Tyst två sovrum med två badrum! Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng medan rummet har två enkelsängar. Båda sovrummen har eget badrum. Det finns en TV / DVD i sovrummet och i vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa i drottningen. Villa är en andra våningsenhet i den 3 våningar byggnaden med en privat balkong med utsikt över lagunen komplett med upplyst fontän, sköldpaddor, fiskar och infödda fåglar. Köket är fullt utrustat, så att du kan förbereda även en gourmetfest. Matsalen har plats för sex. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV och DVD-spelare.

För din njutning ligger anläggningen på Folly Field Beach och har tio upplysta tennisbanor, 24-timmars säkerhetsvakt, en lekplats, träningsspår, cykeluthyrning på plats och ett fiskedamm. Poolen är en av öns största. På plats finns också en restaurang och bar med arkadspel och biljardbord samt ett stort konferenscenter som är värd för musikkonserter då och då.

Great family vacation spot

We absolutely love staying at HHI Beach & Tennis Resort & especially in Judy’s condo. It’s a great family vacation spot. Our family has enjoyed our stay for the last few years. Very comfortable with a view of the lagoon and well equipped with everything you may need. We’ll be back again next year for sure!

Spring Break Trip

We enjoyed being by the lagoon and watching the alligator every day. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Wonderful weekend escape!

Fantastic place with great family amenities. Close to the airport for some fun helicopter rides or plane spotting. Wonderful host. We had an excellent time!

There were a plethora of things to do whilst on said property. The condo was both cozy and clean. All in all, a great spot for a getaway.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our time in Hilton Head and staying here was a part of that! The location is fantastic as there is beach access across the complex so there’s no need to drive anywhere. There was also access to a pool and many dining options all within the complex which was convenient! This was our first visit to HHI and we will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation

We loved our stay here! The villa was nice, clean and cozy for our family of 5! The view was beautiful and The ocean was just a short walk/drive. We would for sure stay here again!

Great location, cute condo

Condo is in a great location, an end unit overlooking the lagoon and an easy walk to the beach. Nice to have the two bedrooms with their own bathroom. Condo is decorated cute with the beach theme.

Relaxing, Felt like home, Relaxing

It was a short, fun walk to the beach. Relaxing back patio, secluded overlooking a lagoon with alligator resident. Very spacious home. Very functional. Very comfortable. Very close to groceries, restaurants, hiking, and clothing stores. Easy to get to, but hard to leave! We look forward to going back one day.

Perfect!

I absolutely love the resort, have been coming here for years and have yet to find anything negative to say. This condo was perfect for myself and my 4 children. It is a short walk to beach and pool but easily can be done. You can easily load up in the car, drive over to beach/pool entry area and park over there if you prefer not to walk. Condo has everything you need and we will definitely book again!

Nice stay!

Judy was easy to work with and responsive. The unit was clean when we arrived. It is located at the back end of the property away from the beach but still isn’t a bad walk!

I've stayed at this condo. before and it's always a pleasure to be there! The owners are friendly and answer all questions quickly. The whole resort is clean and family friendly with a great pool and beach access. The condo. is clean, quiet, and a wonderful value.

My family has been coming to Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort for over 30 years. We would never stay anywhere else because it's a family tradition. HHI Beach and Tennis Resort is quiet and safe. We love to walk up and down the beach and relax by the pool. Our favorite tradition is arming ourselves with flashlights and hunting for ghost crabs at night!
