Overall experience was excellent. We had a couple of minor issues which Leeann's of TRS staff handled so well and in such a pleasant manner. Leeann makes any interaction with management as pleasant as it could possible be. Thank you again, Leanna.

My only comment would be that I wish there was a pullout couch in the living room. Love the condo but that would be an added benefit. The condo was so well stocked with everything we needed. Best stocked condo we have ever stayed in! Excellent! Loved the condo, the resort is awesome and can't wait to come back!! Leann and the maintenance crew do an amazing job keeping things running smoothly!!

Lee Ann is amazing. She is a treasure that keeps the customers (like me) coming back. She works hard to keep everything running smoothly. She has a ready smile all the time and is a pleasure to do business with. d, we spoke many times) Being treated like a valued customer is very important to me. Your team "gets it". We have been coming to the Caprice a few years now. Every year our experience has improved. Lee Ann is an absolute pleasure to work with. She keeps everything running on track while people are at the Caprice and also while they are planning to come back. She makes our visits more like coming to see family. The new gentleman that was hired recently (with the Eastern European accent) is a great addition. He is always hustling around working on the property, while greeting the clients and making sure that everything is running smoothly. The two of them are a dynamite team that you are lucky to have.

Awesome condos, location, location, location. Best location we've ever stayed in, what a view. A bigger pool would have been nice given the size of the site or an adults only pool even better! Good sized modern condo with a fantastic balcony. We will be back for sure.

Great place this is our third year going to Caprice Resort and we love it. The balcony over looks the pool and we can see the ocean too. LeeAnn is great very helpful, friendly.

Excellent! Condo!

Our stay was fantastic! There was only one problem which was no big deal the sliding glass door in the bedroom was inoperable. Over all excellent I would return to same unit again. One of the most clean places I have ever stayed!

Perfect Location - Caprice Resort

Everything worked out perfectly from booking the condo to checkout! On site property team very helpful. Location on beach was perfect. The unit was impeccably decorated and did not disappoint. Will come back!

Relaxing stay.

We felt “at home” in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the beach and the sound of the waves! Conveniently located to restaurants and various stores. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxed Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at this location for a few nights. This is a quiet beach and the condo had a lovely view. It is away from the main tourist beach areas but is on a public access beach with daily parking. One parking space is provided with the rental. The kitchen as expected was tiny but had the basics. As seems to be the case every time we rent, the kitchen utensils were very heavily used, dull knives, no true nonstick pan, etc...however, you can get by with these basics. When we used the oven, the fire alarm would go off each time I opened the oven door to check the cooking progress because of the heat wafting up to a nearby alarm. That was a little annoying. The bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some decent little restaurants within walking distance. We would book here again.
