Class Reunion

6 women stayed at the house, the house size was perfect for us. It was in a nice location, we could walk to many places, and we used Uber to get around. We were only about 1 block from the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Birthday getaway

My family and I went down to Myrtle Beach for my daughter’s 17th birthday and rented this lovely beach house. I must say we were definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the home. There is not one single thing that I can complain about, every aspect of this house was wonderful and cozy. The WiFi worked and we got great reception and most of all had a wonderful time. So much so that we spent a lot of time at the house.

Great house to relax and easy to get to local sites.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 304 was perfect for our golf trip. We had plenty of room to relax after our rounds and enjoy each others company. The house is well stocked with linens and dishes. It is easy to find and easy to get to local restaurants and beach!

More Chairs

Would of been nice to have more chairs on the porch or even more comfortable seating as we liked to sit out there in the evenings. Also, why no dishwasher detergent, more toilet paper and paper towels? And why did ww have to strip the beds and bring everything down to laundry room. This was a first for us! Otherwise, nice house and great location to beach.

Understandable directions to enter the home, we had plenty of room … would have liked to see more kitchen tools available (ie: air fryer, sharp knives) … we enjoyed our stay, liked that it was so close to the beach!!!

Good space, but …

Liked the location, one block from the beach and convenient to attractions and restaurants. Good space with 3 bedrooms having dedicated bath and one a shared bath, and one bedroom using the main floor bath. TVs everywhere including 2 large sets in common areas. Kitchen has all the basics, but absolutely no food, spices, condiments, coffee filters or anything you would use in cooking. Clean, but showing its age as a rental unit with worn and stained carpet. Host does not supply soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc aside from a travel size starter. 3 parking spots include 2 in garage, but garage only accessible from inside the house.

Huge house, just a hop skip and a jump from the beach

My family and I stayed here for Christmas (2023) and loved it! There were 9 of us in all: 4 adults, 1 teenager, 3 children, and 1 toddler. We could have, easily, brought at least 3 more people with us and still had plenty of room. The house is huge! Plus there’s an elevator which was perfect to use to load luggage/groceries on to send to the upper floors. The house is in close driving distance to the boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach which was really nice. It’s also only a 3-4 minute walk from the beach access. You do have to cross a road, but it wasn’t really an issue for us since we weren’t there during the summer and weren’t carrying a bunch of stuff down. The post says that the house doesn’t supply hairdryers, but there was one in every bathroom, so don’t fret if you forget to pack yours! One “downside” we ran into was that they don’t offer/supply free baby gates for the stairs and they’re pretty pricey to rent, but it ended up not being much of a problem. You could always take your own baby gates with you or buy some cheaper ones while you’re there, if you feel it necessary, so don’t let that be a deterrent. Parking in/backing out of the garage can be a bit difficult (for larger vehicles) since the houses are so close together and it’s a tight fit, but there’s also a small parking spot beside the house that you can use. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would like to go back during the summer months!

AWESOME PROPERTY!

I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious and clean rental for them and their family. The elevator is a major plus, especially for transporting luggage between each floor. Very luxurious property and I would definitely stay here again! Walking distance from the beach is another plus!

Great location

The house was nice. It’s age is showing. 2nd floor bathroom needs a new toilet seat. Trash can on second floor (kitchen)needs to replaced. The sofas need to be aired or cleaned. They have a distinct odor that doesn’t smell clean. The location is very good but I would look at others units in the same area.

A great house!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The location was perfect and only about a minute walk from the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance and very close to popular Myrtle Beach destinations such as Broadway, Barefoot Landing, and Tanger Outlets. This is a great rental property and a great place to stay.

Beautiful home close to the beach

This house looks just like the pictures. The management company are very responsive and friendly. The house could have been cleaner in bathrooms. TVs need to be serviced because they kept going out every few minutes. Didn't like having to park in the garage because of limited parking. Street is very narrow so hard to get into garage spaces. Yes, we would stay here again because of the short walk to the beach.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house this week and was glad it was available at the last minute. The house was clean for the most part and we only had to do some mopping for the property to be ready for our stay. We do recommend that a thorough cleaning to the carpets and dusting is done in the less seen areas. Living room was a good size for our group, kitchen was stocked with cookware, spacious fridge, and the balconies were nice. The downstairs/1st floor area with sofa bed was a nice added space but definitely cold and unable to warm. Overflow parking was helpful because we needed more than the allotted 3 spaces. Please secure the headboards somehow to avoid knocking every time we moved in the beds. Otherwise, we loved the space, the house, large table, and would stay again if available. Thanks for the listing!

Nice place, no ocean view at all

Overall, very satisfied. Too few consumables for duration of stay ie. garbage bags, laundry detergent, or dish washing soap. No evidence of recycling.

Spring Break. What break?

The experience was more stressful than anything else because upon arrival we found dead COCKROACHES in the master bedroom and pieces of dead cockroaches throughout the carpet in the master bedroom. The carpet on the top floor was filthy and had NOT been cleaned in any way prior to our arrival. We contacted the rental office immediately and received no answer. Sent an email and received no response. Called again and left and voicemail to no avail. Searched the home for a vaccum so we could clean the room ourselves but there was none. We were forced to be at the "beck and call" of the rental office, when we finally spoke with someone at 1 AM, until they got around to speaking with the owners to see what they wanted them to do 😑. They ultimately sent a housekeeper to vaccum (which was roughly 20 hours later) and offered to send pest control to fumigate the home while were were there (not conducive to our health). The housekeeper came into the home without a mask. The maintenance man also entered the home without a mask. The first time was to replace the elevator light bulb. The second time he came to the home to fix the shower curtain rod. Upon his arrival he banged on the door as if someone had locked him out of his own home without giving my wife time to let him in. Then he entered the home without permission. He was immediately asked to wait downstairs until my wife got down there and as she was getting off the elevator he was proceeding upstairs (completely disregarding her request). She asked him to put on a mask and he became disgruntled. When asked to use the elevator (due to having child safety gates on the upper floors) he was also disgruntled. He even made a remark about my wife being "sensitive about someone wearing a mask" when advising that he would return after we left to fix the curtain rod. He apparently returned to the home without the knowledge of my wife, mother, and sister because both garage doors were open when they came downstairs 3 hours after he had left through the side door earlier that day. All doors were closed and locked when he left previously. The customer service was nominal and the regard for the health, comfort, and wellbeing of myself and my family was non existent.
