Detta är en 3 sovrum, 2 och 1/2 badrum lägenhet på 4: e våningen ligger direkt på den vackra vita sandstranden på Perdido Key stranden. Vardagsrummet har 16 fot glasdörrar som öppnar upp till uteplatsen med fantastisk utsikt över stranden.

Enheten genomgick en omfattande renovering under vintern inklusive en master svitomvandling som inkluderar ett nytt spa-upplevelse master bad med marmor dusch för 2 med humörbelysning och dubbla fåfänga.

Enheten är möblerad med alla nya möbler, sängkläder och köksartiklar. Vardagsrummet har 2 soffor i full storlek och ett vackert nytt återvunnet matstol med lada i trä med plats för 8. Dessutom har vi plats för 4 barn i vardagsrummet "soffbord". Vardagsrums-TV är en 65 tums toppmodern platt skärm och DVD som har 3D och fantastisk HD-visning och en X-Box 360 med flera spel. Det stora sovrummet har en 40 tums TV och DVD med hög def.

Föreställ dig att koppla av på king size-sängen medan du tittar på din favoritfilm från det stora filmutbudet vi erbjuder. Den andra kung sovrummet har en 32 tums TV och DVD-spelare också. Den 3: e dubbla sovrummet har en 32-tums TV och DVD för barnen också. Det finns en ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i ett separat rum som också lagrar många leksaker och stolar på stranden.

Dessa lägenheter har en uppvärmd pool som ligger direkt under balkongen så att du kan kolla på barnen medan du förbereder lunch. Ocean Breeze East ligger två miles från Publix livsmedelsaffär och ligger inom gångavstånd till affärer, restauranger och barer.

Compared to other 5 star properties

Biggest issue is the parking. Only 1 spot allowed for a 3 bedroom unit. It’s not the owner’s fault but when the building was built. Still a big issue though. I would’ve given a 3 star review for the issue we had with macerating master bathroom toilet constantly disturbing our sleep. But, the owner said he was going to fix the problem. If the toilet gets fixed and you have only 1 car I would recommend this condo.

Great family trip 2024

Loved the unit!!! Beautiful very comfortable and clean. Rooms are large and well appointed. The kitchen was great. We cooked a few times and it was easy no need to purchase pots or pans. The only things that were not great is out of the owners control. 1) the pool was closed the entire week. 2) only one parking spot per unit. We did love the unit more than these 2 icons we will be back.

Return to Paradise

Having lived in Pensacola for 15 years from 2001-2015, we know all the sweet spots. But, we had never stayed in Perdido Key. This spot was lovely, a smaller condominium (only 7 floors) than most, it was nice not to have to deal with a crowd. We had only one dislike in the unit itself - the “macerating” toilet in the master bathroom. It was loud, annoying and even spontaneously active. Other than that, the condo is gorgeous, very tastefully and amply outfitted. We were confused about the many remote controls in the living room, but settled on the Roku. (Watching a screen is sort of sinful when the view outside is so stunning, anyway.) That Allen provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella is really nice. We were very happy, relaxed during our weeklong return to this slice of paradise. Thank you, Allen Pool!

Fantastic condo

This is one of the cleanest and comfortable condos in all the years we have been coming to the Gulf of Mexico. Sparkling clean, well appointed furnishings and gorgeous views from the balcony. There was never a wait for the elevators. Allen was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The kitchen is easy to cook in and all necessary equipment.

Awesome stay

Awesome family vacation on the beach. Condo is as advertised. Great location on the 4th floor. Newly renovated with a great master bath. Didn’t need to bring anything for the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans and sharing spices is a great idea. Fish market just a few miles away as is a Publix. Allen was great and gave use easy directions and answered any questions we had. There is an outside storage closet with lots of beach gear and the best part is the rental of the condo comes with rental chairs.

Clean, comfortable, and homey

We enjoyed our time at this property. The instructions were clear. The only question coming in was parking for the second vehicle and the owner even called to make sure we knew how to approach this. For us, it is a good size of building, enough amenities, but now a huge volume of people. The owner having access provided for chair and umbrella were a nice touch. The outdoor closet had other beach goodies available for the kids (young and old). Great family time together.

Condo is very nice. Cleanliness was top notch. The host checked in with us to make sure everything was in order and that we were happy. The condo is right on the beach and only a 5-10 minute drive to Orange Beach. Highly recommend.

So Peaceful Yet Convenient

Beautiful gulf views from the balcony, living room, and dining area. Watching and listening to the waves from the balcony made for perfect mornings with coffee, a lunch break from the sun, and perfect evening relaxation. I was happily surprised when we arrived, not just the views, but the condo was fresh and very clean top to bottom, and well maintained. Perdido Key has everything needed for a great vacation: restaurants, grocery stores, beach shops, and more in a laid-back environment. But if at some point during your stay you desire crowds and more options, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are just minutes away. Lots of hiking trails around the area too. It's a special place!

Nice decent little place, however...

I really hate writing bad reviews, but I feel that this is warranted. Communications were open between us and Allen, however, we were only notified the night before arrival (21:17 CT) of a roof replacement Stating that they "gave us no notice that the pool would be closed and parking would be messed up". Thankfully, we do not use pools. As an owner of a condo on the beach, I know the requirements of an HOA to notify owners of pending work in order to notify their renters and pay that assessment fee. As the work had started a week prior to our arrival, there was definitely ample time to notify us. This was in my opinion dishonest. But, as requested, I did notify him of the situation once we got there. Due to the scaffolding, getting in and out of the building was somewhat of a maze. To add to that, "The unit is furnished with all new furniture": but was already in place by 2015 including the linens. "The unit underwent a major renovation completed in 2018 including a master suite transformation…" Again, done at least in early 2015. The balcony furniture was in bad shape and almost all the screws were rusted which would have transferred to clothing if sat upon. The microwave has a major rusted out area inside, so we did not use. I cannot speak to the beach service, as we didn't use that either. In summary, I would not rent this unit again and somewhat surprised at all the 5-star reviews.

Allen's Beach Condo

We had an excellent vacation at Allen's in Ocean Breeze East! The condo is a great corner unit with a perfect view of the gulf! The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Allen was quick to communicate with me over a few questions I had. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Family Vacation

Born in Eastern Tennessee , living in the midwest. I love muscle cars, travel, southern seafood, and the beach. I've had many boats but now I just rent and walk away. I love meeting new people and learning from them.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Perdido Key is a special place. Same beauty and white sands as Gulf Shores but without the masses. Especially this condo. Only 31 units so no fighting for an elevator or space on the beach. We fell in love with the modern, tasteful renovation that Sherry and Tim have worked on so hard. And the new extra 1/2 bath was a big bonus. And that view from the corner balcony without a towering 15 story looking down on you, Wow! That view made me go down in person to see if it was as nice as pictured,,it was even better.

Close to the bridge to Pensacola so not the heavy traffic further west.
Closer to the waves than most so you can enjoy the sight and sounds.
Easy short drive to the FloraBama if you want the party scene.
30 min. Drive to Old Downtown Pensacola with a New Orleans type vibe and fine dinning or bars galore.
2 miles from a nice Publix grocery and a fresh seafood market near there.
