Very clean and welcoming. Property was just like the pictures. Enjoyed the coffee shop across the street multiple times during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

This beautiful cottage was perfect for our getaway. It was quaint and perfect. There were lots of restaurant choices in town for winter months.

Nicely decorated. Great location. Appreciated gas grill. Needs some maintenance and a guide to nearby restaurants would be nice. Wooden Adirondack chairs need to be replaced with something more comfortable. Bed linens could be improved upon. Beach chairs are broken and need to be replaced, or just don’t offer at all. Maybe 7 days is too long to stay in a tiny house, though we were very creative in using all bins, baskets and hooks. It’s doable but need more “soft” space to hang out.

Fantastic location, cozy and clean!

We loved our stay in Chatham at the cutest little house! Location is amazing - right across the street from a fantastic coffee & breakfast spot, 2 minute drive from CBI and other Chatham hot spots! We loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great weekend

My husband and I had a great stay at the cottage. It is centrally located, has nice outside area and a lovely interior with all amenities needed. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with for booking and checking in. This about second or third time staying here and we will be back!

Charming in Chatham

Delightful accommodation in Chatham,MA. Easy access to fish pier, downtown shopping, historic sites and great restaurants. Especially enjoyed watching the fishing boats unload their catch (along with the seals), the community band concert in the park, and the gorgeous hydrangea gardens all over town. We’ll definitely be back!!

Chatham Stay

My husband and I rented this cottage for the proximity to Chatham Bars Inn, where we attended a wedding. It was convenient, clean and just we needed to spend the weekend. We highly recommend it for one or two people.

Idyllic Cottage on the Cape

What a beautiful cottage in an absolutely ideal location. Close to town and everything else you want to get to, and just the loveliest and most well appointed place. It is small, so if space is your priority, you should probably look somewhere else, but if you are looking for the cutest coziest den on the Cape, then you have found it.

Cozy place

Enjoyed our stay. Cottage as advertised but a little tight for 2 and a big dog. If you don’t like tight spaces, this may not be for you. Would have preferred softer chairs to sit in rather than Adirondack chairs in the living area. The place clean and stocked. The host had good communication. Close to restaurants- maybe 5 minutes to Chatham and 10-20 minutes to other towns. Great place for a couple days.

Clean Cottage

Nice, clean cottage but definitely only for a short stay. There is not a lot of space for your belongings. It’s on a main road so if you are traveling with a dog it’s difficult to go for a walk.

Great get-away home for a couple

The property was excellent. Very bright, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out back in the evenings and just enjoying the space. Very close to perfect for a couple. The only improvements I would suggest would be the toilet operation as we always needed to remember to manually push back the lever to keep the toilet from running. Also we needed to be mindful of limited hot water. It was never really a problem as we kept our showers brief. I suggest a tankless system to the owners. They are very economical and no issues with supply if sized properly. My wife would have preferred a couch to Aderondack chairs for seating, but I found the chairs to be a nice accent to the space and adding to the cape vibe. The house was welcoming and well provisioned with supply items. Decent parking. Felt private. Easy access to a coffee shop and a raw bar. Nice location. Very well managed. Worth the 5 stars and highly recommended at its reasonable price point. We'd definitely stay there again. It was great!
