Presenterat på HGTV under 2008. Detta Southwest Home ligger i nordöstra Heights i Albuquerque, New Mexico. (Var noga med att se youtube video på länken nedan noteringen) Det är en hörntomt med enkel tillgång till I-40. Det ligger gångavstånd till olika parker, vandringsled, Cinema IMAX-teater och ligger nära alla butiker i det nyrenoverade Up Town-området. I närheten av: Winrock och Coronado köpcentra. (Elephant Bar, BJ, Ojos Locos, North Face, Dave och Busters, Trader Joe's, Target Farmers Market, Jason Deli, Gardunos, Gengis Grill, BJs, Bar and Grill, CPK, Bucca De Pepo, Röda Robin, Krung Thai, och många fler...) Hemmet har 2 trädäck med pergola stil skuggning på fram- och baksidan. Det är också ett av de sällsynta hem med två bil garage i området. Den har kylskåp AC och en vedspis för vintern. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår. Hemmet är fullt möblerad med många personliga detaljer till fullo njuta av en semester eller som en affärsresa. Alla bekvämligheter ingår att koppla av när du skulle hemma. Detta hem är perfekt för yrkesverksamma med Wifi, Smart TV, och kontorsutrymme och exteriörövervakningssäkerhetssystem för en uppfattning. De flesta av möblerna i huset återställs eller handgjorda från början. Med tanke på dess många personliga anpassade möbler och övergripande känsla, är det en mycket bekväm, mysiga blandning av modern / sydvästra adobe känner. We really loved our stay. We had a bad experience with another rental property company and we were leary of trying another. We had a great stay and got to relax while celebrating graduation. The location put us within 10-15 mins of everywhere we needed to be!

Great NM style home

This property felt like a home-away-from-home. Spacious and well set up with all the amenities we needed. Loved the outside space as well. It’s hard to feel safe in ABQ but this location is tucked into a neighborhood and we were very comfortable with the location.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is in a great location in Albuquerque. We went for a cornhole tournament & we're only 6 mins away from the event. The weather was beautiful, the home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Every roomy, very clean, the communication with the owner was great.

Wonderful mini vacay

We came down from Colorado to spend time with our son and his girlfriend for a long weekend. Had a great time! The home was just as described! Homey, warm and inviting, so comfortable! We would definitely reserve it again when we come back down! Thank you for helping us have a great weekend!

The house was clean and very pretty. It was very spacious and a welcoming feeling when going into the home. I was very comfortable staying in this home and they were very helpful and would reply back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend and will be my go to place when I’m in Albq.

Beautiful Home

This was a mother/daughter/grand dog trip to New Mexico. This home is beautiful and comfortable with a nice, enclosed backyard for the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and appears to be family oriented. We went on several walks to nearby parks and always felt comfortable. We chose this home knowing that it was 20 minutes away from Old Town and other areas we wanted to visit. We found traffic to be light and the drive easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others for an outstanding vacation.

Beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay in Albuquerque at this lovely home. We are hoping to return in warmer months to use the fabulous patio. We had a very comfortable visit. the owner is very nice and lives next door. We also shared his amazing cat, Lola! A good time was had by all. Definitely recommend.

Stay was fine. But we had no idea how to operate the 4 tv's and the computer and printer. There were only 2 butter knives; coffee pot strainer was dirty when we arrived. Front screen door handle kept falling off. But, we still had a good time; the house was certainly adequate for our week stay. Thank you.

Amazing home away from home

This is our second time to book this home. We love it. It's layout is perfect for families - there is plenty of space and they've thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, dish, pan, etc that you might need. The bedroom linens are the best - they are so soft. And they've even left shampoo, conditioner & a hair dryer. Like I said, they've thought of everything. It's so convenient to uptown and old town is just a short drive away. We'll certainly be back!

Hire a new house cleaner

It was easy to check in and out. House was tidy but dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. I had to clean showers and dishes before using them. Dishes had sticky stuff and grime on them, bathroom floors and showers felt grimy, you can see the thick grime on floor boards and window seals. You would think people haven't been there for a long time based on all the dust on grime. Just grossness, felt like a dirty hotel not a home.

Very Clean, Great Location, Balloon Fiesta Friendly!

We have stayed at various VRBO type properties all over the US, and this one rates at the top. The house was in a great location to shopping/restaurants and provided various household amenities for renters. The house was VERY clean and everything was in working order. The only concerning thing was that there were various security cameras all on the outside of the home (from what I could tell) which might be a privacy concern for some renters. I can certainly understand the use of the cameras from an owner’s perspective, but can also understand the concern over privacy for renters. This was a great location to stay for the Balloon Fiesta as it was only a few miles away from the Park and Ride lot at the Coronado Mall. If you like cats, you will be treated to daily visits from a very friendly cat named Lola. Overall, I would definitely stay at this home again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Christmas Vacation

Home was in a very convenient location. However other than updated bathrooms house needs to be renovated especially kitchen. Cabinets are old and in bad shape. Lower cabinets have carpeting in them. No drawers except for one in a mobile island. Appliances were good except waterline wasn’t hooked up to refrigerator so no water or ice. There are no smoke detectors or co2 detectors in home either. Rotten board on deck is a safety hazard. All in all not worth the money we spent.

We bought this house in 2006 because our jobs were very close and we really liked the area. We liked it so much that we decided to purchase the house right next door. Living in the high desert we get to enjoy and appreciate all four seasons. Therefore, we take advantage of all our natural surrounding areas and activities.

This property was remodeled to our taste. We purchased the house in 06 and was filmed for the HGTV show in 2008. They highlighted the before and after value after all the changes. This was going to be the house we wanted to live for a long time until we moved next door! We literally put our heart and sweat in making this little house a cozy living.

Two very nice benefits about this house:
Great for working professionals with longer corporate stays!
Its super easy to access from I-40
Its very closely convenient to the new Winrock mall that is newly reconstructed. It is said to be one of the best attractions for retail in Albuquerque. Not to mention, you can easily ride a bike, long board or walk down to all the retail stores and restaurants located in Uptown.
