Vår Deland hem erbjuder en master svit med rymlig walk closet två extra sovrum med två enkelsängar och badrum i mellan. Detta hem har 1380 kvadratmeter boyta, trägolv i hela huset och granit bänkskivor i köket. Dess huvudsakliga vardagsrum öppna planlösning det är perfekt för familj och vänner samlas. Det finns gott om sittutrymme i matsalen perfekt för semesterns middagar. Gå igenom skjutdörren och slappna av på det täckta poolområdet med uteservering. Hemmet sover sex personer, och kommer fullt utrustad med alla köksmaskiner och redskap, liksom säng och badlakan. Njut av en storskärms-TV i det rymliga vardagsrummet. Hemmet har Spectrum TV, DVD-spelare och Wi-Fi.

Uppkallad till den bästa huvudgatan i 2017 är den vackra centrala Deland fylld med unika butiker och antikaffärer. Ät på de lokala restaurangerna och kaféerna med uteservering. Hem till Stetson University, Deland, Florida ligger i västra Volusia County och ligger cirka 40 miles från Orlando och dess nöjesparker och cirka 25 miles från Daytona Beach. Vårt hem ligger i norra sidan av staden - fem minuter till centrala Deland och 4 miles till en I4 ramp.

Great stay at a pool home

Had a great time at our recent stay in Deland. The house was well equipped and super comfortable. The pool and patio area were fantastic for morning breakfasts and afternoon relaxing. Super close to downtown Deland in a good neighborhood.

We stayed at this property over the weekend and it was perfect! House was clean furniture was in great shape. Perfect for us as we went to visit family and we were literally blocks from them. Would definitely stay here again.

Sweet home. Just as described.

Nice stay. Clean home with a nice screened in pool area to relax. Everything worked, clean, smelled fine (no plug-ins to cover up anything smelling musty, which I appreciate). Comfy beds and good showers in a fine neighborhood. Thank you!

Fall 2023 Rally

Lots of room and clean. We enjoyed sitting in the screened area around the pool. We had a great time and will consider renting next time we visit Deland.

A Time Away With Family

We truly enjoyed our stay and the cost was very reasonable in comparison to the other locations we looked at. The only suggestion we had was that there could be blinds or some sort of privacy shades at the sliding door that lead to the pool area. We would definitely stay again. Have a great rest of the year.

It made it real easy to stay with staying in a home that is similar to our own. Neighborhood was quiet. Property managers communicated nearly instantly.

Wedding week

We came to Florida for my son’s wedding. The location was very close to the venue and many other things. The pool was our favorite thing! The house decor and set up is ideal for families. We enjoyed it!

Deland trip

Very comfortable house with lots of room. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, couches, comfortable beds in a very nice neighborhood.. Only recommendation is a better way to access the house. Landlord's key holder is difficult to open and close.

College

We have a son that will be going to school in Deland and we wanted to take some time and get to know the area. We visited the local springs as well as the college area. The house was very clean and quiet. The pool was great for the kids. The owner was replied to any questions timely. I will definitely return.

Clean, well maintained. Kitchen has more utensils and cookware than most other properties I've rented. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Our 2024 trip was my second time renting this house. I would stay here again.

Deland Delight

This centrally located property was perfect for our family. We were in town to celebrate a college graduation, and the property was within driving distance of New Smyrna Beach, Epcot, Blue Springs State Park, and Top Golf. The house is roomy, decorated nicely, and well-appointed. The owners were so easy to work with, and graciously made several changes to the booking along the way. Bonus: The property next door is owned by the same party, which made for a great surprise when we learned that our other family members were right next door. So easy and convenient! We will be back!

Nice place

All clean and comfortable, didn’t like the security deposit amount but there was no hassle getting it back, apparently it is not the owners fault but is required by VRBO. Almost cancelled because of it but glad I didn’t.
