Köket har bänkskivor i granit, med en öskok. Alla apparater är rostfritt stål. Den övre och mellersta nivån har trägolv. Bottenhöjden är täckt av kakel och mattor. Det stora sovrummet ligger på mitten och har en privat dusch och jacuzzi. Den övre skärmad i veranda är tillgänglig från master badet och köket. På bottenvåningen finns två sovrum, ett filmrum med teater sittplatser, en bar och en annan skärmad i veranda. Den översta nivån har de två kvarstående sovrummen. Det finns en stor gård för alla slags aktiviteter och en stor bbq grill. Det finns en 750 kvm gym / träningsanläggning ligger på fastigheten. Fastigheten ligger mindre än en kilometer från Lake Allatoona och Redtop Mountain. Sjön punkt idrottsanläggning är ca 10 min bort. Harstfied Int flygplats ligger ca 45 min bort. Downtown Atlanta är ca 20-25 min. Den här egenskapen är utmärkt för familjefunktioner, till exempel familjeåterförening. Det skogbevuxna området är utmärkt för camping ut. Mostly GREAT!

Great location, property and layout of home but was not very clean. Owner did offer to have someone come out and take a look at it but we were only there for one more night at that point. We he house was a bit worn but it worked for us!

Would definitely stay again!

Thrilled with our choice to stay here. House was perfect for the family - took advantage of the gym, movie room, nice big yard , and gorgeous kitchen. Thank you Kenny for answering all of my questions before our stay and making it so wonderful for us when we got there!

We come to town once / twice a year and we wont stay anywhere else. The property is awesome and the host is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.

Love this place!!

My family needed a big place to stay. My oldest daughter was getting married near by. We are so happy with everything about this place. Great big house with useful space and plenty of room!! Beds we extremely comfortable. Kitchen fit all 15 of us. Great space. It’s 10 min from Redtop Mountain State pro. I hope we can find a reason to stay here again!!

Fantastic for our family.

We have been going on family Christmas Vacations for 24 years. The entire family loved the house and location. Plenty of hiking trails with history of the civil war, Red Top Mountain State Park, Stone Mountain and close to shopping for those who wanted to. The movie room was great for watching football and spooky movies at night. Thanks Kenny for letting us share your home.

Gorgeous House!!

This house was great for our family to gather at & get to spend the entire weekend together celebrating Christmas. It was a lot easier & more enjoyable to have all of us u set one roof instead in different hotel rooms! It’s was spacious & entertaining!

Big but dirty

The pros were check in/check out were super easy and the host always communicated quickly. The house was big and accommodating.The cons are it was rough around the edges. It was grimy with dirt/dust in the corners of the rooms, streaky surfaces (counters/tables/etc..), a little mold/mildew in the bathrooms, fridge smelled fishy and had grimy moisture under the glass shelves. Otherwise the beds looked clean and were comfy. The host did call me around 6:30pm and very disrespectfully yelled at me to bring the kids (15-17 yr olds) in for being too loud. They were down at the gym working out with the music playing and when we went down to ask them to turn it off, I admit it was very loud. However, the host was so rude and nasty in his ask. It was probably the most disrespectfully I've ever been treated/spoken to. We asked the kids to keep it quiet and they played hide and go seek tag after the gym and then came in for the night. I wouldn't stay here again.

Perfect for family

We stayed at the property for our son’s wedding. We filled every bed in the house with family and friends with room to spare. The theater room was a great spot to watch football and the fire pit was a hit. Almost everyone in the house used the gym which was an added bonus. Loved the private setting and rustic yard, very relaxing during a stressful weekend.

Brief stay for cross country meet

We were in the area for a big cross country meet and needed a place for our boys and girls teams. Our stay was brief, arriving about 8PM and departing just after 6AM, but the house worked great for us. We were able to put boys on the top floor, girls in the basement and my wife and I took the master bedroom on the main floor. There were lots of amenities (movie room, weight room) that we weren't able to use during our brief stay, but they'd be great if we were there longer. We'd definitely book again if it's available when we return to this meet next year.

Blue country home

Property was very large and would be a wonderful place for family get a way. Close to towns but still out in the woods. We saw deer in the yard and on the roads at night. Great vacation home!!

Nice and cozy

This beautiful home could use a detailed cleaning and some patchwork. The home has some wonderful upgrades which includes an amazing kitchen and very refreshing showers.

Great home for multiple related families

We had 11 relatives staying here. Kitchen well stocked & large. Loved the media/theater room downstairs. The gym was a nice feature as well. We attended a family reunion in Ball Ground so it was fairly close. Hope to stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s wedding, a small, private ceremony in neighboring Cartersville, about 20 minutes away. We were very pleased. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is huge, and well supplied. Everything you need is there, from a double oven to a giant refrigerator to pots/pans/appliances. We used the bar area in the basement as a work area to put together floral arrangements for the wedding. Linens, bathrooms, and the place in general were clean. Beds are comfortable There’s a gym located on the property as well as a “movie/gaming theater”. This would be a good place to stay if you were planning a family trip to Lake Allatoona, which is just a few minutes away. We got permission from the owner to hold a small reception at the residence. My daughter had a beautiful wedding day, and this place was no small part of that.

Super comfortable home away from home

We stayed four nights at the property for a baseball tournament at Lake pointe. We had three different families with kids ranging from 7 to 18. We had five adults and six kids and had plenty of room. We had everything we needed there and more. All we had to do was get groceries and everything else was there already. The gym is an awesome benefit! We come back to the area in 2 weeks and I wish I had known to book this place twice!
