Vår golfvilla ligger precis på golfbanan med en otrolig utsikt över golfbanan från hela vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det är en enhet på första våningen med tre sovrum, två badrum och en skärmad veranda som vetter mot golfbanan. Det är två byggnader från pool och badtunna.

Vackert dekorerad och har uppgraderad matta, specialmålade väggar och betitlade golv i hela köket, foajén och badrummen. Det finns en kung, en drottning och två enkelsängar. Det finns två TV-apparater, med en 50-tums platt-TV i vardagsrummet och en 32-tums platt-TV i ett av sovrummen. Blue ray DVD-spelare finns också. Vi erbjuder fullt utrustat kök, sängkläder och handdukar.

Andelslägenhet i Sunset Village ligger vid Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club, i den norra änden av den välkända Grand Strand. Den har två siwmming pooler och två badtunnor, plus tennisbanor. Den osmälta stranden vid Sunset Beach och världens havs- och skaldjurhuvudstad, Calabash, ligger bara fem minuter bort. North Myrtle Beach ligger 15 minuter söderut och Wilmington är 40 minuter norrut. Condo at Sunset Beach

Spacious, furnished very nicely and thoughtfully with everything needed for a relaxing family vacation. Pool access and close to Calabash dining and shopping with short drive to the beach.

Fabulous beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, the pool was a short walking distance and the beach was only a 7 min drive. My son enjoyed several rounds of golf also. The condo was nice and very clean. No issues at all. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely visit again.

Sandpiper Bay

Mei is very easy to communicate with and the location is ideal. Minutes from Calabash and Sunset Beach. Great place if you want to be somewhere very close to the Myrtle area, but still have some peace and quiet.

Great Stay

We spent our spring break at Sunset Beach and it didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect - clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the pool. We enjoyed looking out over the pond and the golf course - so peaceful. We often spent afternoons by the pool followed by bike rides around the community. (It was still a little too chilly for the beach.) We would certainly stay here again.

Great Condo

Mei, our host, was both helpful and friendly. Her condo is beautiful and well equipped (no need to bring any clothes hangers). The location facing one of the senior tees on the Piper course was entertaining. We appreciated the fact that the condo was redone with vinyl floors with no carpet. The first floor is also a plus for seniors carrying a lot of baggage and golf clubs. Thank you Mei and we will be in contact in the future.

Ideal for a Golf Vacation

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for golf vacations multile times, and this place was as great as always. Location for golf is amazing, the condo was exactly as advertised, nice size rooms, well equiped kitchen, even the beach necessaries were at our disposal. Thank you May for being so responsive when an issue came up with the Wifi. We had a great time!

Good location. Owner very responsive. First place ever with adequate hangers. Plenty of plates and silverware. Right off the golf course and close to the pool and beach. Would return.

Beach fun

3 bedroom unit was roomy. Huge TV, 2 full bathrooms and a decent kitchen. The pool and hottub were super close to the unit. Easy drive to Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle. Just down the road to Calabash, where there is awesome choices for seafood or other restaurants and shops. The Calabash Creamery was delish! Very easy to park at unit with lots of extra parking spaces. Not crowded at all. We had the pool to ourselves on many occasions. Would stay here again. +++

Quiet paradise

The stay was very quiet with a pool just two houses away We went to the pool every morning til about noon. Wasn’t real crowded. Very nice. The mattresses were heaven. We slept so good while we were there

Thanksgiving away

The location of the property was perfect. Very quiet area with a nice golf course and clubhouse. The actual condo could use some updating but it was still quite comfortable.

Great location near Sunset Beach!

The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. After breakfast we spent time at the beach as the weather was perfect. A friend of ours from Columbia, SC was able to get away and came to visit for two days. We went out to eat every night for dinner at our favorite places. The condo had everything that we needed and it was especially nice to be on the first floor.
