Detta nya 3 sovrum, 3 badrum en berättelse enhet är rymlig, bekväm och nära till alla bekvämligheter i Pirates Bay. Det rymliga, öppna kök, matsal och vardagsrum är perfekt för hela familjen att samlas. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med eget badrum och platt-TV. De två andra sovrummen har båda drottningar och privata bad. Det finns en uppsättning inbyggda våningssängar i en hall. Enheten erbjuder också ett trevligt bris sätt att koppla av och en utomhusdusch. Anläggningen har 2 lagunpooler med parkgrillar för din användning och en lekplats för barnen. Det finns också extra parkering i detta komplex. Pirates Bay ligger bara 10 minuters bilresa till stranden. Enheten är rökfri, gå utåt för att röka. Beautiful Weekend for a Wedding!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed our experience at your VRBO. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a restful experience. Parking can be a bit tricky if you have more than one or two vehicles, but aside from that, we found the property to be quiet and peaceful. The pool was a bit smaller than the pictures show, and it was full of kids, but it's summertime.

Awesome experience overall

The unit itself was amazing!! Check in, check out and communication throughout was so easy. One word of caution concerning the location: if you’re flying to port A and staying here, rent a Jeep or other 4WD vehicle NOT a golf cart. No legal way to get to the unit.

Port A Rental

Great location, close to the beach (about 5 min drive). Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/ pans, dish-wear etc. There was 8 adults and we had plenty of room and space.

We had a wonderful trip. Our condo was very nice but needs a few maintenance items which I reported. We utilized the pool everyday. I would recommend and we would stay again. It was a good location. We met some very nice people. The McNea/Winfrey family

Good time!

Property is nice and clean. Good layout for families. Missing a few basic items in the kitchen for cooking meals so would recommend bringing any cooking utensils/spices you may need. Had a few minor issues on our trip and notified the property management company. They were very responsive start to end and would bring the family back.

Family Beach Vacay!

The property was great for our family vacation. It was clean, fully furnished (except for trash bags, so bring extras), and very spacious. There was plenty of room for 4 teens and our little guy loved the basketball hoop on the porch. We will definitely be back!

The entire stay was awesome. The only nervous time I had was better communication day of stay. Being new to the process I was unclear or missed the process of how to check in. A small text the morning of would be great to say your preparing the property and instructions there after. Other than that we had a great stay and property was awesome! Will look forward to coming back.

It was more than what I imagined! We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect! It was easy to find, easy to rent, and check in/out was a breeze. Equipped with all necessary items and I always bring my own pots, pans, and pitchers…but this place had it all. Such a GREAT time!

Decent place to stay

This is definitely not a brand new condo. It suited our purposes and was clean. One of the bedroom doors was broke and did not close all the way, making it less than convenient when putting the baby down for naps and for the night. The cocktail table was also almost broke and not safe to have around the children. Also some door pulls or knobs on the cabinets would relieve some frustration. Communication was quick and easy. Overall, a decent place to stay.

All in all absolutely great but would reconsider overflow 3rd party vehicle & handicap parking.

PiratesBay (Sun Castle 221) & Pool was absolutely beautiful .. but would've loved to hve be able to brg in a golf cart into the property that would've been very convenient

Labor Day Get Away

The property management was awesome. We were notified that our rented unit was unavailable due to the A/C needing repairs that could not be performed due to the Holiday weekend. However, we were offered another location at no extra cost. We stayed very comfortably with the roomy condo we were offered. Thank you for being a great host!!!

Good overall property.

After we got in, the a/c stopped due to poor drainage. The two parking permits we expected were also not provided. However, a couple of calls to the mgmt. company got both issues resolved quickly. The staff I spoke to were very courteous. The only really negative things was that the pool rules were NOT enforced. We don't really care about people drinking and having a good time but the music was loud and there were many, many glass bottles in and around the pool. The latter can be very dangerous.

Family Trip for Labor Day Weekend

We arrived Friday evening and picked our keys up from the designated lockbox with no problems. We arrived at our unit to find it spotless. We had 5 adults and 3 children in our family and we had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was cool. All appliances worked well. The only suggestion I could make would be to have more bath towels and wash cloths available so that renters have clean ones to use each evening. Communication with Port A Escapes was excellent!

Perfect for families

We loved Pirates Bay! The property was clean and the check in process easy. We used all the amenities in the home. The oven appeared to be brand new and never used. We used it twice to make meals and the heat from the oven set off the smoke alarms (but there was no smoke). The alarms would intermittently sound off while the oven was on. Annoying but there wasn’t anything to be done in the moment. I alerted the property manager and they said they would look into it. Other than that, the property was wonderful. And the town grocery store (IGA) was well-stocked with everything you would need! The beach was a short 3min drive away. The complex was quiet too. Apparently we had just missed the crowd the weekend before we arrived (Memorial Day), so that was a bonus! We would stay here again!

Not as Expected

The place was far from the water-- there was a not even a glimpse. Several calls were made and I was assured there were two bar-b-Q grill's There was none. the community grill was dirty and was rusted. There was no gas grill. The unit was clean but old so appeared dingy. the kitchen well equipped. we made made two call to agency as we were having problems with the stove (oven)..Everyone was pleasant but not responsive. $150.00 of steaks and $75.00 of shrimp were cooked stove top and certainly not tasty We love the beach and love Port A but will look and investigate thoroughly before we go again

Comfortable stay

The day we checked in, we picked up the keys from a lock box. Once we got to the property, the keys we got didn't work. We called the property manager a couple of times, until someone finally answered the phone. Then we waited 20 minutes for them to bring us the right key so we could get into the property. This was a tad annoying since we had been driving for a few hours and were tired by the time we got to Port A. Other than that, the property was clean, comfortable & functional.

Rusty, dingy and loud but lots of space....

Apparently there are 2 sides to Pirates Bay and we ended up in an older unit. From the wall mirrors to the baking pans, everything had rust on it. No one could tell if the stained concrete floor was simply dirty, or just old. The sofas smelled mildew-ish. A towel rack fell off the wall. The shower handles were loose. Heck the entire plastic shower surround was loose-- in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. We were afraid while using the entire shower would fall apart. There was plenty of space of though... We were already there, and no maintenance call could fix old, stinky and rusty, so let's go to the pool and make the most of it. There were 2 pools - one closer to us and one in the newer section. We had 3 kids under 10 years old. We were content for a short time, until a group of people came in, started blaring rap music. This was accompanied by women wearing swimsuits barely covering themselves and the smell of marijuana. Also, don't go into the bathroom by the older pool. It is disgusting. The other pool in the newer section was way better. No blaring music. People actually wore their bathing suit. The bathroom by the pool was cleaner. I picked this specific cottage for its 3 rooms with bathrooms and built in bunk beds for the kids. My friend and her son had stayed in the newer section of Pirates Bay and had no idea how bad the older cottages/pool area were -- Everyone wishes we had stayed somewhere nicer. Stay in the new section or run in the opposite direction.
