Denna fantastiska Water's Edge Beach Home i Folly Beach, SC som är en del av ett samhälle som är utformat med en nod till historiska Charleston färger och charm. Din framtida strand hem är bara några kvarter till stranden och bara ett kvarter över till "Downtown" Folly. Vi är utrustade med bekvämligheter och många uppgraderingar som gör din Charleston beach getaway till en minnesvärd. Som ett tillägg är vi undangömda i ett lugnt grannskap, men ändå promenader till allt som Folly har att erbjuda! Kort 15 minuters bilresa till centrala Charleston där mat, historia, shopping och nattliv väntar!

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was a lovely home just a few blocks away from downtown Folly Beach and the public beach. The home was really clean and comfortable, and the balcony off the master bath was wonderful for sunbathing and reading. The directions we received for check-in and checkout were really clear and included provided items (soap, linens, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent), things to do, and places to eat. It was nice that it was sent as a link to my phone so I could access it at any time. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock--and even saw a dolphin playing at the water's edge one dock away. The company was easy to reach with questions and they communicated clearly and frequently. You might be able to get it cheaper through MyOceanRental. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a great vacation home!

Girls getaway

We had a fabulous time. This location was perfect for our needs and had everything we could need. Walking distance to all the restaurants and pier. Great communication and easy check in and check out process. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely rent this one again.

Family trip

This property was in a great location. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended another night and luckily they could accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location! My Ocean Rental staff provided a thorough digital guestbook. They were friendly & responded quickly to questions. We walked to restaurants & beach several times. Loved watching sunset on the fishing pier. We did not use the pool but it was very clean with amble chairs. Home itself was perfect size & very well stocked to cook in or do carry out. It was accurate to pictures & descriptions provided. The decks were fabulous to enjoy the perfect weather. Cannot wait to return again!

Weekend family time

Close to many things, Linens company knocked on our doors at 7:30 in the morning to leave clean linens for the next week’s guests. That was the only negative.

Perfect Getaway with Friends

First time with Grandbaby at the beach

It's in a good location and within walking distance of everything. It's great that we could bring the boat up and load it at the dock. However, the condo floors and rugs were dirty. Not good for babies crawling around on the floor.

Charleston locals wanting a beach weekend with fam

Our adult daughter, her husband, and son came into town for an impromptu visit. We wanted a fun and relaxing trip to one of our local beaches. Very happy with the place. Accurate Charleston vibes and super relaxing. Highly recommend.

Amazing Property

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Property management was very responsive. We loved watching sunsets from the porch! Highly recommend!

Very nice condo that accommodated our family for graduation weekend. Pool super close and dock accessibility was great. Other family members rented unit next door that provided ample space for our families to coordinate and gather for meals and socialize

Perfect April Friends’ Week

113 Water’s Edge was a great place for 4 retired friends to enjoy a week getaway. The condo was lovely, plenty of room for everyone including bathrooms, big kitchen/dining area, and great outdoor spaces. Enjoyed the pool and dock at sunset. Just minutes walk to beach, plenty of parking and close to Charleston by car! Note - the 4th smallest bedroom doesn’t have a window. Property management arranged for Comcast to fix the internet and tv without being asked on day #1. Overall was perfect for our group.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay and the place was nicely decorated. The decks were wonderful. The couches are not the most comfortable, but the beds were. The showers are great, especially the one in the master bedroom.

Clean and comfortable!

Property was very clean, updated, and comfortable for our party of 5 adults. All the beds were comfy; good pillows, bedding, etc. View of the river was peaceful, and loved the location to the dock. Very convenient to downtown Folly, too! We did have a maintenance issue during our stay and the property managers took care of it right away. Very easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property and My Ocean Rentals for your Folly visit!

Great fall break getaway

Everything was perfect! We loved the location. It was close to downtown Folly and the beach, but having the fishing pier was the best! The house was outfitted well with towels and essentials like spices and even K-cups for the Keurig. I would definitely suggest to future renters to walk to restaurants or shops and to get your groceries on the way in since most parking downtown is not free and shopping on the island is minimal. The only negative that might affect renters, is the stairs coming from the garage and the top floor are very steep. I don’t think my older parents would be able to go with us for this reason. This house is perfect for a weekend getaway, very clean and modern.

Beautiful house, perfect location!

This house has everything! Deck for sunning, screened in deck for sitting, kitchen fully stocked! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful! Contact information and communication were great! Great place

Our week was wonderful ......two thoughts.....unit really needs a grill....not sure why garage to back is locked....pool for community is way undersized.....other then that our week was wonderful close to everything. MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review and feedback. Regarding the back door, it should be able to be unlocked from inside the garage. Also, the owner does not wish to supply a grill for this property unfortunately. We are so glad that you otherwise enjoyed your stay!!
