Denna vackra, privata övre våningen lägenhet på Kahaluu Bay Villas är ganska pärlan.
Enheten har ett välutrustat kök och alla rum är rymliga med balkong med utsikt över poolen och havet.
Sovrummen och baden är utsedda.
Vardagsrummet är öppet och luftigt. Allt som behövs för att stanna i en lägenhet är till förfogande, även snorkelväxeln. Utsikten över Kahaluu Bay och condo poolen från balkongen är obegränsad och vacker. Att titta på solnedgången eller båtarna i bukten från balkongen är så avkopplande.

Efter en snorkel på morgonen i denna lugna, grunda vik besöker du unika platser som tillflyktsort eller Keauhou Bay (där du kommer att se en fantastisk mängd färgglada tropiska fiskar, flera gröna havssköldpaddor och ett vackert utbud av koraller), ta ett dopp och solbad vid den vackra poolen som ligger strax under din lägenhet!

Efter en dag att leka i solen, shoppa eller turnera, kom tillbaka till denna rymliga 1200 kvadratmeter tropiska reträtt för en avslappnad grillmiddag och en spektakulär solnedgång, höjdpunkten varje kväll! We had a wonderful stay!

The condo is spacious and quiet, with a large lanai perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. While the unit is a bit dated, the unbeatable location and peaceful atmosphere made up for it. It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the easy access to snorkeling right across the street and spent a lot of time enjoying the lovely pool. A great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location

We loved the view from the lanai where we watch the sunsets. Being walking distance to one of the best snorkeling beaches was one of the main reasons we booked here. The snorkeling waswonderful.

Perfect for our needs

This villa is very thoughtfully equipped. We had everything we could need from beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, games, even binoculars to watch the whales in the bay. We loved having the keyless entry to the villa, the elevator and the beach supply locker. Beautiful view from the linae, a very nice grocery store is nearby, the building and neighborhood are quiet. The villa shows a little age but is in great condition and very clean. Would love to stay again. Thank you!!

Nice location

Location is good. Near but not too near the busy area. Condo is nice and well maintained and clean. Lots of fans but it is still very very warm in the unit.

Beautiful condo in great location

The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved watching the surfers all day. Was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. They thought of everything in the kitchen and in the bathrooms.

Excellent location and view

If you are a snorkeler, you can’t beat the location as it is about less than a block away from a great snorkel beach. The views from the condo are stunning. There is no AC, but it is not necessary because there’s typically plenty of ocean breeze The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is very spacious. The management company is very responsive. On the negative side, the unit is old and very tired and could use a handyman for some paint and spackle and some new toilets. The old original toilets are very low and barely flush. The mattress in the master bedroom is old and like a marshmallow. But the price is very reasonable so make it worth it.

Beautiful view and great location

We loved breakfast and sunset dinner on the balcony with the magnificent ocean views. We also loved being in a quieter and more private complex with practically private pool use. Being across from snorkeling, minutes from Magic Sands Beach and Kona, plus being near the road to South Kona was exactly what we wanted. The unit was spacious and met all of our needs. The use of beach equipment was icing on the cake.

Lovely Keauhou

We enjoyed our stay! A bit of a snag checking in but the property mgmt was responsive and helped address the issue! We loved being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunsets from the lanai!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the views, being so close to the ocean, and the property. There is a pool and the property is kept very tidy. The unit was a little tired but met all our needs. This is the third time we have stayed in this building. We will be back.
