Very comfortable, cozy, super clean place to spend time in. The bed was cozy and the pillows were amazing too. The decor is really nice. One of the cleanest place I have ever rented.It had enough of everything you need while you were away from home.A dog park super close by for your fur baby too.Nice restaurants are walking distance from the apartment. Hot springs minutes away and a lot of other fun places visit and see.I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to go to spend time in Glenwood.If in Glenwood again, this a place I would love to rent again.

We enjoyed the apartment and it is right downtown. Parking was a little issue, the garage was closed for renovations but we made it work. The place was clean, convenient, and easy to find. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, which was nice due to the length of our stay. The downtown area is a little noisy on the weekends late into the night but we knew this prior to booking. The host provided a sound machine, which we appreciated.

The property is one block away (more like a few hundred feet) from the Main Street of Glenwood Springs, making it really convenient to restaurants. You are right next to The Pullman for a nice dinner. There are steep stairs up to the unit, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. It was clean, quaint, and great for a short stay. The windows in the primary bedroom are right above an alley, so you will hear the garbage truck in the morning through the windows. You can easily walk to the hot springs though! Took us maybe about 5-8 minutes at a leisurely pace. Perfect for a morning session and second in the evening to round out the day.

This property was one of the cutest I have ever stayed in, totally my style ! Debra had everything we needed here and some, I laughed at all the stuff I had packed noticing she already had it all ready here, need a random zip lock boom there it is. Such a comfy cozy charming apartment right smack dap in the middle of everything it was all so convenient! We loved this town, we loved seeing a cute little movie night under the bridge, Rocky Mountain pizza co. Was amazing pizza, 10/10 would recommend this sweet little home to anyone, we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for making this place so comfortable for us :)

The unit was charming and comfortable! It was great being able to walk everywhere. Only challenge was the live music that kept us up until 1am Saturday, but that’s the trade off for being right in the middle of it!

Great location in walking distance of everything. Small downside was that being so close to downtown restaurants means the apartment was a little loud, particularly during garbage pick up.

Great apartment with all necessities amenities. Close to many great restaurants and the hotsprings. Parking was pretty easy on the street right outside. Would definitely like to stay here again and highly recommended!!

Charming, spacious apartment in a great location right in town. The apartment was much bigger than we expected and was perfect for us as an adult couple, but also spacious enough that I could see it working well for a small family too. We loved that it was walking distance to all of the restaurants/bars in town and Glenwood Hot Springs.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The street directly outside is 2-hour parking 7 days a week, but we were able to easily find free 24hr street parking about a block away. Since it’s right in town, we could hear bar music pretty late into Saturday night, though it didn’t bother us too much. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!
