Detta är en av de bästa två sovrum soluppgången stranden utsikt över hela ön! Den privata verandaen ser rakt över myran till dårskapen mellan Singleton Beach och Chaplin Park till strand sand, havsvågor och otroliga soluppgångar och moonrises. Missa inte denna fantastiska sällsynta vy! Öppna verandan och sovrummet fönster för havsbrisen och låt ljudet av surfen sjunga dig att sova!

Villan är inrett i juli / 2018 och är barnvänlig. Anläggningen ligger på stranden i centralt läge närmare cykelvägar, topprestauranger, flygplatsen och Palmetto Dunes. Great price for what you get!

The place was clean, had a good selection of kitchen equipment, plenty of space and seating. Yes, some things are dated but if you want to spend thousands and stay somewhere else that is more than your choice. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, the storage unit had tons for our family to use at the beach. Yes, there are some things that need repair as any rental unit will need over time but nothing that inhibited or was a detriment to our stay.

Clean, Convenient and great views

Used the property with my son to attend the RBC Golf classic. Great views from the balcony, easy access to the local beach bar and watched some great golf for my son's birthday.

Nice view but some issues

The property is pretty nice, with a nice view, but we had a few issues. First, some of the mattresses need replacing, as they are so broken down that we sank in about 5 inches. I slept on the couch as the beds hurt my back so much (I tried 2 different ones.) Communication with the owner wasn't great. We had trouble with the television, and although he said he would send someone to look at it, no one ever came. We also had some conflicting check-in/out instructions.

The space was just what we needed in an excellent location, with a great view and easy access to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The resort has great amenities and I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Tiago for a memorable vacation?

The rental had a lot of issues. 1. no forks 2. hole in floor leading to hall 3. sliding door handle needs repaired. 4. no coffee 5. no battery cover to the remote in the bedroom 6. beds were very noisy

Weekend Trip

The owner neglected to tell us the lock combo had been changed and we had to wait awile to get into the condo. The only chair in the sitting area had a broken leg and the lock to the balcony door was broken. These are things that can be easily fixed and should have been taken care of. The location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views

We have stayed at HHR before but this unit was even better with beautiful views of the ocean and boardwalk and with the windows open at night you could hear the waves. We had a great time, and the two bunk beds were amazing for our four kids! They love the indoor heated pool on chilly beach days

Would not waste your money

First off it was filthy. The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and he replaced it with a chain. There is what appears to be a hole in the floor that at anytime will give. We had no power initially then while we were at the beach he had people enter the room without our permission with all of our belonging in it to correct the power issue. Now my son’s apple headphones are missing and the host will not respond back to me. This guy is a real piece of work.

This property was absolutely terrible. This unit was nasty and out dated. When we arrived, there was water stains on the ceiling, dishwasher still had dishes in it. The door knobs for both bathrooms was about to fall off. The bedroom with the bunk beds was unsafe. The beds was broken and when my son in law and daughter laid on it the boards under it fell . The whole bed was broken. The vent in the first bathroom fell out of the ceiling and hit his foot. The toilet paper holder was completely torn off the wall. Who ever the house keeper was, did not to their job. The rugs had not been vacuumed and the bathroom rug was filthy. The cabinet had stains on them from were food had spilled on them. The pictures for this unit were very deceiving. The thermostat was WiFi and every time we would adjust it, it would magically go back up to 73. These owners should be ashamed of themselves to charge what they do for this dump. I contacted them and they said they was unaware and would get someone to look at it. No one ever showed up. If you want to get to the beach, be patient walk a 1/2 mile down the boardwalk. We could have rented a hotel and it would been better that this crap. Be aware of renting anything that goes through VBRO. Very unhappy, what a waste of money.

Nice location but needs work

We loved this location and Thiago was very responsive. He includes a beach wagon, which is helpful. That said, this unit is in desperate need of repairs and this impacted our enjoyment of the property. There is a hole in the floor and water stains on the ceiling. The bunk beds are missing multiple screws, which is unsafe and unprofessional. The fan and light is on the same frequency as another fan near by in another unit. The lights would turn on randomly in the middle of the night when the other people turned on their fan and lights. It was very frustrating. You are provided with the very basics and there is no salt or pepper (bring your own!). The toilet paper holder is broken and the whole unit really needs paint. It just feels like updating and maintaining this rental is not a priority. We did like the resort and would come back and stay in another unit.

Great view

Amenities were very good. Everything you need in a kitchen and then some. The bathroom up grades were very nice. There are some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. There has been a water leak at some point and the ceiling has not been repaired. The pantry door tends to come off the track. The sliding glass is very hard to open thus the handle is loose. Putting that all aside the view is great!!! Sunrise view. Ease to the beach. Would I stay there again? Yes
