Great property in a spectacular setting.
The positives: great setting, views, expansive house, great pool and hot tub. The management company went out of their way to accommodate our request and jump in when things were not working properly. The house was very roomy allowing for lots of natural light and an indoor-outdoor feeling. Also, the cleaning staff did a great job getting the house ready as it was spotless.
The challenges: there were water problems the entire weekend. It started with the dishwasher not working and the water pressure too low in the kitchen. The handyman had to come multiple times and the dishwasher repair person also came to assess the problem. And because the dishwasher was not working, the management company sent the housekeeper to clean the dishes twice. It was ultimately fine in the end but it was very disruptive. Another challenge was that the sound system could only be used in one room at a time. It felt very tech 1.0. Also, there were a few repaired walls with no paint, and broken screens. For a top rental, these things should be fixed.
Minus all of the issues, we had a very nice stay and again, the management company and Jonah were extremely hands on to make our stay as nice as possible.
