Very nice house!

My husband and teenage son had a great stay at this house, which they used as a base for a local basketball tournament close to Lake point. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood

This property was perfect for needs. We were traveling for Baseball tournament with 2 other families. The house was perfect, plenty of space for all 3 families. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Didn't at community pool

Perfect for our Large Group

We had a great stay! The owner allowed us to check in early since our baseball game at LakePoint ended a little earlier. The size and space was perfect for our larger group.

Artists attending Booth Art Academy Workshop

The house is only 10 minutes from the Booth Museum and Art Academy. It is clean and in a safe neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Short stay in Cartersville for Gymnastics Regional Competition

Checkin and Checkout was extremely easy. The house was as listed, very clean. Kitchen appliances and utensils were excellent. The bathroom was clean and the rooms we used the beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the Host was excellent, responded very timely.

Lots of room and everything we needed

We stayed for Thanksgiving to be near family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking a nice meal. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space and very clean.

Roomy and comfortable

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well for a group of friends attending a workshop at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a split level so the steeper stairs to the upper level were difficult for one member so I can't recommend it to anyone with difficulty with stairs. Everyone else will love it!

Great for Large Families!

The house is well-stocked with all you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Lots of grocery stores nearby so we were able to cook all our meals. The backyard is not fenced, so we enjoyed hiking through the tree-covered property. Lovely, spacious home; just as advertised!

This property has everything you would want and need if visiting the Lakepoint Complex. The house is spacious and offers the opportunity to be able to spread out and relax at the end of the day. I highly recommend it.

I give this property a 4 đŸ’« rating only bc of a couple of concerns I mentioned to the owner. The owner was prompt in his reply of handling what was mentioned. I would recommend this property. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood as mentioned. It is very spacious! Overall, the property was clean and had what we needed for our stay. It has amazing hot water! ❀ It is close to good eating and shopping! Mostly we were at Lakepoint... So it worked great for playing ball at that location as well as some surrounding HSs.

Great stay for baseball trip

We Stayed here for a week for a baseball tournament with another family. 15 minutes to LakePoint for baseball. Close to stores and other activities in the area. The house was comfortable and clean.It fit 9 of us with room to spare. The pool was a quick 6 minute walk or you can drive down. The neighborhood was fantastic! The neighbors were extremely welcoming. The host Brian was quick to respond during the whole stay with any questions we needed answered and the one minor concern that we had was taken care of immediately without hesitation. He was a great host! Would 100% stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
