We enjoyed our stay in Marco Island and this condo was very nice. Condo was clean and safe. Pool was nice and a short walk to the beach enhanced our great week.

One maintenance request was taken care of quickly. This condo is walkable to the beach and has a nice pool area. Elevator to upper floors. Condo could use done updating but it is clean and has a newer washer/dryer. However, with the rent doubling fir next year, we are forced to look elsewhere.

Grandview Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was a bit confusing as it was vrbo but a rental company. You had to fill out so many forms! Then go to their office to check in. They used a text message ai to communicate. So answers were quick but not exactly what you asked. The condo was small. The master bedroom bathroom was tiny. You had to do a dance to get in to shut the door. Both bedrooms were nice and everyone said they slept well on the mattresses. The guest room had 2 small twin beds. We pushed them against the wall so we wouldn't fall out. The place was clean. Appreciate not worrying about the cleanliness. The condo living room was spacious and had comfy couches. We loved the screened in balcony! No bugs to worry about. Enjoyed every night outside. The rental company gave us the pool bathroom code but not the pool gate code. Other renters that have been coming there for years gave us the code and said it was something new. Pool was very crowded at times. Everyone seemed to know each other so it was a good sign that they returned. You have a long walk to the beach. Two public beach entrances. One to the left is longer, but has a great bar/restaurant next to it. The one to the right is shorter. The unit has everything you need for the beach. However, a couple of chairs are worn so be careful sitting in them. The beach stand up carrier was so helpful carrying all the chairs, towels and umbrella. Many people in the area were doing the same thing as we did - the daily walk with all the gear to the beach. Too bad the big hotel and resorts took all the entrances to the beach. Overall, the condo was wonderful. Comfortably fit 4. Had everything you may need.

Thank you for your input, Terri. As stated on the listing, the Grandview requires guests to complete an application, which is not the fault of our agency. We also send automated text messages to guests upon reservation, arrival, departure, etc. However, when you responded to any of these texts, you received an accurate reply from a staff member that addressed your questions, as shown in the text exchanges. Good location

Overall it was good. Outside building was being painted, lots of noise during day. We were able to get in 30 min. Early on check in, however, the dryers was still running. We offered to fold whatever was in dryer so cleaners could leave. 7 beach towels, 5 regular towels, 2 bathroom rugs were all crammmed into on dryer load. We had to separate load in order to get it all dry. Really not a good idea. Had to call for plumber for a clogged toilet and for the disposal in kitchen …… just saying it was a bit of frustration the first few days.

One and done

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property accommodated our party of four. The 'shared' bed was a double, not a queen. The TV was not a smart tv, so viewing was limited. We were unable to access the balcony from the living room, as the slider was broken. We needed to access through the bedroom, which was problematic if someone was in the bedroom and the vertical blind slats kept falling out. The property was clean and the customer service was exceptional. The walk to the beach was a good 10 minutes on sidewalks, with chairs and beach gear plan accordingly. The week we were there, parking near beach access was full with a line to get in. Restaurants had long waits, again, we were told because of week we there.

Good place

It’s a modeste but confortable condo. We had problems quickly solved by the Manager of the place. It’s a good 10 minutes walk for the beach but not far from good restaurants and shopping.

Excelente ubicación!!

Cómodo departamento. Ideal para una pareja y dos hijos. Completo y cerca de la playa (400 metros a pie). Los hosts siempre pendientes y muy atentos. Super recomendable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walked to the beach every morning, back to the unit for lunch, and then back to the beach. There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and even a few sand toys. Also walked a couple blocks to three good restaurants. Living room and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen and bathrooms are functional but need to be updated. Stayed in another newer building in the area 2 years ago where bathrooms and kitchen had been renovated.

Great location on a great island!

A short walk takes you to the white sands and blue/green water of the gulf. The lanai is a perfect place for relaxing or sharing meals. Comfy beds and a good shower. Nice warm pool. Friendly people. 4 of us stayed for 2 weeks and found it comfortable. We hope to share this location again!!

I couldn’t of asked for anything more! Everything was amazing upon arrival and the condo was so clean and I absolutely loved the location. We even had a view of the ocean from the balcony. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We tagged along with a relative who owns a time share at the Marriot. Only a block away, we walked there every day. The rental was very clean (unlike a different relative who said their dishes were dirty and the property did not have the amenities advertised) OURS was both CLEAN and WELL SUPPLIED with beach chairs, floats, cooler, kick board, beach carrier/table, even a sun hat! The kitchen was well supplied . . . many dishes/silverware, ice, (even a smoothie/milkshake maker)! Lots of storage space, patio, elevator. It was the PERFECT place for a perfect vacation.
