Detta är ett charmigt strandhem i den vackra Water's Edge-communityn i Folly Beach, SC som är unikt designad i historiskt Charleston-mode. Bara några kvarter till stranden och ett kvarter från "downtown" dårskap, detta charmiga 3 bdrm, 3 badrum 1700 SqFt hem har underbara bekvämligheter och många uppgraderingar som garanterar dig en bekväm och minnesvärd vistelse.

Detta hem (SLEEPS 8) har trägolv i hela hemmet. Köket är helt lager för matlagning och utrustat med härliga bänkskivor i granit, anpassad bakplatta och alla dina apparats behov. Koppla av och smutta på dina favoritdrinkar på vår visade i privata veranda, medan du tittar på djurlivet som ofta besöker vår tidvattenström precis utanför. Övervåningen privat balkong utanför Master Suite har perfekt utsikt över floden och underbara solnedgångar. Koppla av vid GEMENSKAPSPOLEN (Öppen 1 april - 1 oktober) som är tillgänglig för alla gäster under säsongen och ett FISKEDOCK (öppet året runt). Huset är utrustat med tvättmaskin och torkare.

Amazing views on the balconies. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. So close to the pool. A 13 minute walk to the beach. Close to the town. This was amazing and I can’t wait to be back in Folly Beach.

Graduation weekend

We were in town for just a short weekend for my son's law school graduation. The home was comfortable and well appointed. We had a rainy weekend so didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much, but it was lovely nonetheless.

A new favorite in Folly Beach!

We LOVED our stay here. The pictures are accurate and the townhome is perfect for a family. Getting to watch the sunset over the Folly River each night from the top floor balcony was such a treat. Steps from the pool made it so easy to just pop over (and run back if you forgot something). Everything is within walking distance but you are far enough from the busyness of the main strip. Walking to the beach meant we didn't have to fight for parking. We definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Folly. Can't recommend it enough!

Folly Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our trip to Folly Beach! It was in a quiet location with easy access to the pool and fishing pier. The house had everything that we needed and was clean and inviting.

Great location and perfect for families

Property was exactly as listed and within walking distance to pool on-site as well as the main part of the island with restaurants and shopping nearby. We stayed with our 7-year old boys and it was great for families.

Spring Break

We stayed here for a short Spring Break getaway and really enjoyed our stay. The home was much closer to shops, restaurants and the beach than we’d expected. Very nice home with beautiful view of the water.

Beautiful View

Normally we like to stay right on the ocean, but I would definitely stay here again. The view was beautiful and town center was a nice little walk. Even the walk to the beach was short and direct. We really enjoyed our time, the beds we’re comfortable and the house was well laid out.

Great house for family and kids

The house was clean and well kept. Everything worked. It had easy access to the beach, to the pool, and to the dock. Having the ability to go to the pool and the beach with a 1 year old and 2.5 year old was wonderful. All amenities were as described, and bedrooms were great. Good value.

Excellent location

Great location and able to walk to everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Only issues are the king size mattress needs to be replaced and the shower curtains were pretty moldy. Should be replaced with each new guest and a shower curtain can be bought at Dollar Store. Other than that we had an awesome experience. Would definitely stay again!

Furniture needs to be updated and amenities were very limited for the price of the VRBO. Cleaning fee was overpriced as we did much of the cleaning for check out. Very loud neighbors in the unit attached during our stay.

High Quality Rental Experience!

This rental company does an amazing job. We have rented with many over the years bad experiences really can ruin your vacation. We know after several rental experiences with this company that we can relax and enjoy without any worry about responsiveness. The Waters Edge properties are amazing and have everything to offer -especially if you love the marsh ebbs and flows and peacefulness. Easy walk to everything you could want. We will be back..as soon as we can!

Company retreat

We rented a group of condos at Waters Edge for a company retreat. The staff found the condos overall clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and other supplies. Everyone had a private space to retreat to after our meetings. While we had a few hiccups regarding parking large trucks and a plumbing issue in one condo, the issues were handled quickly and professionally. enjoyable visit

Clean, easy to communicate with. Wish the top bunk beds were made, not a huge deal but I also don’t want to put sheets on when I’m on vacation, apparently neither does the cleaning staff. There was an issue with drain in downstairs bath as it drained slowly while showering, so you better like standing in water; and not enough water pressure for 2 people to shower at the same time: In different bathrooms. Left a Wii for the kids and they loved it! It was well appointed and close to the pool. Would book again, just a few slight improvements.

Waters Edge 115

The location is great and a short walk to the main drag and beach. We found the dishes and pots were in the cupboard and dirty. By dirty, the fry pan still had eggs in it so we washed everything before and after using it. There was a dirty sock left on upper balcony and beer caps under the couch(not a real big deal but still..) The garage door opener did not work so you had to close the door then go through house and out the front to the car. The patio furniture needs replacing as the chairs and table are falling apart. Overall a 3 out of 5 especially for the price
