down a flight of stairs. Let people know.

Great stay at Timber Run. Positives for this property are: first floor (makes a difference after a day of skiing), proximity to Gondola (legit walkable), hot tub proximity, and condo was well appointed for family meals.

Perfect Cabin Getaway with Ideal Location and Comfort

We absolutely love staying at this cabin! It's perfectly located, close to the city, hot springs, and scenic bike trails along the river. The cabin itself is fantastic – it has everything we need to cook and feel comfortable during our stay. It’s become our go-to spot, and we can’t wait to return. Great stay

We had a girls trip and stayed at Timber Run for 3 nights in September. It was in a great location. The condo was neat and clean. It had everything we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen and two beds and two bathrooms. The 2 parking spots were very handy. The pool was heated and the hot tubs were nice. It was very easy to communicate with the management and they were very quick to respond and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Steamboat Springs.

Trail race lodging

We were in Steamboat Springs for a trail race. The condo is near the gondola base — start of race —- so well located for our event and for skiers! The pool and hot tubs are clean and in excellent condition. Our only disappointment with the condo were the cookware (damaged nonstick coated pans) and cutlery.

Great place, great amenities!

We loved our stay at this unit in Timber Run. This unit is updated, has a well stocked kitchen and a comfy living room. Also love the amenities at Timber Run especially the pool, hot tubs and tennis court.

Family getaway

The condo was quiet and cozy, the updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed the tennis courts right out the back steps! The unit was clean and everything was in excellent condition, would highly recommend.

Excellent condo and location!

Timber Run is a lovely and well-maintained place to stay in Steamboat Springs. It's family-friendly and an easy location to get to and from. The condo we stayed in was perfect! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I'd absolutely stay there again. Thanks iTrip for quick communication when needed, and an all round wonderful experience.

Super cozy and cute!

We loved staying here! It’s super clean and functional. We enjoyed the hot tub and tennis court. The couch had a pull out bed too which was surprisingly comfy. The master bed has a super squishy bed so we ended up sleeping on couch pull out. We have back issues and need more firm mattress but the couch and guest bedroom had more firm mattresses. We enjoyed!

Perfect stay, if the pool had been available

The place was lovely, clean, and orderly. Two major complaints, however: 1) the water pressure was non-existant and it took forever to take a shower and 2) the pool was mostly empty following some sort of project and wasn't filled by the time we left (they used a single garden hose to fill it up). I didn't contact the host regarding the water pressure, but I did mention that we had picked their condo because it looked nice (which it was) and had a pool. The host said that the issue with the pool was stated somewhere in the Vrbo listing, which I don't recall seeing, and that the price was discounted to reflect that. I asked for a reference to that information in the listing and they couldn't reproduce it. I once again stated that we would have chosen another listing had we known that we wouldn't have access to the pool and they said that the HOA had last updated them that the pool was supposed to be ready on the day of our arrival (we stayed for two nights). It was quite disappointing that they were unwilling to discount the price of our stay any more than they claimed it had been discounted initially since they not only included photos of the pool in the listing, but didn't have this information posted prominently or made any visible mention of the discount in the original posting. Not thrilled with the customer service.

Steamboat Trip

Had a lovely time at the property! Very close and convenient to the mountain, town, etc. The shuttle runs until 5pm to the mountain, which was helpful for getting out to the slopes. Coming home we either took the public bus (does bring you to the property, not the most intuitive schedule to figure out) or ubers (which were decently available). Very clean space, responsive host, and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Great steamboat trip

Great location. Quick shuttle access to mountain. Nice to have the ski lockers for gear. Condo worked great for cooking and the grills near by. Comfortable and clean. Would come back for sure

Guys trip

My wife planned a wonderful ski trip for me and our boys. Everything was very easy to get to from the condo. And the condo itself was perfect for our needs. It was clean, and everything was made very clear and easy for our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable and quiet

This property was exactly as advertised, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and good kitchen/dining/living room space. The location is a reasonable walk from Gondola square with several dining choices nearby as well as a short drive into downtown for even more choices. The hot springs pool is always a highlight for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

Nicely remodeled and decorated condo in quiet complex, King bed and master was very comfortable. convenient parking. We visited in summer, but did find it was close to ski lifts and gondolas. One side note, this is a basement unit, so if you don't do stairs well, you may want to look for another unit.

Awesome place!

Beautiful place! Highly recommend for others! Close to everything. We really appreciate the 3 hot tubs and pool. They were literally right out our front door. The base of the mountain is within walking distance. Very roomy and clean.

So much to do in Steamboat!

Location, location, location! Clean, easy access to amenities and close to so many great things to do in Steamboat. There is something for everyone. It was quiet in a friendly atmosphere. The iTrip team was helpful and always very responsive. They also followed up to check in at the end of our stay. Great experience all around. Thank you!
