Bo i centrala Glenwood Springs bara några steg från Glenwood bästa restauranger, nästan varje aktivitet är inom gångavstånd. Detta 1500 kvm ft, två sovrum enhet byggdes i slutet av 1800-talet ligger på övervåningen i vad som en gång Palace Hotel. Det har totalrenoverats med några av de gamla saker fortfarande i takt. Titta på dörrar; de är de ursprungliga från 1890-talet med rumsnummer fortfarande på dem. Doc Holiday ryktas ha stannat här. Om du kommer från Front Range överväga Amtrak som järnvägsstationen ligger bara två kvarter från Watersweeper Loft. Inga problem med Glenwood Canyon.

Gå upp för trapporna hittar du dig själv på en stor, stor däck med en stenskiva bord, Firepit och grill. Gå igenom dörren till bifogade sön veranda och sittgrupp. Ange ytterdörren och du är i gamla hotellet korridoren. På vänster är västra sovrum med en drottning säng. Till höger är det största sovrummet med en stor säng ockuperar vad var en gång två rum. Nästa är badrum och tvättstuga. Det finns en jacuzzi och fåfänga i ett rum och en dusch och fåfänga i ett annat rum. Framsidan hittar du ett komplett kök med allt du kan behöva och matsalrummet för att slutföra den underbara Loft med en stor blandning av gammalt och nytt. My friends ans I were extremely pleased with all the rooms in the house. We were expecially thrilled with the location. We had taken AN Track up to Glenwood and loved that we could walk mostly anywhere - especially the restaurants and shops on Main Street.

Perfect location . 2 min walk from all restaurants and bars and shops. Hot springs were amazing. The only thing I wish it had was 2 toilets, when we read amenity’s we thought it had 2. Plenty of vanity’s and room to get ready. The space is just lovely . I would definitely stay here again .

Perfect Spot

Lovely location, we could walk everywhere. One parking spot but covered 24hr parking was close by for other vehicles. Great living room space and comfortable beds.

Spent two days in this beauty. When you go in, please be aware that this is a building from the late 1800's so expecting everything to be in tip top shape is silly. Love that it is so central and right in the middle of their downtown, close to everything. Utilized the patio with heater and it as very nice.

Fantastic location in the heart of Glenwood Springs

We took the train from Denver to Glenwood Springs. It was a 2-block walk from the train station to the property. No rental car needed for the trip. Perfect for what we wanted.

Perfectly located in heart of all downtown activity with great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Spacious with great views off back porch area. Would definitely rent again!!

Gorgeous property excellent location!

Beautiful old world details that retain the charm of what was once a historic hotel. Very comfortable beds! The best part of this property though was its location! Just on the other side of the building is the pedestrian plaza with multiple places to eat, shop or meet friends for a drink. Thrilled with our choice on this one.

Great location

Great place to stay. The location is amazing; right in the middle of the restaurant area, but still very quiet at night. Bathroom is a little dated, but the owners will be updating it later this year. Note that while there are two bathrooms, there is only one toilet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location

The location could not have been better for easy access to downtown activities. It was nicely furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Great deck with views and a fire pit. The building is historic and there were a few quirks because of that, but the remodel was done well and the location is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again next time I'm in Glenwood Springs.

Location can't be beat

Quirky but comfortable apartment smack dab in the middle of downtown Glenwood Springs. Perfect location if you're taking the train in and walking, as we were. Fantastically comfortable beds, cool deck for sitting by the fire and stargazing, and the owner was very helpful and responsive. (My only quibble is that 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper is NOT enough for four women for a whole weekend!)

Historic Glenwood

Cozy historic property in the heart of Glenwood Springs. We loved being able to walk to most everything. It was very cute and clean. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and body wash, as it is not provided. The bathroom situation is a bit different with one toilet for the two bathrooms, but it worked fine for us.

Unbeatable location!

The check-in was easy and seamless. Having dedicated parking was fantastic! You could not ask for a better location. In the heart of the old town area with lots of restaurants, coffee, and drinks readily available. Very close to the Amtrak station. Easy walking distance to the Hot Springs. The kitchen was well appointed, and it was very roomy with good privacy for people. The balcony was fantastic to sit outside and sitting in the living room, watching the main street action and listening to the music outside really is a home run! We will definitely be back.

Unique place in a great location

Cute place right on the main street near restaurants and shops. Loved the walkability! Dedicated parking space in back near the entrance. Stocked with good cookware and dishes. Really nice dining room table and chairs. Comfortable beds with clean linens. Steep old steps to entrance - hold onto the railing. Unusual setup of 3 bathroom sink areas and one toilet; step up to shower a bit sketchy, some maintenance needed (light switch in bathroom had broken button so had to poke a tiny part with your fingernail to turn on the light and bedroom closet door off the hinges), but owner is planning renovation and that will be fixed. Met the owner working in a shop downstairs - very friendly.

Glenwood beauty

At the front door of apartment was 5 canisters of used oxygen tanks! Very strange! Called management and they said they were supposed to be removed after last guest. They never were so we stacked them neatly by stairs. Not a place to stay if you are not fit and able as getting out of shower was a 4in step and then the floor. Having said that it is beautifully decorated and cozy. Oh the back smaller bedroom has leaning lumpy matress. King bed was great! Great access to restaurants and some shopping.

Downtown loft

Overall good place if you like to be downtown. We walked from Amtrak and walked to restaurants. We took Ride Glenwood bus to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. We could not find a local grocery or convenience store. While we had a coffee maker, no coffee. The back steps and chairs on patio were filthy (as well as the hallway carpet). Not a good first impression. But the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the bed comfortable. Best feature was the back deck. We enjoyed star gazing. Could not get the gas firepit to work. We did not call on this, but I would have loved a fire. This could be a 5 star if better stocked (like coffee, kleenex, laundry soap, bar soap), carpet cleaned or replaced, and stairs and patio swept.

We were both born and raised in Glenwood Springs and love living here, so we have an extensive knowledge of things to do and the history of the area. We are both very active and enjoy the multitude of outdoor activities that are available in and around Glenwood Springs.
