Loved the property and all its amenities! Loved how close it was to the beach. It was clean, and spacious! The only thing that was a minus, there were no TVs on first floor, and the dumpsters were far from rental. Other than that we enjoyed and are grateful for y’all’s hospitality!! We totally recommend your location for vacation!

This was a multi family vacation, 11 people. There was tons of space. We never felt like we were on top of each other. It had gorgeous views from the 3rd floor balcony. The only thing that could have been better would have been having beach access. The house is literally right off the beach but no cart access or car access. But it all ended up working out perfectly fine taking our cars to the beach. Could take more fun stuff!! Kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need!! Towel rack in 3rd floor bathroom fell off the wall and scared the fire out of me but my husband got that hung back up and secured tightly. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay there again if we ever need a house that big.

Great for an easy walk to the beach. Clean and tons of kitchen supplies. Deck gate a little hard to latch. No grill available unfortunately. And there are two bedrooms downstairs not connected to the rest of the rooms. Would be perfect for two families but we didn't end up using those rooms since none of our kids wanted to be down there. Still plenty of room upstairs. Beautiful views.

A wonderful home! This was a family beach trip for us and the walkway to the beach was great for the moms with little children. They could bring the little ones back for their nap.The balcony in the back that overlooks the dunes was wonderful also. We spent evenings up there. This is our second time to rent this home and we will definitely be back.

Amazing Stay at Pelican’s Plave

We have a. Large family of 7 adults and 6 children. We chose this house because of the three stories so we would have room to spread out! Perfect choice! The house was amazing and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The community does have a private boardwalk to the beach which was very convenient. We definitely would stay here again!

Great Time at Pelican’s Place

The house is in the perfect location, close to Port A and to Corpus. We loved just hanging out on the deck and tower. The beach was clean, and not crowded. I hope to go back again soon. Nice location

Pros - Great location. Beach is walking distance. Enough space for 2-3 families with kids. Maintenance available 24/7 Cons - Bottom floor smelled unpleasant. No connectivity in 1st and 2nd floor from inside the house. Water leak on first floor, though attended by maintenance caused inconvenience during the stay.

Pelican Place for Christmas

The only downside was 2 of the bedrooms were only accessable from the outside. The downstairs was like it's own self-contained unit. It was very nice.

It was very clean, air conditioner and all appliances worked, and it was very close to the beach. There is a boardwalk right on site that heads to the beach and is only a 3-5 min walk. I have stayed at a couple other places in port a and this one has been my favorite. I will hope to get this place again next year and recommend to anyone looking for a vacation beach house!!!

Great stay at Pelican Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time! The house is an easy walk to the boardwalk access to the beach. Beach access road 2 is a quick dash for the hauling of beach gear (canopy, coolers and chairs) to our spot. The pool is several houses away and has no shade for sun relief. The house could use a second broom on the main level and needs kitchen towels and hot pads. Otherwise, everything was great!! House is a quick drive to Port A and only 20 minutes to HEB plus in Flour Bluff. We loved our stay!

Family Time in Port Aransas

However, our family has grown so much we now need a much larger space. This beach house was perfect for us. The kids and their wives and children slept in the downstairs apartment. The rest of us slept in the upstairs quarters. Place was clean, cool and comfortable. Close to the beach and the pool was small but nice.

PJs Stay

The property was clean, convenient, comfortable with all the appliances, kitchen wares, & normal room needs that we might want & it was all decorated in a tasteful and artsy manner! The property was well equipped, better than we expected! It worked out very well for our whole family, And it was also fairly close to the beach, which is where we spent a great deal of time! One thing that you might want to fix is the wood flooring in the living room hallway on the 2nd floor. It's bowing and coming apart. Thank you!
