Välkommen till din mysiga och privata 750 kvadratmeter stora bostadshus med ett sovrum i det mycket eftertraktade Mueller-området. Njut av ett fullt utrustat kök, integriteten för en separat ingång, ett skrivbord / arbetsstation, trådlöst internet, en TV och en privat balkong med utsikt över Mueller Tower. Byggandet avslutades i januari 2020.
Kom snart på besök med vänner och familj där du kan koppla av och njuta av din vistelse.

Parkering finns på gatan framför huset och enheten nås genom gränden. Du kommer att passera genom en grind och gå en upplyst stig för att hitta den undangömda privata ingången till din lägenhet.

The apartment was perfect for our week in Austin! Very safe neighborhood, super clean, easy instructions and access, lots to do nearby, and the hosts were so responsive and sweet! We loved the area and all that was super close by. We will absolutely staying here again!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

The apartment is even better than presented: spacious, light filled, great kitchen/living room, very comfortable bed.Mueller is a beautiful walkable neighborhood with lots of trees, many parks and restaurants all within easy walking distance. I will definitely try to stay here again.

4 nights of fun

We stayed 4 nights visiting our son and daughter who are in their late 20s. Everything was great. Great location. Easy parking. Short Uber to restaurants. Would def stay again!

Great stay!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Brantley and Loren were great throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, within easy walking distance of restaurants, HEB, parks, and trails. We really enjoyed our stay!

An Amazing Time

First the rental was beautiful and had everything you would need for a long stay. Even the grocery store is walkable if any supplies are needed. The privacy is amazing and the owners are commutative if any needs do come up. It was an easy stay in a beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone coming to Austin.

Gem in Mueller!

Fantastic place in walking distance to all that Mueller has to offer. The space was very clean and well stocked and the bed was super comfy. I'll for sure be back!

This one-bedroom was modern, spacious, and clean. The neighborhood is walkable, with many nearby attractions. The hosts were very responsive. I'd definitely book again.

Above and Beyond!

Loren and Brantley reached out a couple days before our check in dates to ensure a smooth transition the night of our arrival. The house was very clean and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Both Loren and Brantley were very responsive to any questions/issues we had and helped resolve them in a timely manner! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Austin!!

Wonderful apartment

We just loved this apartment! Had everything we needed and more. The hosts made it super easy to find and the communication was fast and seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location was perfect for us. Great shops and restaurants close by. Sunday markets were fun with tons of stalls and fabulous food. We will stay here again.

Amazing stay in Mueller!

Loved this one-bedroom (not a studio) garage apt - it was perfect with a king size bed, kitchen, washer/dryer, private entrance, modern. Our hosts were great communicators and I will definitely stay here again when I need to come to Austin. Walkable Mueller neighborhood is a great choice close to everything interesting in Austin.

Loren and Brantley have lived in the main house for over 12 years. They absolutely love this house and this neighborhood and have found their "forever" home here. Loren is a firefighter and Brantley is a programmer for an inventory management software company. They have two children. Loren spends his time at home looking at various ways to make the house better, cooking, and doing kid stuff. Brantley spends her time at home working and doing kid stuff.
