Detta vackert inredda, rymliga strandhus ligger pĂ„ stranden i den lugna vĂ€stra Ă€nden av Panama City Beach och Ă€r full klyfta framför och precis vid sand och smaragdgrönt vatten. Inga korsar gatan eller gĂ„r förbi andra hem för att komma till stranden. Hemmet rymmer 13 personer. (12-bĂ€ddar och bĂ€ddsoffor och barn pĂ„ kĂ€rlekssĂ€tet i vardagsrummet) och köket Ă€r utrustat med krukor, kastruller, disk, glas etc. för att laga mat. Det stora sovrummet med queen size-sĂ€ng Ă€r pĂ„ övervĂ„ningen och har en enorm balkong (10 "med 30") med solstolar och stolar och en miljon dollar viken och stranden utsikt. Ăven platt-tv och lagring i överflöd. Den enorma mĂ€staren badet har en promenad i dusch och dubbla fĂ„fĂ€ngar. Det finns ytterligare tvĂ„ sovrum pĂ„ övervĂ„ningen som har jack och Jill badrum att dela. Detta badrum har badkar / duschkombo. RÀtt utanför vardagsrummet finns en 10 "med 30" balkong med plats för alla. NedervÄningen har sova i fyra pÄ de mycket bekvÀma bÀddsofforna. Dessutom finns det en kÀrleksstol som inte Àr sovande men som kan rymma sovplats för ett barn. Det finns ett halvt badrum nere. Fastigheten ligger pÄ pilings och Àr inte tillgÀnglig för rullstolar. PÄ grund av höjden Àr utsikten över golfvattnen och sand otrolig. Stig av frÄn bottenvÄningen och du Àr pÄ stranden och bara steg till smaragdvattnet. Det finns gratis wifi i Beachhouse.

My husband is a retired Coca-Cola bottling manager, and I spent my career in educationâfirst as a teacher and principal, and eventually serving as Assistant Superintendent for Pike County Schools in Alabama. After retiring in 1989, we began investing in rental properties in Troy, a charming college town, and have proudly remained in the residential and commercial rental business for over 30 years.
Today, we also own and personally manage several beachfront and Laguna Beach properties in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Weâve poured our hearts into these homesâespecially this one, which was our personal beach retreat until July 27, 2017. We chose the Laguna Beach neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both worlds. Tucked away on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, itâs peaceful and laid-back, yet still just minutes from the vibrant shops and restaurants at Pier Park and the scenic communities along 30A.
One of the things we love most about this location is being right on the Gulfâno busy streets to cross, no elevators to wait on, just step off the balcony and youâre on the beach. Thereâs something so special about sitting on the back deck and watching our grandchildren play in the waves and run across the soft, snow white sand.
The home itself is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areaâperfect for gathering with familyâwith a half bath, convenient storage, and a 10x29 ft balcony that leads directly down to the beach. Upstairs, youâll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room, and another large balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf.
Weâve furnished this home with high-quality pieces to reflect the care we put into every detail. Itâs more than just a rentalâitâs our familyâs beloved beach home, and weâre honored to share it with guests who value comfort, beauty, and unforgettable coastal memories.
