Morning Air Ranch i Bailey, Colorado erbjuder en privat fjällresa med exklusiv tillgång till South Platte River som går genom fastigheten. Njut av alla uteserveringar som 285 korridoren har att erbjuda, eller bara gå ut genom dörren till det nyligen ombyggda hemmet för att vandra, fiska, eller koppla av direkt på fastigheten, avgränsad på två sidor av Pike National Forest.

Hungrig? Bailey restaurangerna ligger inom gångavstånd. Piska upp ditt favoritrecept i det fullt utrustade och nyligen ombyggda köket eller ta det utomhus för att grilla på däck och titta på flodflödet förbi.

Efter en äventyrsdag slappna av framför vedeldad spis eller njut av stjärnorna och ljudet av floden från det privata däck och bubbelbadet. Huset innehåller wi-fi och Netflix om du vill koka upp och titta på en film på storskärms-TV.

Ranchhuset är intimt nog för en romantisk tillflyktsort, med en huvudgolv mastersvit, stor marmor och glas dusch och klo fotbadkar och mysig vedspis i det stora rummet. Men det finns utrymme för familj och vänner att komma med om du vill ha ett företag!

Basräntan inkluderar upp till sex gäster. Ytterligare beläggning (upp till 10 max, högst 8 vuxna) kommer att innehålla en avgift på 25 dollar per person per vistelse.

Great location and experience.

Lovely house by the river near great hiking

The River House was roomy (for seven adults), comfortable, and very clean. Host was super responsive. The hot tub on the elevated porch in view of the river was fabulous. Bailey is fun. We walked to the Sasquatch Museum and the brewery. We enjoyed excellent hiking nearby especially through the Guanella Pass.

River House is truly relaxing!

House was well stocked with everything you would need from plenty of dish washer soap to bath soap to laundry soap to garbage bags and ziplocks. Very roomy living area for all 6 of us with two high spirited boys. We enjoyed the hot tub each day and enjoyed sitting on the deck by the river for morning coffee, picnic lunches and afternoon wine. The only suggestion I would have is more coffee cups were needed. We had a great time at this house and the hosts were there to help us when we needed it.

Family Getaway in Bailey, CO

We ended our first family trip to Colorado in Bailey and could not be happier with The River House! The house is beautiful and the setting so quiet and peaceful with the sound of the river all the background noise you need! Sherri and John are wonderful hosts and very responsive when needed. My family agrees we would return to The River House in a heartbeat! ❤️

Gorgeous property with the kindest owners

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The owners were extremely kind and helpful. They also invited us to visit the lodge which is very close and we had a beautiful afternoon there. Can't say enough good things about this property. Definitely one of our favourite stays in VRBO. Thank you!!

Best vacation rental ever!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! No words do this property justice. There's places to explore, the views are absolutely breath taking, the home is spacious and clean. None of wanted to leave. Even the teenagers were begging to stay. We started discussing another stay here less than an hour of being here. For a decade we have been taking mini vacations to areas near red rocks (for concerts) and this one has been the best hands down.

Relaxing house right on the river

What a beautiful property, right next to the river. The sound of the water is so relaxing. There is a large hot tub on a deck right above the river. There are 4 bedrooms, plus a single mattress in the sunroom off of one of the upstairs bedrooms. There were 6 of us, and we all had plenty of space, plus the ladies for a wedding were able to use it for makeup and hair. Plenty of room. Some of the doors need oiled, but that is just minor stuff.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing weekend stay at this property. The home is absolutely gorgeous and they had the fireplace all set to go for us-all we had to do was light a match. The view of from the deck and hot tub were gorgeous. The hosts were beyond accommodating and we cannot wait to come back to relax in Bailey. Thank you!

Serene retreat

Nestled among the mountains is this hidden gem. The pictures do not do this property justice absolutely beautiful. Throughout the house are gorgeous stain glass windows. The master bedroom and bath is enormous and extra bedroom opens onto patio with large hi tub. Upstairs are 3 separate bedrooms each with unique features. What really sets this apart from others is the river running alongside the property. This house will not disappoint anyone staying here and strongly recommend.

Perfection

Spacious, We had six adults and the property could have accommodated another whole family. Sherri I don't know if you are an interior designer but your choices of furnishings and finishes was impeccable. Comfortable beds and super clean. Thoroughly enjoyed inside, and outside sitting by the river watching the resident stellar jays and squirrel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great 80th Birthday Celebration

The property was everything it said it would be and more! We had people from all over the country and everyone was in awe of the house and its surroundings. The setting is breathtaking and creates a stress free atmosphere. It would be beautiful any time of year! The river right outside is so tranquil, yet great for fishing. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Sweet spot

Our son got married in Bailey, and we rented this riverside house for the three nights afterward. We rested, relaxed, and recovered, enjoyed some bonus time with family members, had some wonderful meals, some of us climbed a 14er, and we took full advantage of the sonorous river flow and the restorative hot tub on the deck. Perfect.

Beautiful and Accommodating

Very nice space, with three decks from which to view the river and the surrounding woods. Nice, open space in living/kitchen/dining area, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group of seven. Grandkids enjoyed the surrounding forest and wildlife (deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds), while the young adults especially loved the hot tub under the stars. John and Sheri were especially responsive, and we appreciate their hospitality. Would highly recommend!

Perfect choice!

This house was such a special find. As a group, we have stayed in many rentals however this is the first one we’ve already discussed coming back to. The location to Denver can’t be beat, there was a beautiful river right next to the house, the space itself was perfect for a group and the owners were very kind and accommodating. Thank you for going above and beyond for a group of birthday girls!

We are a Canadian and a Californian transplanted to the Colorado mountains. We live in Bailey and love the natural beauty and the small town feel of the area.

We frequently rent homes when we travel with our family. We love the experience and the opportunity to have a home-like gathering place rather than a hotel room. Our favorite places are those that are thoughtfully appointed, private, and well-kept. We hope to provide that and more to you in one of the most beautiful places in the world, the Colorado Rockies.

When we saw this property, with its quaint home and irreplaceable riverside location, we quickly fell in love. We have spent a year on the remodel and are now ready to share it with friends and family. Whether hiking a fourteener (Mt. Bierstadt is 20 minutes away), mountain biking (top of Buffalo Creek is 20 minutes away), fishing (on the property or elsewhere of your choosing), checking out the fall colors on Kenosha Pass (20 minutes), or just lolling in the hot tub or hiking the property or adjoining National Forest, we would love to have you come visit our sanctuary.

Cross the wooden bridge into your own private 33 acre mountain escape. You are welcome to hike the property, hang out at the river, stargaze from the hot tub, or curl up by the fire and read a book. We are close to town (1 minute to Bailey, 45 minutes to Denver), but a world away.
