Detta är ett charmigt strandhem i den vackra Water's Edge-communityn i Folly Beach, SC som är unikt designad i historiskt Charleston-mode. Bara några kvarter till stranden och ett kvarter från "downtown" dårskap, detta charmiga 3 bdrm, 3 badrum 1700 SqFt hem har underbara bekvämligheter och många uppgraderingar som garanterar dig en bekväm och minnesvärd vistelse.

Detta hem (SLEEPS 8) har trägolv i hela hemmet. Köket är helt lager för matlagning och utrustat med härliga bänkskivor i granit, anpassad bakplatta och alla dina apparats behov. Koppla av och smutta på dina favoritdrinkar på vår visade i privata veranda, medan du tittar på djurlivet som ofta besöker vår tidvattenström precis utanför. Övervåningen privat balkong utanför Master Suite har perfekt utsikt över floden och underbara solnedgångar. Koppla av vid GEMENSKAPSPOLEN (Öppen 1 april - 1 oktober) som är tillgänglig för alla gäster under säsongen och ett FISKEDOCK (öppet året runt). Huset är utrustat med tvättmaskin och torkare.

First time at folly beach

Loved the property! It was an easy walk to the beach and beautiful view of the bay. Easy check in and check out process. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing views on the balconies. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. So close to the pool. A 13 minute walk to the beach. Close to the town. This was amazing and I can’t wait to be back in Folly Beach.

Graduation weekend

We were in town for just a short weekend for my son's law school graduation. The home was comfortable and well appointed. We had a rainy weekend so didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much, but it was lovely nonetheless.

A new favorite in Folly Beach!

We LOVED our stay here. The pictures are accurate and the townhome is perfect for a family. Getting to watch the sunset over the Folly River each night from the top floor balcony was such a treat. Steps from the pool made it so easy to just pop over (and run back if you forgot something). Everything is within walking distance but you are far enough from the busyness of the main strip. Walking to the beach meant we didn't have to fight for parking. We definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Folly. Can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful View

High Quality Rental Experience!

This rental company does an amazing job. We have rented with many over the years bad experiences really can ruin your vacation. We know after several rental experiences with this company that we can relax and enjoy without any worry about responsiveness. The Waters Edge properties are amazing and have everything to offer -especially if you love the marsh ebbs and flows and peacefulness. Easy walk to everything you could want. We will be back..as soon as we can!

Furniture needs to be updated and amenities were very limited for the price of the VRBO. Cleaning fee was overpriced as we did much of the cleaning for check out. Very loud neighbors in the unit attached during our stay.

Great location and perfect for families

Property was exactly as listed and within walking distance to pool on-site as well as the main part of the island with restaurants and shopping nearby. We stayed with our 7-year old boys and it was great for families.

Quiet condo but close to it all

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Folly Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to the public beach, and you are between 5 and 10-15 minutes (max) to the restaurants, shops, churches and activities in town, but this property is in a residential neighborhood so you don't get any of the noise. This particular condo is at the end of the row, so there is no one next to you on one side. It's also very close to the community pool, which the kids loved. All in all, a great location! There were plenty of towels, linens were good, and it was very clean. The bunk beds are very squeaky, which may bother kids who are sensitive sleepers. The property managers were very responsive to anything we needed, and reached out to check on us after our first day (I didn't reply to that message since we were doing great and didn't need anything). One note on the communication: when booking, we were requested to use a different app called "Happy Stays." It was a bit confusing at first since we could communicate via Happy Stays, VRBO or email. In the end, all the communication was via email (with VRBO messaging as a backup). If you book, just make sure you know what communication method will work best for you and square that up ahead of time. All in all, really easy to book, great location, wonderful stay.
