Detta utrymme är en härlig blandning av skönhet, komfort och plats. Vi håller en obefläckad, mysig hem som ligger perfekt nära det bästa Austin har att erbjuda.

Lägenheten är en 1b / 1b med uteplats, vacker trädgård och bekväm säng (1 drottning och 1 drottning futon soffa).

Walkable till många restauranger (Cipollina, Galaxy Cafe, Josephine House, Jeffery's), Cafe Medici (kaffeälskarens himmel), Nau's Pharmacy, samt stadsdelar och pooler. Också nära 6th Street (för bar hoppers), 2: a Street (för shoppare), Warehouse District (för mat-o-philes), Whole Foods (deras flaggskeppsbutik) och våra älskade BookPeople (för bokmaskar).

Inget kök (endast litet kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, Nespresso kaffemaskin, fransk press och kokplatta).

Inte för gäster som vill festa. Inga parter eller överdriven buller Inget högt ljud efter 9.00 vardagar och 10.00 helger (bostadsområde). Var uppmärksam eftersom det finns en lägenhet under dig och att högljudda ljud lätt kan störa gäst (er) nere och / eller grannar. Tack för din övervägande.

Tidig incheckning: Generellt gäst (er) checka ut sen klockan 11 och då behöver vi flera timmar att glittra och städa lägenheten. Du kan checka in tidigt efter 11:30, så länge du vet att utrymmet nog inte kommer att vara rent.

Great little spot in a perfect location

Fabulous little ATX gem

Lovely stay in one of my favorite areas of ATX- close to downtown but walkable to local favorites. Short drive to anything you'd want to explore in the city and the little back house is a perfect respite after a long day. Cozy, clean, and safe.

Another great stay

I was down for college move in. The location is perfect, close enough to West campus but far enough that it’s quiet and peaceful! Communication with the owner was great, he was very responsive. Very well appointed with most everything I needed! Will definitely be back!

Great little apartment

I spent 4 nights in this great little apartment. It’s exactly as described, and the photos are accurate. The neighbourhood is beautiful, and there is plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’m very happy I opted to stay here instead of a hotel, and would definitely try staying here again if I’m ever back in Austin.

Perfect Parents weekend

Exactly what we were looking for!

My wife and I were in town for Formula 1 and this location was perfect. Very nice area. Quiet off street accommodation. Easy parking available on the street. Host was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. What a gem!

Wonderful stay!

This is an adorable and wonderfully arranged garage apartment in the Clarksville neighborhood of Austin. Plenty of on street parking. Plenty of amenities. A short walk to many cool restaurants,( we checked out Lin Asian bistro because we were BBQed out at that point) and a view of the Capitol building right down the street. Very easy communication with the property manager. Perfect weekend stay.

Great Location & Helpful Host

Located near restaurants and a great park within walking distance. Easily drivable to everything in Austin. Free on street parking was no problem. Property was mostly clean, but could use some updates. I don’t know that anything was truly dirty, but things like the sink and bathtub looked a bit discolored, likely just due to age. Kitchen is somewhat oddly appointed (i.e. no dinner sized plates or coffee mugs). Overall, we had a great stay!

We'll be back!

It was the perfect tiny house for our fun weekend get-a-way. Packed full of amenities. Both my husband & I being coffee lovers, especially enjoyed the coffee options. We were there for the UT football game (Hook'em) and the location was perfect, just a short drive in a great neighborhood. Parking on the street was never an issue. We plan to be back next year for another game and will plan to stay here again.

Hidden Gem

My girlfriends and I do an annual trip and this year it was to Austin. We found this cute studio just for a place to crash after adventuring Austin. We all LOVED it. It was hidden and with the cutest little patio space. Loved all the greenery we had, almost felt like we weren't really in the city. Also when you walked down to the space you can sneak a peak of the capital right through the trees! Highly recommend for a small group.

Adorable, perfect in every way…

My adult daughter and I met at this great Vrbo to reconnect, relax and enjoy Austin. This studio was absolutely wonderful. Spotless, had everything we needed and communication with owner and property manager was flawless. I highly recommend for anyone that wants to explore Austin, relaxing and enjoying the birds singing to you in the morning this place is for you! My daughter and I will be back next year. Adorable Hideaway

This place was amazing. The owners were incredible and super responsive in getting us pre-check-in information. The studio is a great size and very comfortable. The entire appearance is clean and comfy. The kitchenette is nicely stocked, so is the bathroom. The bed is super comfortable. The location is just west of downtown and we could have easily not had a car and enjoyed downtown via scooters and bikes (if it had not been 110 degrees). We never had any issues finding parking or with Uber finding us and we always felt safe in and around the property. We will 100% be staying here in the future when visiting Austin.

Tiny Tasteful 2 was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our stay. Clarksville is the perfect central neighborhood when visiting Austin! My only critique would be the shower. It was pretty slippery! Just be mindful when getting in! Overall I’d easily suggested staying here!
