This home was really a 10/10 for us.Our family was visiting DeLand for 3 days to attend a funeral. Staying in this beautiful we’ll-stocked home, helped to bring some peace and calm to this difficult time.Surprising touches like snuggly, comfortable robes hanging in the closets and coffee Plus tea K-cups, and a little Thank you surprise, were pleasant additions to our stay. The beds were super comfortable, there is a gorgeous view of the lake directly from the lanai or down by the little dock. We were able to enjoy the relaxing hot tub, which helped us all to ease tension. My only wish during our stay was that there was another bathroom. We received prompt responses to questions prior to booking. Thank you, Debbie! Easy check-in and out. Great location.Our family had a very positive experience. We highly recommend and would without question stay here again.

100% Highly recommend. Hosts were extremely accommodating with excellent communication, and the home is beautifully arranged. Everything we needed for our stay was in place and in excellent condition. The beds are high quality and comfortable. The pool and the view of the lake are exquisite. It is very apparent that the hosts take great pride in the property.The local town of DeLand is very pretty and just about any retail store you could need are all within 5 minutes of the property. We have a college student in the area and will definitely be coming back to this home in the future.

Beautiful house in great location

We had a great stay. This house is a find in DeLand. It is close enough to the city center but feels like an oasis. The lake is lovely with tons of wildlife. The pool is fantastic, surrounded by well-loved house plants. It felt like we were in the tropics. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. We will definitely choose it again!

Would love to go back next year!

This was such a great experience staying at this lakefront home. We were there a week during the Rockville Festival at Daytona Speedway. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking in the Daytona area. The quiet neighborhood was refreshing as well as lake scenery! We even saw an alligator floating by the deck! The location was the perfect distance to get away from the crowds. yet a short drive in. Thank you for a five star stay!

Perfect Lake House for our Family Gathering

This was our second stay at the Lake House and it was perfect just like we remembered it from the last time four years ago. Our son graduated from ERAU and we needed a place big enough for our family to stay but yet close enough to Daytona Beach and the Orlando airports, so it was perfect. It has all the amenities you need with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the Lake House if you are in the DeLand or surrounding area.

We had an amazing stay. House was exactly as described and spotless. Close to everything we needed. The House was in a neighborhood, but it felt very private when we were on the back patio. The view of the lake was beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Birthday Celebration to Remember

We wanted a beautiful placed to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday and we found it here! The house was perfect with views of the lake for morning coffee and a hot tub at the end of the day to relax. Everything we needed was available with a book of helpful details and suggested local things. We would stay here again without question!!

Four Golf Buddies

Used your Home as a base for a week of golf. Had beautiful weather. We cooked most of our meals in your kitchen. Well appointed and more than adequate. The hot tub worked fine. The deck on the lake was relaxing. Really enjoyed all of the green growing plants in the pool area.Would give it a five out of five star rating.

Gorgeous home and very well appointed. Comfortable beds. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very nice. The screen enclosed pool area overloooking the quiet lake was very relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved staying here and will definitely return! Thank you again!!

The neighborhood is very quiet, we have gotten to know many of them over the years. Many locals don't event know the neighborhood exists its so tucked away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property sits on a sleepy lake with limited motorized access, allowing plenty of birds to visit like the Anhinga drying themselves on the dock, other birds include Sandhill Cranes, and Muskogee Ducks. There's even been an otter spotted on the dock.

If there are clear skies, look up! You may see a number of skydivers. DeLand is the Skydive Capital so be sure to visit The Perfect Spot Restaurant to see them land right in front of you.
