På över två hektar Oceanfront, "Bayberry och Seadaisy stugor vid Ridgevale Beach möter det tempererade vattnet i Nantucket Sound. Det är idealiskt beläget vid Ridgevale Beach och mynningen av Buck's Creek, en vacker flodmynning som erbjuder bra simning, segling och skalfiske samt spektakulär utsikt. Shorebirds, från små Sanderlings till Great Blue Heron, är frekventa besökare. Sundeck ger en avkopplande plats för att njuta av allt.

Inuti, bildar varje fönster ett porträtt av öppet hav, flod eller saltmyr. Stugan är uppvärmd och bekvämt inredd med öppen spis, fullt utrustat kök, två sovrum och badrum. SMART CABLE TV, Trådlös Internet, LUFTKONDITIONERING och utomhusgasgrillar och KAYAKS tillhandahålls också. Dessutom har stugan en privat utomhusdusch, ett enkelt och gott nöje efter en dag på stranden.

Vi är öppna året runt, och mellan november och mars behandlas vi till fantastiska havsolnedgångar! För sommartid är reservationer nödvändiga i förväg. I tystare lågsäsongar kan vi ofta ta emot gäster med kort varsel.

My family had a wonderful time at sea side cottages. From the start Scott was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful and extremely well cared for. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. We will be repeat visitors for years to come

This place is perfection - the location, the cottage, the views, the beautiful marsh and birds behind the cottage, the ocean out front, and the cherry on top is the wonderful host, Scott. He is so kind and generous - making sure you have everything you need and are having a good time. Also the cottage is pristine and very comfortable - including the beds. Scott also has kayaks and beach chairs you can use. If I’m lucky enough to find an open week, I’m returning with my husband! Thank you, Scott (and your wonderful mom, too!)

The property is meticulously cared for and absolutely pristine, offering excellent, coastal views that were a highlight of our trip. It is incredibly clear how much the hosts love their property, and that passion translates into top-tier hospitality; they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent vacation. Scott was an amazing host! Great communication from start to finish with quick responses anytime we needed anything. The house was spotless, the location right on the water was beautiful, and his food recommendations were excellent. We especially loved the quiet mornings enjoying coffee in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. We had such a great stay and will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at our Chatham Seaside Cottage! The cottage was spotless, comfortable and the location truly cannot be beat - perfectly positioned in between the beach and peaceful Buck's creek. It had everything we wanted for our week away. Scott was a gracious and welcoming host, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We're consulting our calendars now - we absolutely can’t wait to come back!Highly recommend!!

The Bayberry Cottage was perfect for our family of 5 Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Scott was unbelievable helpful, communicative, and attentive. You cannot beat this location and the views, even in during the off-season. Our family will never forget the memories at this cozy cottage, which had all the amenities we needed.

This cottage exceeded our expectations, and the location couldn't be more convenient. Scott was an incredibly welcoming host who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Ann generously shared fresh basil and tomatoes from her garden right on the property.There's great dining and shopping nearby, and we hopped on the Freedom Ferry for a day trip to Nantucket. What really stood out, though, was the Chatham community — we met so many families who've been returning summer after summer, watching their kids grow up here. It's the perfect spot for families, or just to slow down and breathe.I even managed to sneak in some work in the mornings while the kids slept in, and everything we needed for the beach was right at our fingertips. The outdoor shower was a favorite, and there's nothing better than card games and sunset dinners on the front porch. Highly recommend! Thank you Scott & Ann.

We experienced the Nor’easter all cozy in the adorable cottage. Scott couldn’t be nicer and this cottage is in the perfect location to enjoy the stellar views of the ocean & marshes. I can’t recommend this location any higher.

This is the Place!

This seaside cottage was perfect for our mother/daughter’s trip! Scott and Ann’s hospitality was over the top. The location and views can’t be beat. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs and walking on the beach. You can stop your search now and book this cottage before it’s gone.
