Detta stora historiska hus ligger i hjärtat av centrala Grand Haven. Endast ett kvarter från alla restauranger och shopping. Två kvarter från den berömda musikaliska fontänen och strandpromenaden som leder till stranden och piren. Det finns en bondemarknad, småbåtshamn, minigolf, stor lekplats, stänkskiva, charterfiske, cykelvägar, KFUM och många andra aktiviteter inom en kort promenad. På plats parkering bakom byggnaden. Great Location to DT Grand Haven

The place was extremely clean, very conveniently located to Downtown Grand Haven. We will definitely put this in our journal to use for future stays.

Weekend Getaway

Overall was a great place! Super close to the social district and would walk there! Less than 5 mins from the beach! Would 100% stay here again!

Loved Grand Haven!

This property was in a great location! Right downtown near all the shops & restaurants! While it wasn’t fancy, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would stay here again!

Super close to the main drag! Very convenient if you enjoy walking around Grand Haven. Also, very chill instructions for use.

Great experience

The apartment was extremely clean and well cared for. Rooms were more spacious than anticipated from pictures. Doors to restroom and bedroom wouldnt fully close, but that happens in the summer and it was ok. Loved we could walk to all the restaurants and light show!

Grand Haven downtown

This was a clean and quaint walk up apartment with an amazing location. The stairs are very steep so make sure everyone is able to manage a steep stairwell. The location was within walking distance of anything you may need and the AC was cold even on muggy days. The property manager owner is also super responsive.

Location is amazing and the property size if perfect for a couple. We love people watching from the front porch and being able to walk to places.

Cute apartment steps from downtown and the beach!!

this was the perfect spot for me and 2 friends to enjoy a girls' weekend. we were so close and could walk to everything - the beach, downtown, the channel, the singing fountain, live music and more!! such a cute summer town!!

Super close (2 blocks) to all that Grand Haven, MI has to offer. Very clean and quiet building. We did not have to use our vehicle the entire time we visited, everything is that close! Our 1st time in Grand Haven and we will definitely be back.

Cute place

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our anniversary. It’s a good sized apartment, not fancy but clean and comfortable. Good location close to downtown. Bathroom door doesn’t really shut all the way but other than that everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay

Great price for the location

Robin was very helpful. The place was perfect walking distance to downtown and the waterfront. The apartment could use a few updates here and there, however the price was great for the location and the apartment was clean.

This property was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed. It’s nothing fancy but everything was in good working order and was in the perfect location. Close to everything. The owner even allowed us to store our bikes inside the entryway.

Cozy Apartment

The space is clean and cozy- close to downtown and about a mile walk to the beach. The only thing I would recommend is mentioning that the apartment is up steep stairs which was no problem for our family, but if my parents came- they would struggle going up the stairs. I would have also have liked a toaster, but otherwise it was great.

I love historic buildings and this is an exceptional house. The location makes it a fun property to offer to guests. It is right in the center of town and close to all our water attractions. A perfect jumping off point for all that West Michigan has to offer!

I picked this house because of it's beauty and size and location. When I bought it, it was calling my name to restore it. We have kept it as close to it's original splendor as possible.
