Underbart hem laddad med mysig land charm kort bilresa till staden Summersville mindre än 1 mil till närbutiker Mables diner till frukost eller laga dig själv med alla köksredskap inom fingertoppen.

Gott om utomhusutrymme med 1. 5 hektar stort hus med gott om trä, helt ny 6 personer badtunna med skydd för integritet, grill, gasbrand pit på bakdäcken massor av däck utrymme både fram och baksidan av huset.
ca 900sq ft av däckutrymme en del skärmad i och under tak för de regniga dagarna!

Inuti njuta av 60 tums tv över gaspisen, TV i varje rum med direkt-TV, WIFI stereo med Bluetooth för att strömma från dina telefoner. Sovrummet har en king size-säng med bifogad master bad, på övervåningen har drottning våningssängar och futon i ett rum och ytterligare queen size-säng på loftet så totalt 4 bäddar och en full övervåning bad med clawfoot badkar.

Alla sängkläder handdukar tvättlappar alla tillhandahålls samt ett gott utbud av pappersprodukter.

Du kan ta en kort promenad eller cykeltur till vackra Summersville Lake Appx 1500ft simma, fisk, ta med din kajak !!

Golfvagn tillhandahålls för resan till åtkomstporten om promenader inte överensstämmer med dig. (måste gå eller cykla de sista 300ft eller så till vattnet).

På grund av antalet frågor om båtparkering har vi gjort arrangemang för gratis parkering för din båt !!! Parkeringen är två minuter från hemmet och på vägen till marinan och lanseringen.

The home is very clean. The host was easy to contact and was helpful with all of our questions. The beds were comfortable and the location of the home was perfect for all of our activities we did at the lake, the gorge, and in Fayetteville. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day. I am very happy we stayed at this property and would not hesitate to stay here again when we are back in the NRG area.

Great getaway

Great cabin it was super close to the upper gauley put in . We came up to do some whitewater and to have a nice place to come to at the end of the day with a hot tub was great .

Wonderful cabin and host

Slice of Heaven

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. Johnny was a great host, answered all our questions promptly. The house was exactly as stated in the description, and was clean and ready when we arrived. When we weren’t visiting family, we enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and exploring down by the lake.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

We had a terrific stay at this spot - comfortable beds, relaxing atmosphere, thoroughly cleaned and enjoyable. The hot tub was also well maintained and easily accessible. Location is definitely pretty out of the way and quiet, but not far at all from easy access to the lake, Fayetteville or the New. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The perfect getaway!

This is my families second time staying at this exact place for our Summersville lake vacation, and we love it! It’s nice and secluded, yet minutes from everything related to the lake and many other things in the area The host is super nice, and takes great care of this place We enjoyed the hot tube and grilling with my family, and look forward to booking again next year!

WV lake girls trip

This house was the best VRBO property I’ve ever rented. It was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. Extra things like oil,spices, and coffee were provided. The house is in a very peaceful location. Summersville Lake is beautiful and there is lots of activities in the area. The owner was fast to answer any questions we had. Great property!

This property never disappoints! Another great stay. Rented this same property in the spring. Pictures do not do it justice. Clean, accommodating and close to Summerville Lake Marina. We enjoyed the last days of summer on The lake.

Annual Sibling Gathering

My siblings and I love the house and property. The hot tub is a huge bonus and especially the ease and instructions for using it and adding chemicals. The house is well stocked and comes with both a Keurig and regular coffee maker and that was nice for our group. We will return next year if possible.

Mom's 89th Birthday Celebration

It is always nice to visit our childhood home of Summersville, WV. Hotels may be convenient, but nothing replaces the comforts of home, and that is exactly what the Almost Heaven cabin provided, and more! Tucked away in a quiet and beautiful wooded neighborhood, the cabin was clean and very accommodating with a nice start up supply of everyday necessities. The hot tub and fire pit were our favorite amenities. We are already making plans to stay there again next summer!

Awesome, Clean & Private

This lovely hidden getaway house exceeded our expectations. The online pictures do not do it justice. Thanks for having firewood for our campfire. We enjoyed a very clean hot tub and lovely outside porches. The owner was especially helpful and had a place to park our boat and trailer a mile from house.

Recently vacationed here with family. Beautiful, clean house and surroundings. Firepit was somewhat difficult to navigate due to surrounding stones which made seating very unsteady and difficult. Neighborhood was not very welcoming to renters, otherwise wonderful trip would book again!

Family trip

We travel to West Virginia once or twice a year and this is by far my favorite place that I have stayed at. The cabin is extremely well maintained and clean. Communication was great. My daughter accidentally left her mother’s ring there and Johnny sent me a text saying they found it. He is shipping it back to me. If you are looking to book a place in this area, look no further and book this one. You will not regret it.

Bridge Day Annual mini-vacation

The home and property were very nice and provided a comfy open space for our group of 7. We did get to enjoy the fire pit one day but never found time to enjoy the hot tub or the golf cart and lake.. We travel to this area to enjoy bridge day activities and hiking and that limits our time. We enjoyed the accommodations, but realize this was a little too far out for us. All our questions were answered in advance and was easy to work with the owner during our planning stages.
